      It doesn't bother me a huge amount because he is basically an old man, it still is a bit gross. Let alone the physical impossibilities of it as some of those organs simply don't develop until later.

      My problem is he is already getting some nice booty early on, he is basically rich, attractive, powerful and can likely have any women he wants in the future. Yet he still starts collecting Sex Slaves and using magic to manipulate people into having sex with him.
