    I remember reading this a giving a harsh review after finishing but thinking back this novel was pretty good, with a low expectations of the ending this is worth reading just don't expect some things to be resolved or explained. But this does have good dnd elements, and a fun journey for the most part, and tons of enemies and battles of a few different styles.

    The story is pretty good and there so many romance candidates and I don't hope harem. At least he should say love to the main heroine when she asked him at #chp443 but he said I don't know at that time I realised it's time to drop this novel. It's so frustrating he can't even say till chp443.

    The novel has many good points, such as an interesting use of d&d elements and characters, but unfortunately, the bad points such as the lack of initiative of the MC side are just too much.
    Especially the ending. I have tried to reread this many times, but every time I remember the broken, incomplete and random ending, I feel like I'm wasting my time.

    The story is good but there are some places where mc doesn't take opportunities so it felt somewhat irritating.

        I think the normal approach is that you make a circle of friends and try to protect them and have them grow alongside you which he did and he also had a considerable number of friends but then lets see what would happen to those "friends" :
        The seven sth alliance? on the run, copper dragon professor? on the run, blade master? on the run... and these are some of the really strong ones and let me not talk about Hathaway and the three fate sorcerers.

      Well I think you are wrong and here are my points:

      As for the first issue which was the food shortage his territory had; getting food from Madeline would have been just a temporary solution and Marvin was clear that she would betray him once she reaches legend which she did; so instead of a risky temporary solution he literally made his second initiation which was to make himself a bait and kill the crimson patriarch with the help of his legend friends.

      As for him not trying to prevent some of the legends' death, let me ask you a question first; who killed the most legends before the great calamity in the game? Glynos.
      But this time Glynos would not be able to do that anymore; why? because he would get "time molt" stolen from him and you know who contributed greatly to this occurrence? Hathaway and saving Hathaway was his first initiation so now despite not actively trying to save anybody, he indirectly prevented the death of many legends.
      And now the only death that he might have been able to prevent would only be Anthony's death which he thought about it but ultimately decided against it; oh also later on we found out that saving Anthony would probably not help much and
