    Other than the word puke, nothing comes to my mind to describe this novel. It's as disgusting as it gets, at the beginning his iQ and EQ was at 17, but by chapter 97 the level drops to that of a 5th grader with hero syndrome and shit instead of brains. And on chapter 97, I realized how disgusting the novel is all the same and how pathetic this mc is.

        I rather read Chinese cliche novel with face slap. Over and over again the rather read a Japanese novel. Their novel is trash. Mc simp. No backbone. Even when he has a big haram. The only things that our Mc uses for the future knowledge is trying to save the girls who are slave and make them feel they are indebt to him. Nigga u have to be kidding me.     While it was a generic premise, there was some potential for the story to be better. Ultimately, it failed to meaningfully expand on the world building, actual character development, and good storytelling. It's the culmination of a lazy writer who just wants nothing more to write girls as mere s*x objects while wanking his main character off.

    Things that would've made this novel better:

    They could've done much more with Zenon Baskerville's background and family. It could've easily be a great arc if they explored more about



    Heck, you can possibly segue into potential conflict with other nobilities/factions.

    As for the heroines, after their introduction arc, they end up written as generic sex-crazed harem members. You just get enough details about their background and their "trauma" resulting from it, but after it gets resolved, all they want to do is f*ck Zenon. Literally. Every chapter afterwards is them trying to get into his pants, whether at night, in the bed, or in the bath.

    The rivalry between Zenon and Leon, the actual protagonist of the game, could've been something, but in the end, it doesn't matter if Zenon just gets all the power ups.

    I still don't understand the hate this series get I understand hating the beta male troupe of course in most Japanese novel but the MC changes fairly quickly as he take over as his head over his house and get used to being In this world. Instead of relying on the hero he take his own step to save the world. Putting the MC as your typically beta japanese male is doing injustice as you he adapt quickly to his situation, even overpower the hero, isn't afraid to change the plot or even seek benefits and actually f#ck the girl but doesn't simp over them, these bad review are the result of people not reading more then 10 to 20 chapter I recommend atleast 40 or atleast to the end of book 1 as these chapter are fairly short and give this book an fair try.
