i know there is a Web Novel of this but i dont know if the quality is on par with this Light Novel but if it is half as good ill read it

100% recommend this to everyone who wants to read a sort of anti-hero villain protagonist. He is scheming, cold-hearted, calculative, and very intelligent (in the novel he was described as a genius, especially in his 1st life in the business-sphere of things). Although I wouldn't recommend reading it on here and instead on the actual translator's website (can't link it, but read it on Shalvation) as that has all of the VERY well-drawn illustrations, covers/art that enhances the reading experience of the novel (you'll know what I mean when you see Volume 1's thumbs-down art). Moreover, the plot of this story is amazing (and with very few to no plotholes), the scheming and planning from the MC (and from others) are very well thought-out and sometimes exploded my brain from the sheer genius of plot twists that come from it, especially since they are FORESHADOWED and hinted at in the story (usually not explicitly). Overall, one of the best light novels or novels I've read where it portrays a genuinely smart MC that isn't the typical Japanese isekai'd MC (sensitive/blindly kind/dense/self-serving high-horse justice bs). Also, he's not perverted either (another common dumb trope). I cannot praise this series enough and I'm sad that it's on hiatus due to dumb reasons. Highly recommend that everyone reading this summary tries at least the first volume (especially on the translator's website), then if it's not your cup of tea, drop it.

TLDR - cold-hearted/calculative/scheming MC (that is actually smart), very well-written plot (very few to no plotholes + implicitly foreshadowing/hinting at the schemes), interesting and well-developed side characters, and read this light novel on the translator's website (Shalvation) for the beautiful/well-drawn illustrations (you'll thank me later).

Re-read this book 3 times by now, sadly it has been on hiatus for about 4 years.
