World's power system divides into 2 on massive scale. Firstly, there is Destiny System and for the second "out of controls". Basicaly "out of controls" are dudes with unreasonable powers, foundationless powers or a powers that went out of control of the world. Destiny System is where people goes in to Black Tower, then send specially selected world that is suitable to that specific individual (so everybody is a returnee if they wants so). There is all kinds of worlds. And "origin" worlds like ours are cultivation tanks for special individuals. Our MC is specially selected by Black Tower for Chaos Walker. Back to the topic, talented or high level individuals can easilly see or predict low level worlds but higher level worlds would be harder to predict. So film material worlds (many are low level) can be predicted, divined or dreamed by talented individials. So obviously nearly every "movie" world is not like in the movie. Or given by Tower executives to cultivate invidials. World MC currently in is Super World 0 or 1 I don't remember. In that world except humans all other creatures are out of controls.
