I feel like it will be nationalistic/patriotic wish fulfillment novel sprinkled with some light racism.

(These lackluster reviews I am giving only consider the title and description)

    Feel free to correct me.

      Nah man
The nationalism starts from the beginning
America waits till korea is destroyed to steal their "survivors" and when he returns in time then comes Japan seducing their no.1 player and taking the horndog to Japan
And even a 'dumb Japanese fatso' trying dumb ways to take away the mc from Korea
The flags are just TOO red and I thought in Korean flag white was prominent

I read all the chapters so far(136) and besides the beginning where one character is clearly a nationalist the other chapters have only a bit of that. The only thing that is happening is that if you join the national team of another country( and in turn change nationality) it is seen as betrayal and that is normal behavior. On top of all that the mc ironically looks down on korean work ethic compared to the US so the mc is even the opposite.

Why do I feel like you didn't understand the narrative and just focused on how the characters acted given the situation?

And if you lack knowledge about how DEEP nationalism runs in China, Japan, Korea
Then here is a simple example for you:- most Chinese "fast food" novel along with some good ones refers to Japan as "Sakura country" and Korea as "island country". This is clearly racism/nationalism.

And it's done exactly like this in this novel

The narrative of this novel in my mind is that everyone just wants too make sure their country is safe from the dungeons spawning but there is almost no... my country is superior over your country bs besides the obvious recruitment propoganda that the mc obviously sees through and is realistic.

Of course i have seen and read some novels with how china is so superior to everything else but this novel is not one of them.

So I read till some 60+chapters
              And yes, you're right.
Tho, I don't regret the way I acted by the initial red flags, cause as I said, they were TOO red.
But anyway, the novel actually took some great turn and got really good from how it started.
And you're correct at what you said about MC's behavior to koreans

I mean the novel is confusing in that regard. Written in Chinese with a Korean mc while having the first few chapters be about a nationalistic piece of garbage that can be miss-identified as the mc.

The entire part about the main 'hero' of Korea being seduced by Japan got brought up without context right after the weird start gives a weird vibe.

So i can totally understand your viewpoint but i just wanted to point it out because it gave me a misconception of the novel before i started reading it myself.
