One day, a tower appeared in the skies of all the major cities…

Humans were suddenly summoned to become «Walkers», and they needed to clear the tower to save the world.

Floor 77:

The «Stone of Regression» was discovered. Walkers could now «return» to the past. Slowly… everyone left.

Humanity’s last hope, «Carpe Diem», was formed, joined by people who refused to abandon the world.

The last Walker reached floor 100. He no longer knew what to believe. Collapse

Ok, this author has some unique and strange ideas.
    1. Reader/writer relationship. Since there is Omniscient reader's viewpoint and then this, it's save to say it's one of his 'feature's. Like, awakening from the world to create your own world to develop it, only for it to become a novel at the end. Not as much reader author relationship as in ORV, but the topic is explored decently, especially at the end.

    2. The plot comes in full circle

    3. Unique vision of concepts. Example:
Unique world, Clothes, Ouroboros, Big brother(pretty sure I forgot some interesting ones, and I did not forget Stab or Fall, because they aren't unique or interesting)

    4. Got some feelings like when I was reading Reverend Insanity sometimes. Some ideas and concepts twisting into funny situations, making at the same time a pun and something profound at the end. Tho, I must say, RI did that much better.

Pretty good, fast read, not really a must read but if you want to find something interesting, a book is good enough to add to your 'read' collection.
4.5/5 worth time I spent on it.

This novel was a traumatic experience for me. In a good sense though, because I haven't read any other novel that would make such a mess out of my emotions

It's really good, just that it likes to mess with your emotions at times, ESPECIALLY at the end.

So what was the nightmare of the end or the beginning?

My interpretation is that the nightmare of the beginning is literally ordinary life. It makes you so fixated in your social position that you barely can do anything against it.
Btw the theme of ouroboros is present throughout this novel. The tree of imagery was said to be a circle shaped by nightmare Sirwen. It means that beginning is in fact the end.

man, is it just me or the story is boring like it's rushed you know. the mc decided to break the 100 floor only to end up in chaos. then there is his enemies always asking who is he, what is he tf its the same line again and again

tbh i expected more, i read the manhwa and the art is good/story that's why i tried finding the novel but mehh it's boring

(I'm still in the early chaps so i don't know much about the story, but i drop it since nothing interesting happened)

They are actually from the same author, but the late is on another level for me.

Recently 'The first order' is a good read I came across.

The whole point of the MC not going the the great lands was to highlight the side characters and how they have been led to believe that the great lands are “life” and chaos is “death”. So the talk about the great lands is really to highlight the side characters and their life of lies
