Okay I said before I will give a big long review after reading 400 chapters, so here it is.
Character :- Above 2D but not close to 3D, they have depth but not at level where you fill anything towards them, other than few important character author has given others one kind of personality, like he hate MC, he like MC, he does that to MC, and they follow that personality. (2.5/5)
World :- If you have read authors other works than you should know how he build world, countless mortal world, immortal world above, and, unknown force outside immortal world. Worlds are big but don't have much depth, author just name the places but in end they all are same. To become immortal here you have to fight for chance as only few people can go to immortal world at same time, also the fact that mortal worlds have power to overthrow immortal world, making immortal world fear mortal world, time to time killing those who become too strong in mortal world. (3/5)
MC :- Unlike Top Tier Providence, MC here care about his loved one, he had already died and doesn't mind dying again, he is still cautious but is willing to fight anyone who go after his friend/family, he is a genius and with help of Heavenly Palace he can master extremely high level technique that even immortals can't understand, making him able to cross realm killing higher guys, it's like he bring Nuke in Water Gun fight, as for how real he is? I still don't find enough depth in his character to call him 3D (4/5)
Cultivation Realm :- In all honesty so far I don't find any actual difference between realms, at start MC can kill guys one or two realm above him but at some point he can even kill guys 4 realm above him, author keep saying cause he master high level technique but damm man there should be a limit. (2/5)
Overall :- The story is above average, time skip is not too big in starting realm but towards end ( at 400 chapters) he jump 3-4 big realm in just 30-40 chapters. The true kill joy for me was a mortal world similar to earth, he had gone to a world similar to earth and it was one of the most sh*t arc I ever read, tho author managed to not add Nationalism like that one chapter in Top Tier, this entire arc was just scrolling down without reading much for me.
