I know I'm used to repeating that a story should not only focus on the progression of the MC's strength, but must also have a good plot. However, even if these stories focused on the strength of the protagonist generally have a sloppy plot, at least things are happening, there is action, we want to know how far the MC will evolve in his progression.

I specify this because “Adopting Disaster” has achieved the feat of having a sloppy plot, but also an MC who hardly makes any progress. So it's not a big deal to have a weak protagonist, but in general this kind of MC has other qualities. This can be good strategic sense, knowledge, or specializing in crafting, and many other qualities besides strength. But here the MC is weak, and that's it. Like any protagonist traveling in a video game world, he knows future events and can see the characteristics of other characters, but this is poor and boring talent for an isekai type MC.

The MC will never defeat his most powerful enemies, it is his enemies who will abandon the fight against him, for various reasons, some of which are inexplicable (Hello master of the black tower). Everything that is accomplished in the name of the MC is done by his subordinates. The protagonist not being able to become stronger because of his talent will specialize in magical technology, but all the work will be done by others, and even after 140 chapters, the MC will not have developed anything very interesting.

The plot is extremely poor, worthy of a novel focusing solely on the strength of the MC, but without a protagonist who evolves. The MC will just take care of his adopted daughter. It's cute the first chapters, then it just becomes boring. No strength progression, no really badass enemies, no interesting secrets in the plot, little action, just a novel about family life.

Some people may find it of interest, and I encourage you to form your own opinion. In my case, this novel is as annoying as possible and lacks elements to encourage us to continue reading.

The MC transmigrated into a game he used to play as the villain and adopted a little girl who was originally supposed to be an experimental subject for his current body. It's wholesome and all in the beginning but then things seem to start getting away from the title. The MC starts spending less time with Rosaria (the daughter) and more time getting involved with drama from the other Tower Masters (mostly the female ones). I couldn't help but feel a sense of loss cause we get limited wholesome moments between the two of them.

I would still recommend it tho

Not a masterpiece but many times better that the usual sh#t we get. Very wholesome too with the cute relationship between a handsome dad and Supremely cute af daughter, best to read if u r depressed or sad or just watched an ntr (or other depressing stuff), it will certainly leave u with a smile.

Personally I would have liked to see more interaction between mc & Rosaria like him taking care of her, spending more time together etc etc. But mc just lets her be & leaves her care to his assistant. MC has a rather hands off philosophy with minimal involvement in child care.

This was not much of an issue but the novels main premise including the title is taking care care of the child & raising her properly.

I think it would be nice if he got memories from the villain he stole the body from, or at least gradually remembered things. Other than that it’s a pretty decent start, at least the mc didn’t start acting like a nice man all of a sudden because he didn’t know how to act

Even if this is a typical and cliché scenario, it is not for nothing that the main character receives the memory of the possessed object. There's something odd about every scene where the main character continues his relationship with the people around him without any sense of distance. Since we have different emotions and memories, we just look at the appearance or reaction and take care of it. That's why the main character's actions don't really touch me. The main character still does not understand anything about the Tower of Silence.
