Gamer Reborn by Keleros

Honestly a pretty good read, takes a fair while to get going but it’s not a complete copy of a previous story. A nice mix up of the LitRPG genre which is good considering so many are just copy and paste of the same old storyline.

Truly a waste of time. The story is seemingly made up as it goes with no planning as new concepts are introduced at random. Is it a free world with a system, is it a quest and hidden quest dumb gamelit no agency story, is it a training montage, does anyone know anything about their own world? It all changes moment to moment and chapter to chapter in a random way. Nothing adds up.

A kingdom is ruled by a super long lived high level king for hundreds of years, yet some change to hamstring all knowledge is implemented only 10 years ago and somehow not just every book, but all human knowledge about how to gain skills is lost? What? No one seems to get skills over decades of life and the MC has dozens of skills by the time he finishes childhood in chapter 52 or so. How?

This is nonsense garbage, even if he gained skills 10x faster than others, which he does not, then any adult would gain many more skills. Or does everyone have ultra low affinity for nearly everything...in which case if a person can only ever gain skills as a blacksmith...why not just give them those skills or is everyone wondering around super super ultra anti optimised to be terrible.

Plus there are traitless skills anyone can learn...mentioned once..never brought up again. How did everyone all over the world, most of whom are a lot older than 10 years old forget everything that know about the system and have no idea how to learn any skills. A world of amnesiacs? Pure nonsense.



Our MC is not very smart, is not a gamer, and fails to notice or even try out obvious things. A supposed engineering college student from earth who apparently never heard about the scientific method to test things out.

He has literal free form magic and proceeds to come up with precisely 1 application for each domain of magic which he calls a discreet spell, but it is not a spell and not a skill in his skill list. He has his dark arrow.. now to never ever try to come up with any other possible application ever again for his dark magic, like I don't know...how about combine it with his stealth skill?...or if he does, it is a random mid battle spur of the moment attempt to try out a new way to use his magic and it works perfectly almost every time. This is a bad anime.



Writing wise and world building wise this is objectively terrible. No details, no fantasy. Two key things...he as a child sells plants...herbs...that's it. This is not a thing in passing, this is his key childhood business and he does this everyday. Even learning key magic skills. And the author can't even come up with a name for these plants or any uses? We literally never find out what use the plants have! No details for anything exist. He even did a 1 year plus long alchemy apprenticeship try out rotation in his village! His sister sells them and finds out his secret in a key plot point about these plants! Yet can't even name his main money making plant! Absurd.

Finally magic...he gains magic skills....get this....off screen! His childhood isekai magic eureka moment is skipped over! What the heck! It just shows up in his status sheet after one of the like 8 time skips to push through his childhood. Come onnnnn you skip his discovery of magic in a magic fantasy isekai! No!

System has no meaning. What does 20 strength vs 10 mean? What does level 5 stealth do or what does the stealth skill doat all, it doesn't use mana or stamina? How is it better to have level 15 fire magic vs level 5? Does it use less mana or is it stronger? Does it mean anything? Literally over 50 plus chapter and 70 skills where he is focused on levelling up the vast majority of the time.. we don't see a single example or application of higher level skills and how they work or benefit him. Total nonsense. Do not read.

Hm another reincarnation novel, honestly I just realised that LitRPG is basically usually with a system and game elements. Its better to just casually read this if you are bored and have nothing much to do, it is not too bad for a first book by writer imo.

This is one of those works that, if you're not someone who's been reading for a while or not many works and has the patience to see the author evolve, it's a good work. The author has made very little progress at 100 hp, although You can see the improvement, it is not a masterpiece, check it out if you are a new reader or a veteran with patience.

Reborn Litrpg... Maybe it will be 👍 good
