    I don't know why this got good reviews, I really found it horrible, don't get me wrong, if you take it as an ordinary Xianxia novel with nothing to do with dragon ball it might be fine, but here In their eagerness to make the protagonist more relevant, they shit on the original plot, in addition to the fact that the timeline passes 50 years before the birth of Goku, which is a giant nonsense Why does the author think we are here? To read about Goku and Vegueta and the MC of the play being stronger or at least being their rival, instead it gives us a kind of martial arts novel where You can increase your fighting level with "understanding" martial arts, friends, dragon ball is about training, getting stronger and breaking your face with hardly any flashy techniques and it's a shame that it's not Novel is more of a Chinese martial arts novel than a dragon ball fanfic

    It's a bit of a headache to read novels made by Chinese authors. I mean is this the way they really speak (Senior Brother Fang Shang or Junior Sister Lou Li, or "Senior Elder Lou Shi is indeed a master of the Dao that cannot be compared to heaven and earth") or is it that the translators are doing it. You can see that most novels including this one were written as if by high middle schoolers.
