It's not the best novel but it's good for a light read when you have nothing else to do. The writing quality is pretty bad and it takes a while to get used to since there are words in the wrong tense, typos, and grammatical errors. The writing can circle back a lot and it makes this a slog to go through at times.

I'm in the second arc so it could get better in the later chapters but I wouldn't know. What I can say is that the first arc was pretty good. Nice length (around 50 chapters) and flowed pretty well. The second arc so far has been a downgrade. It's been nearly 100 chapters and we are finally getting somewhere. There are times when things are picking up and then it all just drops.
The descriptions get very repetitive and it takes like one scary look and then suddenly people are regretting their life choices in a long monologue and talking about how perfect the mc and ml are together.

Also, no information is actually being told to us. There have been many occasions where someone is telling the mc info or a spy gives him the info and we don't know a damn thing that was said. It's rather silly honestly.

Anyway, a good light read for when you are bored but you will be confused by what is happening sometimes and how it's progressing.
