Currently caught up and I must say, the premise is really unique and interesting, I’m currently hooked and can’t wait for more chapters. To clear any confusion, this takes place in the real world, not some sort of VR simulation or on some deserted island. I was confused for a bit since taking place in the public leaves so many plot holes that the show just wouldn’t work out, especially when they are live streaming it, of course there are still some small plot holes, such as that the contestants could have easily been stream sniped, but as this is the second season of the show, I’m guessing that maybe someone did try to stream snipe in the first season but gained nothing. Since the viewers will be rooting for the contestant, they would probably spit on the stream sniper than root for him, while also there are many staff following each contestant who would be able to handle the stream sniper. All in all it wouldn’t be worth much to stream snipe them.
