Review after 70 chapters:

MC plays this one unpopular Visual Novel, he loves the girls but hated the ending where dense loser protag basically rejects them all. So when he wakes up as one of the game side characters he decides to take matters into his own hands and romance the girls himself.

The side character the MC possesses is the game protag's bully, so he decides to play into it by becoming a sort of reformed bad boy, letting one of the girls 'fix' him. Personally I love this kind of trashy and manipulative MC, but if you have a strong sense of justice this is not the novel for you.

The author writes surprisingly well, usually adult novels are pretty low quality when it comes to that, but this author is a really good writer overall and the translation is also top notch. The 18+ scenes so far are very slow burn and surprisingly romantic, specially when considering how depraved his usual daydreams are.

One thing to note is that the story claims the characters are all adults and that the game happens in an academy between high school and university (for obvious reasons). But the characters are clearly meant to be Japanese high schoolers, just like the usual Visual Novel.

As far as adult novels go it's pretty good, I rate it a 4.5/5 so far. I also recommend The Villain Who Robbed The Heroines if you liked this one.

Couldn't read further than 3ch. Someone may like it. But not for me. Simp and lickdog loyal MC. That's all.

Story is quite good thoo. The mc is strong and cunning. He know when to back off and when to breakthrough. The only thing is he's horny. But that's not a problem. Storyline isn't fast pace so i kinda like it, at least for the moment

This story is weird is weid to me because it would be a somewhat fresh take on the rom-com story if we didn't see the main characters thoughts.To put it lightly he's a awful person he let the girl he's trying to get with almost drown so he could save her.And whenever there's a wholesome moment its by his inner thoughts.
