      Firstly that shin hyak (returnee) guy is a dumb f*#c we will see that from the first chapter like absorbing a different stigma that too Lyra's. and what kind of moron forgets the person he left to die when he is so kind and righteous .
      we see that mc doesn't have the full black sky and there is another actually heavenly demon that also has a black sky and he is hiding and needs to kill the heaven-defying star(returnee) and absorb his power to complete his black sky
      
      Ok theory time I think that lee shin hyak guy is the actual heavenly demon and sealed his memories like split personality thing or another body thing and hiding among masses and proped up MC as a heavenly demon in his previous life because as we can see
      in the previous timeline
      1)he is abnormally stupid for an awakened
      2)he also forgot that he killed mc (Left to die)
      3)also subconsciously tries builds a relationship with haeun when she comes to the gate to find MC (who is left to die) she is hot but she is also rare 7 stars awakened of dragon constellation with that weird dragon eyes (cursed at the beginning of the novel) that help in controlling dragon heart
      and doesn't connect the dots that it's the same guy (my because of MC's lies, he is dumb after all)
      
      current timeline
      4)We know that memories get raised when we use active black sky powers, that is how shin hyak must have survived the dungeon
      5) After regression he is seen to have a creepy smile on his face despite his plan failing
      6) Also when he enters the demon kingdom he hears a male voice noticing his arrival
      I think in previous time line, at the end when he defeated the Ojin heavenly demon absorbed his power (because black sky is cheat it can hide your absorption) he was sill not power full enough to absorb vega so he wanted to go back in time with all this knowledge and die erasing shin hyak the sub body and returning to main body with all the knowledge with cutting off his trail there. He has all the knowledge while MC only receives snippets in shin hyak's pov, he is fattening MC like a sheep through those memories. Other wise the actual Hevenly demon would have noticed MC as the heaven defying star due his growth rate and would have took action.
      
      I know this theory has lot of holes but the author seems to be righting many coincidences twists like Isabella being leech queen and her sister

Trust me, just dive in.

MC's Dao of bullshit is high in this one. The story is bland, the world-building is reused, and the writing is average. However, the MC makes the whole novel colorful, the storytelling is also done well. You will laugh your ass off with this one, you will also cry sometimes, try it without thinking too much about it, you'll have fun.

Edit: Honestly, it is refreshing to read this because the MC is very smart. Normally, in other stories, it is the enemy that will scheme against the MC and MC will just wait for the scheme to occur and then proceed to defeat them with pure power, very boring. This novel, however, had the role reversed, the MC is the one scheming and it's so satisfying seeing those shameless enemies get trolled by him.

Summary; The world is an avg korean monster/ability copy and paste script. Hunter association, guilds, etc. The MC is dense and retarded in a majority of situations. Like using 3rd grade logic to handle complex thinking and then act like it was a stroke of genius. His childhood friend is annoying AF and he makes 0 effort to hide the power that NO one else in the world has.

Not to mention the most annoying part, somehow a goddess who LITERALLY is at the peak known power in the world cannot pick up on his bullshitting/lieing which is so sub-par. Then he goes to call himself the 'scam' god for being some cheap f#cker with the excuse he was an orphan.

Like dude wont spend 5$ with 10M accumulated, thats not scamming. Thats called being a retard.

regardless out of all this the one thing that will dissuade the most people out of reading this will be the first chapters of the book.

if you want an explanation for the intro i wrote it below...
To summarize, the MC is actually the antagonist/demon king of the first timeline. The story begins by showing the 'first world/timeline' Hero speaking to the goddess after defeating our MC, the demon king of this timeline) and is granted a wish by the rules of the world/goddess. He uses his wish to go back to the beginning of this all to save everyone that died since he was the only one left. This also comes with the 'most OP power' - stigma of Lyra (the goddess's power). The Hero looks at dead demon kings face before he leaves (our MC) and sees it is familiar. He proceeds to get sent back in time (to a second timeline), but the power of the goddess is apparently 'too much for any human' and he immediately explodes... which happens to take place right infront of our MC. With the plot armor activated, the MC's demon king powers activate and bsorbs the Regessors' stigma(the power granted by the goddess) as well as plot armor/memories. The goddess appears and he has no choice but to bullshit as if he is a regressor.

In conclusion, this book is a decent read if you want to burn some time.

Just 2 chapters ago goddess was indifferent to the saviour of the world and now she is idiotic enough to not recognise if a person is hesitating again and again just to realise and admit he is the regressor ...

Gg even if the story is good I'll drop because it just feels plotholed and feels dumb for a person who regressed to save the world and the person who is basically not a villian but a scumbag gets promoted

I wont give any low or high stars because I just read 10chapters but dropping coz I'm a guy who like proper regressor rather than scum power twist
