One of my favorite novels, sadly it does fall off near the end and POV really is not my thing. But it really is a worthwhile read. I have made an Epub version for it:

Epub generally is edited for the following:

- Cover AI generated based on the novel, SD made, contact me if you'd like the higher quality of it.

- Emphasized dialogue using bold tags and used italics for inner thoughts and monologues to distinguish between different narrative elements.

- Hidden chapter titles within the text to avoid potential spoilers while keeping them visible in the Table of Contents (ToC) for navigation purposes.

- Misspelt names fixed and unified.

And a few other miscellaneous things like:

- Removed unnecessary notes: Deleted all annotations related to the translator, editor, author, website ads, etc., For a pure reading experience.

- Removed redundant and meaningless words: Eliminated unnecessary and insignificant words or phrases that do not contribute to the story

- Corrected punctuation and quotation mark usage: Added spaces after punctuation marks and ensured proper placement of punctuation within quotation marks to enhance the reading experience.

- Connected orphaned paragraphs: Identified and connected paragraphs that were incorrectly split into two, improving the flow of the text. (There were a few hundred of these)

Three chapters in and MC can't even develop an effecient way to move air. Lmfao "engineer"

Yeah I dropped it. Got too boring after sometime. Like the MC always comes back and do a good job at his business but gets f#cked up by either high ranking nobles or other merchants . A hack a lot of politics also the MC is too good for himself..

What the novel is about - Four volumes in a row, the Chinese, like the whole of China, whines that he is not strong enough, is constantly afraid, retreats. He trades and collects fantastic money, while he cannot provide an army, while poor kingdoms have an army of one hundred thousand people. You say "crouching tiger, hidden dragon", I will say that these are Chinese dogs.

Extremley disappointing end

Good novel but the End is disappointing.

This one is a pretty solid title for fans of kingdom building. Even if his usual goal is on the mercantile side, the vibes with this and other kingdom building titles are pretty much standard.

Again, if you are a fan of kingdom building, this one should be solid. Not high tier but still pretty solid.
