It is the year 2500, and humanity has expanded its reach beyond the confines of Earth. In a distant sector of the galaxy, a young man named Erich "Silber" Jaeger is born into a dystopian empire that tightly controls the lives of its citizens.

Growing up in a society rife with discrimination, Erich faces an uncertain future as he approaches military conscription. He will spend the next two decades of his life serving in the Armed Forces of the Germanic Star-Empire, fighting against the many enemies of the authoritarian state.

As he navigates the treacherous landscape of interstellar warfare, Erich must grapple with his own ambitions and loyalties. Will he rise through the ranks to become the next dictator of the empire, or will he meet a gruesome end on the battlefield?

Join Erich on his journey through the Interstellar Age, as he confronts the challenges of war, politics, and personal identity in a universe filled with danger and intrigue. Collapse

MC's life is so dark and if he doesn't betray this empire one day then this is one stupid novel. Why would a sane person loves the empire that made his life miserable. Srly. I'm still at C19, I'm gonna read more and see how the author goes at it. 1/5 i will change it after C100. But if nothing changes then 👎👎👎👎👎

Well i dropped tyranny of still at one point because of how unbearable and fantasy like it became, seems like author has thing for germans or is one himself as in both novels center of attention seems germany(based on summary as i have not read this yet) . Will probably give this a read later, for now imma just leave this comment here

I felt the premise was intriguing and well executed though the timeline it all happened in was too small but i guess people have a lifespan xd and the beginning was the most fun but now the novel just has to end. If you read history, Hitler did so much good for the german people early on in terms of nationalism, economic resurgance and modernization that if you ignore the bad parts it is an excelent premise for a novel because it was quite a sight to see.
