On RoyalRoad. Would recommend to more veteran readers.

MC isn’t perfect and makes mistakes.
The system is unique and has potential.
The side characters feel real and have unique voices.
The MC is positioned to do great things.

Hoping this will deliver as promised.

    This is f#cking great.

Grim dark, end of the world story. Some cringe in social media usage, but the overall atmosphere of the story really keeps you engaged.

Interesting system, the monsters are f#cked up, especially the nemesis 2.

And the fact that each wave gets bigger and each new monster seems to be an escalation in difficulty keeps the stakes up, and the author does a great job of making you feel like the world is ending.

The interlude is also interesting, how different countries see the system and how they name the monsters

Great description of the novel, but minor warning, it ain't for everyone so people who will read this novel don't get your panties in a bunch and immediately drop a 1 or 2 star, judge objectively. If it is good, even if you don't like it at least give it 3 stars, 2 and 1 stars are only for trash and worse than mtl novels respectively.

I noticed that gritty realism novels often gets trashed with low scores on Ranobes. Well, it's not for everybody definitely. I woild recommend this one for people who prefer realistic novels.

If you will eat only sugar, you will hate it.
Realism should not corrupt story just because author want more realism. Realism as good as any other story elements.
In other hand we have realism outside our home. Why will we even bother to dive into fantasy if we want more realism?
