OH I forgot to post a review it seems, so I completed this book last year and it was one of the top books in this website .... If you liked RI and are being bored just read this , it's top tier.

Yeah nah...I don't even bother with this kind of story,

author seems to have written a new novel called "chapters of olden days".a novel with Cthulu and outer gods theme and evil Mc who becomes a shadow outer-god like creature.

Read up to chapter 498

I remember finding it on an MTL site around 2018 or 2019, back when I didn't know how to speak, write, or read English. I relied on Google Translate to change English to my mother language. I stopped reading it at that time for obvious reasons; the novel was challenging to understand. Two days ago, I decided to pick it up again, but unfortunately, the translation is still incomplete, which is quite disappointing. Despite this, my reading exsperience was good, the novel has a unique world and power system, along with compelling side characters. The main issue lies in the absence of a clear main character. Can we consider Wang Yuan as the main character? but He dies in the first chapter. Can we count Negary as the main character? No, because Negary is more of a path or an ideology rather than a single character. Negary is a combination of several characters, like Wang Yuan, Killer J, and Noah. Therefore, Negary cannot be considered the main character. When Negary rarely appears in the chapters, I don't feel like something is missing, as Negary was never a main character from the start.

I tried to keep reading but I honestly had to just drop it at chap 382. The MC fades into the background and becomes more like a background character while the focus is on the mcs enemies. The sheer amount of info dumps and the overly detailed descriptions just makes this novel tedious and annoying to read.

the story development is superb, the plots aren't repetitive, the enemies and other characters are f#cking smart, cunning, mysterious, and not one-dimensional, author doesn't shy away from killing them and make new ones, there's no harem, no hateful bitches, and minimum side plots.

now the MC, he's rational, logical, and cold, but interesting and "humane" enough for you to get excited and cheer him on. he's a chaotic neutral, so he doesn't go around killing and refining people into lucky charms, looting their wealths, snatching their souls, and cucking mfs, f#ck no, i could even say that he's giving, fair, and sometimes kind to some extent

if you remember of the old 'Heaven Defying Cultivators' trope, you probably cringed a little, but the core of that idea is actually really good and proper. the MC –Negary– is the embodiment of defying fate and continuous improvement. at no point in the story you'd find a scene let alone an arc where he's being lazy, resting on his laurels, or deploying his clones like many many stories, no, he didn't had any cheats, hell his starting point was so low it's f#cking ridiculous, so the only thing he could do is fighting for every morsels

in my opinion, this one is in the same tier as Lord of the Mysteries, the only thing lacking was the translation. the normal TL even stopped at 500-ish, so ig we'll never know

Damn it, I have to leave a review of this work. This is really one of the best works of Internet novels that I have ever read. A really growing character, constantly moving towards his goals, able to soberly perceive and changes according to the situation or change the situation by force for himself. I would call all the arches of this work good, but obviously everyone will have a couple of favorites. The soul of Negari has many arches and sub-arches of different styles. The main character is really charismatic, he does not behave like a villain, but rather like the type of villain who cannot be understood by "good guys". When Negari is weak, he ignores the lives of other people, but still favors talents, but with gaining strength, he is ready to give more and more people a chance. If you want a book consisting of a variety of worlds and stories, a protagonist who is rational, cruel (but not sadistic, he is cruel only by the standards of ordinary people), develops and grows the whole book, becoming stronger and stronger, then this book is for you. A really good book.
