Read to book 6. I consider it one of the better murim novels together with The Terminally Ill Young Master of the Baek Clan and Return of Mount Hua Sect. A lot of schemes with a few action scenes, at least up to current translations. It will probably have more action later on. Though book 6 and 7 only have the first paragraph translated in every chapter.......hope it gets fixed

Hard to name a Rank A or B novel with +300 without you having read it, but I'll try.

Fated to Be Loved by Villains : Rank B+ (I left a comment there explaining why this rank, if you want to know more)
Surviving as a Mage in a Magic Academy : Rank B (I also left a comment there explaining it)

Those two were the best of the recent batch of novels, in my opinion, of course, taking circle from inevitability.

Absolute Sword Sense : Rank B (Good for starting your journey into the Wuxia world)
Chronicle of Primordial Wars : Rank B+ (a classic)
Nano Mashin : Rank B+ (depends on taste, but I recommend)
Chronicles of the Heavenly Demon : Rank B- (Another classic very good)
Return of Mount Hua Sect: Rank B (Good for people who have been reading wuxia for a while, not recommended for beginners)

These were the novels in the wuxia genre.

I Fell into the Game with Instant Kill : Rank B (A good read in my opinion, it has the cliché of transmigration, but it didn't come with the full package of clichés, plus the MC is Op, but also not at the same time).
I Became A Flashing Genius At The Magic Academy : Rank A (Very good this one, the energy system is quite interesting, especially how the MC gets strong in a world where magic is everything)
Survival Story of a Sword King : Manhua Rank A, novel Rank B+ (The plot is medium high, the world building is good, but what stands out in the novel is the Manhua's fights and comedy, especially the art of Manhua's fights, they are too beautiful)
Deathworld Commando : Reborn. Rank B+ (Although it is confusing at the beginning, little by little you understand what is happening. Very good world building, interesting understanding, not much comedy, but the fights are also very good)
Sword God in a World of Magic : Rank A (no introduction needed, you probably already read it)
Chrysalis : Rank A (Non-human protagonist, interesting use of one of the laws of the world, good comedy, fighting, fantastic world building and especially an extremely interesting energy system)
The Reincarnated Assassin is a Genius Swordsman : Rank B+ (Wrath better waifu)
Damn Reincarnation : Rank A+ (Great potential to be a masterpiece)
Surviving the Game as a Barbarian: Rank B++ (Great chance to become A, but the chapter release is mediocre)
Soul of Negary : Rank A (Protagonist villain, recommend reading if you like this type)
Son of the Hero King : Rank A (Start reading for the culture and stay for the plot)

These were the novels with a western fantasy theme, i.e. magic.

    Supremacy Games : Rank B+
The Legendary Mechanic : Rank S (No introduction needed)
The Oracle Path : Rank A (It has some of the best world-building I've ever seen, especially of races that is so absurd that you feel it makes so much sense that it should be real)
The Divine Hunter : Rank A++ (If it continues as it is, it will become a masterpiece for sure)
Sylver Seeker : Rank A (Man, making comments is getting tiresome. Good world building, very interesting plot, several mysteries, very intelligent MC)
I'm not a Regressor : Rank A (Breaking clichés and anti-hero protagonist, intelligent and with a good plot)
The Author's POV : Rank A+ (Has potential for a masterpiece, but whether it will get there is uncertain)
Lucifer's Descendant System : B+ (interesting plot, good world building and MC anti-hero)
The Witch Hunter System : A Rank (For a man of culture, but who is always after a good storyline along with good worldbuilding)

Those were the novels of players, systems, transmigrassion, etc.

The Adventurous Gamer Ninja - Daichi Hekima : Rank B++ (Almost certain to become Rank A)
I Play Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game : Rank B++ (Has the same potential to become rank A)

    Fanfic Novels.

There are still several novels that I have to indicate, but I've already been doing it for 2 hours, besides being 3 in the morning, almost out of ideas and dying of sleep, so leave it for next time, I hope to have helped you.

Read till chapter 3 and absolutely dissapointing. The mc is apparently a heaven defying genius who can almost calculate the soon to come future, only by how smart he is. He comes to an ending where he is tortured. He knew this would happen along with the destruction of his family however he let it be. The author desperately tries to describe it as the mc believing in karma and this was his fate. And the mc by doing nothing he may have avoided it. The author is contradicting himself here. Can't the f#cking mc calculate what happens if he does nothing? How did he know that by doing nothing, his family wouldn't be destroyed. Even if he had that Unlucky Star title that doesn't explain anything. What am saying is, a being like that would have NEVER, in any chance arrive at such a low point in life. In conclusion if there are so many loopholes till chapter 3, I don't want to see what happens on later chapters. Also check my comment on chapter 3 if you need more reasons not to waste your time on it. I am being so critical on this, because the author tried to write a novel that he doesn't have the capability to. Also I had my hopes up from the other reviews..... kef

A review based on 3 chapters is not a review. Even if the novel is bad, you can't judge it just with your own opinion and perspective with less than a dozen chapters. An example of this is Grasping Evil, if you judge only by the first 100 chapters, it is something horrible, I say this because I thought so too, but after the first hundred, It was so good that it entered my top 5 novels.

