I understand where you're coming from but it is kind of sexist. I have a brother and many male cousins and male writers don't typically shy away from sex scenes at all, and I read a lot of male mc books. I also have many girl friends who read male mc books. I don't think of my male relatives when I read them bc just as how I can have feelings, they can too and it's human and normal. I think it makes you uncomfortable because you may have never considered that girls also have the ability to think the way this mc does, and you associate women to almost pure, innocent mindless people when it comes to stuff like this. This may be a far stretch too, and you may simply be uncomfy because you've recognised that your sisters may also be thinking... naughtily, which can be disgusting. Very disgusting.

It's just feels uncomfortable in men's POV and I don't know how it is for woman when a man has harem but either way in the world's history only a powerful and influential person has harem be it a man or woman
