Julian Weber is an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and a graduate of Westpoint Military Academy with a degree in civil engineering. As U.S. involvement in Afghanistan comes to an end, Lt. Julian Weber finds himself involved in a terrorist attack by the Taliban, which claims his life.

However, he quickly finds out that death is not always final as he is reincarnated into the body of a Baron’s son and heir in an alternate Earth set in Late-Medieval Europe. In an era of political turmoil and civil strife, the Baron’s young son is named Regent of the Barony of Kufstein and forced to contend with feudal powers. Will he be able to institute reforms leading his Barony into the age of industry?

Or will he succumb to the pressure of his feudal overlords and a corrupt church that seek dominion overall? Collapse

I don't like incest porn in this novel. Just shoved down your throat. Also, like really? Gods? İt is just stupid forced plot. Too many plot holes for that. peepo004

    Disapointing ...
None of us readers, and so no 21 century reborn MC would maķe such absurd decisions.
The story/author is too lacking in realism.
Its a story killer when the scenario choices are without logic.

Some parts of this story are ok but if you have a story where the MC interact with other peoples' gods and they are ok with their children being dominated by someone, that proves the author knows absolutely nothing about the civilizations of others

I just clocked it but how is she surviving let’s ignore the fact that the assassin is shit as he failed to even hit his target at point blank but let’s say Henrietta did get in front of the mc in time which body part was the assassin aiming let’s say he was aiming and MC head then Henrietta isn’t all enough to block that with her body and if he was aiming and MC chest then Henrietta should get poped in the head. Coz where else could the assassin be aiming.

I loved the time period of the start. It allows you to explore the time period and think and learn about the difference the further along the author got in the story. But it is still considered true that without the dark ages and the religious wars the technology might actually be at the level it states in the book at the end. The characters were well thought out with their personalities that it complemented the story and the other characters so well that you can’t even tell this is the author's first long term novel attempt.
    10/10 for me

Basically a Crusader Kings playthrough written into a novel. Pretty decent as far as English webnovels go, if you ignore the rushed writing that all such novels suffer from. Also, author is clearly a German empire fanboy so if that triggers you don't bother reading it.

Reached ch 20. Everything is rushed, from world building to relationship building. As for the romance, It's as bad if not worst than ErGen's.

German supremacy means nazi supremacy? I don't think so. And of you think like that..why don't you start a war with the germans. Get out of your mothers basement.

Lmao, I remember reading and people would make every excuse in the book for why it wasn’t clearly some Nazi self insert power fantasy. Hell, people are still making excuses.

“He plans to destroy all the Slavs? That’s just because he knows they might fight him. He says Germans are the most superior? He’s just being a little patriotic, that’s all. All that Nazi iconography is just referencing the German Empire, you dummy.” One moron above you even said “he’s a german supremacist not a nazi supremacist.”

I’ve since dropped this book but I’m glad to see I was right. It also makes sense this is a self insert since the mc started off as a virgin with no friends lmao. I have to praise him for waiting for people to get hooked and slowly ramping up the nazism from “American proud of his German heritage” to “German emperor who loves enslaving and massacring other races.” It’s really too bad a series this bad, technically and morally, managed to get this popular.
