In the prologue the two wives presented are the Elf (Arwin) and the Wolf (Ner).

He forms a relationship with both of them for political reasons, to support his mercenary group. Arwin is an elf who wants freedom above all else, her whole life has been being a "slave" to the world tree, being tied to a single territory, what she wants most is to be free and live her thousand years in freedom traveling the world, by accepting this political marriage she finds herself free from her obligations to the world tree and realizes that she only has to endure 60 years with a human to gain her freedom.

Ner's vision of life is a prophecy from his grandmother. In the prophecy she will be saved by a perfect lover who will give her the life of her dreams, this lover is a nobleman, for this reason she believes that marriage with the MC is not right, as she needs to save herself for her lover.

About the Saint... She always loved the MC and recognized her mistake after seeing him again. She always thought she was a happy farmer and didn't get involved in all this war. She always dreamed of ending this war and begging to return to him. In her imagination they were destined and their love would not end. She thought he knew she was lying when she ended their relationship, but she is shocked to discover the church's lies and that he was happy with two wives.

The ending is satisfying. He ends up ending up with three wives, happily and in hiding. He fakes his death and runs away from the life of a nobleman and his responsibilities.

Because they are marrying an unknown human mercenary, both women end up creating "security measures" for the worst case. Arwin ends up taking a deadly poison with her as a safety measure, she would kill him and live the rest of her free time. Ner ends up planning to discover the weaknesses of the mercenary group to use against the MC, both have this security plan, this "betrayal", initially.

Their relationship ends up generating feelings and everyone likes each other, they end up "forgetting" or no longer planning to use their initial plans, but the worst happens and their past plans are discovered by the MC, which ends up leading to a breakdown in their relationships.

The plot is happening. He will fight in the war. He will gain a title of nobility. He will marry the Saint and she will be on the verge of death, but will be saved by Ner who exchanged his life force to save the Saint and her son (MC's son). The MC goes through a life or death situation and Arwin uses forbidden magic to sacrifice his thousand-year life to save the MC's life. Yes, after that it will have a short lifespan of 60 to 80 years at most, as opposed to 1000 years.

He reconciles with Ner and Arwin after these events.

In the end he fakes his death to escape the responsibilities of nobility and lives happily with his three wives. Their conflicts are resolved and they all want to have a child. There are very descriptive sexual scenes, especially with Ner.