It is a rev even if its only the first 3 chapters. Could it be to little to be helpful yes, but does it means its bad/wrong? No because fist of he begins with having only read 3 chapters(instantly giving away how much he knows) and secondly it already can be used as a somewhat basis as to whats gonna happen, should he have read more or is his rev not good because of that? Likely, does that mean it isnt one? No it is. Also if a novel becomes good on chapter 100 than he has every right to call it trash since thats like 2 books(here it would be 4) to become good(even if it is 9+/10 after that in my opinion as a whole such a novel would at most get 8.9-10) . Even tho i think his rev isnt very valuable since its to little to be very relevant.

Reviews serve multiple purposes, but their primary function is to provide a comprehensive perspective on a work, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses. This is intended to guide potential indecisive readers, allowing them to gather additional information without being exposed to spoilers. A review based on only three chapters proves insufficient to fully evaluate the work, covering, at most, grammatical and stylistic aspects that can significantly evolve in subsequent dozens of chapters. Such evaluation not only deprives potential readers of a potentially captivating work but also compromises the integrity of the evaluation process by neglecting crucial elements such as plot, world-building, and character development, essential for a comprehensive assessment. The notion that any text can be considered a review undermines the value of this profession in real life, which is also remunerated.

Regarding your perspective that a work takes hundreds of chapters to become engaging is garbage, I respect your opinion, acknowledging the subjectivity in this realm. However, I would like to point out that such a statement may be inaccurate when applied to the work I mentioned, "Grasping Evil." This is not an inferior quality work in its early chapters but rather a narrative that gradually builds its plot, providing clues and information throughout its chapters. When I read it, the lack of development hindered my ability to fully interpret and comprehend these elements, resulting in an initial negative assessment. A similar example is found in "TLM (The Legendary Mechanic)," a work generally recognized as excellent despite its considered monotonous beginning.

In summary, a review is not merely a matter of personal opinion; it is a fact that requires in-depth analysis and an impartial approach. While extreme rigidity is not essential, it is crucial to read enough to substantiate conclusions about the strengths and weaknesses of the work before issuing a meaningful evaluation.

i meant if it is bad in that process btw(Divine retard of death is a perfect e.g its trash in the beginning but gets a redemtion, even with that i only consider it slightly above average at best because of its beginning, i dont have a problem with novels having a slow start i have a problem with novels who are bad for a good chunk only to than get better or interresting), also sure only a few chapters are way to little to truly eval stuff. More often than not tho they can give you a general impression of a work, maybe calling it a rev is a bit to much, but it still has its uses. (Also for some reason i feel like an AI wrote that text/rewrote it into what its currently, dont have a problem with that just wanted to know if im right)

The reason you get the impression that it was done by an AI is quite simple, the text uses formal language, which is not common to see on the internet, except in real reviews and scientific articles. To your question, yes, I used an AI to edit it, since English is not my first language, it will probably be difficult to understand if I write long texts, so I used an AI to edit the text to make it look like this.

I agree with you that novels that are bad at the beginning can't be judged only by the good parts, since if we're going to evaluate them, we have to take into account everything from start to finish. Because of our debate I more or less understood the difference between a late start and a bad start. Although I still think that a review of a few chapters isn't a review at all, but rather a person's opinion that is based only on guesswork and a little of the content read, I understand that not everyone has the time to write or do a solid review.

nah for some reason i see it only when its done by AI even when its scientific i dont get that feeling, naturaly could be luck, but might be because of intuition since ive seen quite alot of text written by it. I just get a strange feeling.(doesnt mean there cant be people writting like this know that there definitivly will be)

Damn it took me like 5 minutes to read your conversations guys. Yep you can easily see that it was written by AI. I want to mention that when I go into a new novel I try as much to turn off my brain and I am not a person who will try to find loopholes (that would be a miserable life if one was doing that 22 ). The thing is, I first read 2-3 reviews saying it was great. Then you start reading and visualizing everything and until your brain says 'wait, hold up, this doesn't make any sense'. If I had to say I am from the chaotic dao, I like both justice and evil, so I only think logically and I won't let my emotions sway incredibly in any of the directions. What made me 'rage' a bit was the set up. If the initial set up doesn't make any sense, how am I supposed to analyse the situation? I have read many brain-dead novels, however the start is always explained in a logical way (usually within the first 3 chapters). This mc was supposed to be something akin to god walking on earth (not jesus, I mean GOD), and somehow GOD fell. And in my opinion GOD can not fall (at least in the Christian religion), so I deny this whole miserable ending. Imagine if you had the iq of the mc. You are many levels above Einstein. You can create the most lethal technological weapons as an example, or you can create an incredibly strong virus that can kill everyone but you have the antidote. I can name so many things that a person like that could have done. I would love if the start was with mc being young on his first life and achieving the peak, however this mc fell, even with this cheat? nah. This is from what I can remember from the novel. Let me know if I misunderstood anything. Again my mind tends to like thinking logically (I like data science... imbest )
