The Return of the Disaster-Class Hero is somewhat generic but decent story .

The language and grammar is decently understandable.

The MC had clear cut goals that are believable and the 'villains' are mostly credible.

The only concern I have for this is the mild racism for the US and hints of Japan (and the tl speed).

Sum up: Generically average but not bad.
