This not inherently a bad story. It struggles from the usual dialogue and descriptive pitfalls of its type. And as well, since the gender-reversal concept is a fetish it’s overplayed instead of explored thoughtfully.
The MC is a child - I believe 12-14 years old, living in the land he wrote about as a 30 year old on our world.
It’s a medieval adventuring world akin to Danmachi - but no gods, more slavery.
MC has a “pretty face” and acts like an airhead, trying to take advantage of the lust he inspirers in others.
His gacha is very basic, money for pulls, and he gets almost all 1 star useless stuff.
So slow progression. I’d say almost slice-of-life. It seems like a comedy story, playing off misunderstand-trope.

Overall, not terrible, but I can’t see myself reading this for more than 100 chapters

I'm reading it on the original website and ironically, it's very good. Because it's a gender-reversed world, it seems like it's just going to be about sex, etc., but it's actually completely different. Mc is very interesting, he knows how to use what he has to his advantage and he's a natural sociopath. He can literally stab you to death while smiling and not look nervous or like an edglord. How can I put it, for him, killing is like breathing, it's not something incredible, it's just something he do and that's that.
