The world experienced a cataclysmic change, and countless spatial gateways appeared out of thin air. Exotic beasts of all shapes and sizes swarmed out of those aforementioned spatial gateways, forcing the humans to face the crucial moment for their survival.

In order to search for a chance at survival, brave warriors from the army and scientific researchers risked their lives and entered the world beyond the spatial gateways. To their surprise, they discovered that there was a chance of obtaining beast cards by killing these exotic beasts in their world.

Those with extraordinary spiritual strength are able to utilize the beast cards, perhaps transforming the cards into the beasts’ combat bodies while they were still alive, or transforming them into weapons or defensive gears, or…

A new occupation came into existence following the changes, known as beastmasters.

A transcender with two souls fused into one found himself in this magnificent new world full of waves, rising step by step as he ascends into the seat of a godly beastmaster. Collapse

    great new system . loved that. but the nationalism is too much for me. he enters the west once, and right away is called a yellow monkey and is discriminated against.
    then he comes across some japanese and he screws them over right away when they had done nothing to him. that after several times monologuing about how saving people was a good thing.
    things like that really puts one off.

    I found this a pleasant enough timesink up until the blatant racism of the Japanese arc, the whole setup to it was stuuupid. Totally turned off at that point.

    Good concept with the beast cards but the strenght system off the monster is not pertinent according to me,

    The story is very fast, like you will follow the MC for 1 year and the end doesn’t seem like a real end. I’ll say this story is average and the card system is what makes it interresting.
    And the big issue is like the world is build aroud a very few caractere will it had a huge potentiel if more caractere where developped. The MC also doesn’t have a goal after a certain point.

    Now the good points, the card system is good even if the wtrenght system is a little off. Very easy too read and the translation is very very good.

    Let me know if someone has read a novel with a card/pokemon system.
    Anywaymake your own opinion, if you don’t like it after chapter 30-40 just drop it.

        Divine Card Creator is amazing. The comedy can be a bit repetitive at times, but on the whole, it's a pretty solid read! Can't say I'm that big a fan of the main LI and the direction that's heading in - I get it's for the Lols, but still.

            I know there's a Pokemon fic on this site- you should be able to find it pretty easy. Dunno any other card novels though, sorry- it's a pretty niche thing.
