    Don't read the negative comments.
    Yes, MC is kinda paranoid, but is not as the comments describe it, it is only shown in certain situations. And to be honest, after the things have happened to MC, I would be worse if i were in his place.
    MC is not a asshole, that's totally a lie.
    And don't forget to read all the tags, since i saw people saying they don't like world building.

    Haven't read too much BUT, it isn't that bad. Disclaimer though, it isn't bad if you understand what you are going to read. You will read about an isekai, yes, but more accurately a tree, don't expect extreme fights from the get go etc. Also, it is a kingdom building novel, so expect that to be the focus as well, not just what new power our dear old tree gets or wants to get but what it has to get. TL;DR It's about a try that will build a kingdom, don't expect normal isekai stuff (depends on what you deem normal).

    It was pretty good at the beginning but then it becomes a typical Isekai story. Gods with their own problems and agenda. MC trying to stop something using all means possible. I feel like it escalated too fast. I feel like a tree should have just stayed still and growing up low key for 1000 years. Tree doesn't hurry anywhere. We could see a lot more things in the world happening. Also the demon timer feels to short and makes demons only focus. If the timer was 50 years and tree not being close to god period was around 1000 then we could have had a lot of side stories, side characters and side factions. Like Undead, Intelligent monsters etc. Feels like MC has clear goal, clear solution and you can guess what will happen next with given characters. The only interesting things are new characters( Heros and DK and their abilities) and new MC skills. So u just read like: so yeah, they went here, talked with this guy, made a mine trap to kill this guy, made a research to kill this guys, Oh he finally got his lvl 200, finally new skills.

        I'm not talking about MC but about the plot. This MC growing to be a god in 150 years just because he's a tree makes no sense because there would be 100 creatures like this in every world. From MC perspective he did fine. But author shouldn't make him lvl up so quickly. Maybe less xp gain or more levels to godhood. Then there would be much more time in the story. And MC is never dead no matter what happens because of plot armor(at least in this kind of stories).

          The plot armor here is not as you say, it seems to me that it is a normal plot armor.
          I don't think it was that fast, sure, it wasn't super slow, but it's not as fast as you say.

          It's just that things didn't go as you would have preferred, you can't say "this way things would have been better" just because you would have liked it better.

          I understand what you are saying, however, from my point of view, the plot has developed almost perfectly and I really like the author's writing.

          As I see it, the plot here has been quite creative and not as cliché as you said in your previous comment.

          Of course, it's not as deep as, for example, Lord Of Mysteries.
          But this novel is more relaxed. However, the author is really creative, sure, there are some tropes here and there, but basically that happens in all novels.

          I think it's quite creative and it's not like you say: "so yeah, they went here, talked with this guy, made a mine trap to kill this guy, made a research to kill these guys".

          It's not like that.

          I don't consider myself an expert reader, but I've read enough novels to judge how creative the author is being. I've seen several novels that are exactly as you describe this one, and this one is not like that.

    Read all of the chapters that are available (191 i think) i can honestly say that this novel has got me HOOKED, so much that i started trying to find other novels that are related to trees. I don't agree about the comments here, but everyone has an opinion

    I binged this all. reader So clearly it was good enough to keep me reading. Reading the synopsis I thought an MC who is a tree would be boring, but that doesn't bother me at all anymore. It's actually rather interesting seeing things from the perspective of a tree who has out lived multiple generations of 'heros'.

    One major problem I had with the story is the author started shifting the MC's character to being more and more uncaring and tree like... right when the other characters were getting interesting. evil Which felt like a waste. He got better, but now I don't care about the side characters anymore.

    The progression is also fairly slow, and to make things worse there's like four soft resets to the MC's progress over the first two thirds of the story. pressure

    Mechanics, tech tree, empire building, setting and plot wise I'm hooked though. At least until I burn out from only getting one chapter a week and being unable to binge it. forwhat
