Left a review below at Chap 291. I'm at 373 now and am probably dropping it.

MC is just more focused on adding more women to his Harem than anything else tbh. He's collecting tons of them without any care. He's got a ghost, a snake Demon who originally was an enemy who captured him to use him as a Furnace, 3 generations from a Sect [a disciple from a Demonic sect who used him as a Furnace, her master who stole him from the disciple to use him as a Furnace and then the Sect Master who agreed to dual cultivate with him straight away upon their first meeting] and a princess who he took as hostage.

He relies on a minsunderstanding/rationalisation that someone else came up with, saying that MC is a reincarnation of an immortal. But he goes HARD into it. One chapter he even admits that he's basically believing that himself and acts all arrogant and aloof all the time.

His system got basically "updated" ahead of time by 2 versions, which in actuality is just a nerf for him. It doesn't provide any numbers anymore and the rewards are now delayed a day per death, rather than received instantly. I guess author realised that MC was getting too strong too fast and wasnt using the stats or draws much at all (or author was just lazy), so decided to introduce this measure so that he has to basically become a normal cultivator in terms of comprehension/abilities, rather than relying on deaths to farm.

The system part was already being ignored before this point anyway. He basically never used any of his Free Attribute points after a point, and his roulette chances just end up collecting dust. The last time it was used, he spun 12 consecutive times and he only used 1 of the items - no clue what else he got from that.

Just before that he was in a situation where all of his storage rings/artifacts etc. Got eaten by a Furnace because he didn't store them in his System space, for whatever reason. And that included important ones that he Relied on to shuttle between Space. He let the Furnace escape/didn't bother tracking it down either.

I guess it makes sense for his character. He is immortal and not hiding it at all. He doesn't have to fear anyone, unless they threaten his family/Harem, and so just says whatever he wants and does whoever he wants.

I don't really care for Harems like this, where MC just adds random people to it whenever he feels like with no buildup/chemistry etc. Especially given how many of the members are enemies/forced themselves onto him. It's just more annoying to me now than funny, sadly.

It seems to be an copy of Opening rewards 100 million lives which is much better version.

I think its well written but I dont like how the plot goes. Comedy is good but other than that, its like Mc has no direction and is immediately engulfed in tragedies. Good thing dying is beneficial to him.
He is basically a simp too. It isnt harem yet from the last ive read but i cant read it anymore. Just not for me. He just goes with the flow its pitiful

Read all available chapters (291). It's a pretty decent novel. It isn't a full blown comedy novel, but a large part of it definetly has humorous elements to it.

This is yet another immortal MC, but unlike others, his Immortality isn't in the form of lifespan or invulnerability, but acts more like a respawn. After he dies, of any cause, he respawns after 3 seconds either at the same spot, or at a pre-determined spot. Later on he even has the ability to set a secondary respawn point as well, so he always has a backup. Upon respawn he is fully healed, including all his Qi/Spiritual energy/etc. The respawn includes whatever was on his person at the time (clothes, accessories, treasures etc.)

Upon each death he gains things, like stat points, skill experience (like formations), physiques and spiritual roots. The stat points and skill experience can only be farmed 10 times per source, but as the total number of deaths per source increases, the accumulated reward increases.

After dying from someone, if he can kill them in return then he gets a chance to draw from a lottery wheel.

At the start MC does his best to keep his Immortality secret, since he doesn't want to be captured and experimented on, but as time goes on and he gains methods to prevent that, he becomes a lot more proactive and even ends up challenging some royal families and Demons. This is the part where the comedy part becomes a lot more prevalent.

The main reason I think I even got this far, despite not being a huge fan of comedy novels, was mainly due to how different he uses his Immortality compared to other MCs. Whilst they mostly stay lowkey and hide their Immortality wherever possible, this guy (once he has some safety measures in place) basically all but announces it to everyone, though they obviously all think its some artifact or Dharma treasure.
