    I suppose there's just too much of Slice of Life in this story. And that's not for the current me, even though this author is the same as in his Regressed Demon Lord story. It feels bland, sometimes really forced/unreasonable. There are some uncommon ideas (
    for example), but it still feels desolate. Lots of PoVs from many characters, MC doesn't feel to be an interesting character so far (pretty much the same can be said about all the others - just usual people, however there's the caricatures as well).
    Personally I cannot recommend this, but I see some seems to like it. I stopped at ch.30.

    I've read before coming back to read again it's pretty decent like the world building but don't really get the polygamy cuz we don't get his relationship development with the females it's all forced some don't even show romantic signs till the end they were just close and the way he gains trust in people is messed up he easily trust the bad guys more than his friends and they all just marry him even though he treats some girls shitty at a point well i like it a lot so I'll give 4/5

    The beginning was very slow paced due to the drama which kinda annoyed me, it took about a dozen chapters.
    After that the story gets quite interesting since the MC start his battle career and following his progress was fun.
    Things that were bad in this story is about the polygamies. The author insisted on it for all Connectors but actually only emphasis on male having multiple wives, almost never the other way around. The MC has women allergy at first then at the end he married all women who throw themselves at him.
    The author is good on the battle story side while he handled romantic relationship side really awkwardly and forceful. I'll give this novel 4/5 rating overall

    Pretty good concept of gems(sadly, ranged weapons are almost nonexistent).

    Side characters are good, but I couldn't bear mentality of MC after 175+- chapters. He still "can't trust women" and other people, but he trusts people when it's convenient for the plot. (even if it's frustrating only because we know who are the bad guys - still sad) Also I don't really like MC, because he loves his daughter just too much puke , but maybe it's just my personal problem.

    Dropped, but it's more of a my fault and not of a novel. Something between 3-4, I suppose. welldone

      The trauma was understandable for him, the emotion damage he took after being betrayed by those closest to him must have caused his personality a bit corrupted and more paranoid at times.
      I just can't appreciate the polygamies in this story, by the end he never showed any romantic interaction to most of the girls yet he married them all afterwards. That's too forceful of a plot development. It's as if he'd welcome any females who come to him to celebrate facts that he got over woman phobic.

    This one is pretty decent.

    Decent characters, the story is coherent and you know that there was thought put into it from the beginning. The characters (for the most part) are believable in how they act. Decent enough action, adventure not so much but okay world building. If you are into fantasy action, this should be fine.

    As for romance, it's believable. I'm not into romance so I can't say if the romance here is particularly spicy or what but it's definitely not shallow.

    Give this one a try, it's alright.
