The cheat in this one is that the MC can modify any status effect to either delete it, make it permanent, or manipulate its duration. This works on pills/spells/talismans/blessings/etc.

      I've seen people say it has a rough start, and I somewhat agree, but I enjoyed it.

      I have found this one „Cultivating In Secret Beside A Demoness“, it’s not on this side but others.
      It also has a cautious mc in a demonic sect who try’s to stay low-key while getting stronger.
      He has a system where he needs to pick up bubbles with cultivation and lifeblood inside to raise his cultivation faster. What I personally like about this system is that it’s not the main focus and just support.
      The novel hast currently more than 300 translated chapters and gets updated with 2-3 new ones every day. And the translation is also alright.
