Kill the Heroby D-Dart

As a story, I suppose it was adequate. I dropped it because it just fell short - the author had made no effort at all in world building.

For example, the MC had to pay a broker 5 billion won to go into a dungeon. Yet, he didn't come out with anything more than the basic reward, a skill he picked up and learned.

Over and over, the hunters are brought out when the dungeon is cleared. Where are they making their money? The author made no effort at all to explain any motivation for any hunter especially low level, to actually enter a dungeon. Maybe if the government contracts it to a guild, the guild can pay them.

But the black market ones? Private trades? There's no real profit in it at all, and no motivation for risking their lives.

I'd have been happy if at least some drops were described, or what the MC looted from the PKers he took out. But it never did, thus plausibility failed. Dropped.

Just finished the book.
This book has an open ending btw. So, no answers about who the gods are or who the person who created the game is or their intentions.
But it was still a good ending. rest however, well enjoy my rant.

Someone had suggested that this is a really good Korean novel i should read.
Will be punching him in the face tomorrow. This is nothing more than a cliche chinese novel. except it's written by korean bloke.
Unfortunately, the futanari incest novel i read a few a few days ago had more essence and character than this.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!

I mean the novel is fine if you just want: novel start, mc become a lil strong, luck gives broken skills of past enemies, mc becomes super strong.
No drama more than a single chapter either. just pure levelling up and becoming strong and a complementary chapter of why the supposed dungeon is unbeatable but he knows how to do it. And another of side character begging for food (umm yeah i'm not even exaggerating about this part).
otherwise nah. it's braindead mind eating trash.

The character and quirks of the only characters described properly are as follows:

MC : Kim Woo-Jin: cheapskate, wants to be hero, super powerful, great at training recruits, has knowledge of everything there is, great at forging, luck greater than God of luck.
SIDEKICK : Lee Jin-Ah: cheapskate, gluton, immortal, fan girl of kim woo's power.
SPONSOR (for money and media) : Oh Se-chan: cheapskate, wants to destroy lee se-jun cuz he's evil, quasi sugar daddy to kim woo-jin.
ANTAGONIST : Lee Se-Jun: evil guy acting as good guy, super strong (supposedly?? we never saw his power except hearing mc go on about how he's still weaker than him), treasures beyond imagination but the counter parts of very important stuff are all missing instead present on people mc defeats.
GUILD LEADER: Park Yong-Wan: quasi sugar daddy to kim woo-jin, betrayed his country in past, has networking and influence in foreign countries.
SPONSOR ( for power) : Emissary of the Underworld: sugar daddy to kim woo-jin, gives him everything he wants.
John Georg (rival in previous life) : super strong in previous life, reputation as strong guy in previous life.
Lightning king: has private army.
Dragon hunter: once hunted a golden dragon.

And this ends the review. This is literally every single detail about the personalities of the characters to the dot.

Wondering why i mentioned no particular event? well cuz only 1 was repeated.

1) mc attacks unbeatable dungeon.
2) on last floor he says - how i will i win?
3) emissary gives him upgrades
4) he becomes op and wins dungeon without a single scratch.
5) hurts himself to downplay his feats for first half of novel.
6) mc sidekick begs for food.
7) mc gets op shit from other sugar daddies.
8) goes to new dungeon
9) gets challenged
10) place bets
11) enter dungeon
12) kill assassin
13) win dungeon cuz other people suck
14) repeat

there you go that is the entire storyline. There is nothing else in the entire novel.
