The ability to stop time strength is always dependent on how strong the author wants it to be and is 99% of the time not even close to the madness it actually is in truth only beings close to or at the three omnis can realiticaly do something about it(its a ability which breaks concepts so maybe even they cant do much about it with an entity at the three omnis maybe being equal)everyone else isnt even a threat if you had this ability(since even to survive in it would make you basicaly immune to everything that exists by default i think the immense disperage seen in that time i got reincarnated as a slime between chars who have and havent got this ability is quite good(not nearly as big as it actually would be but it gives you an idea) making it Impossible for someone who doesnt have this ability to even do anything against someone with it despite being otherwise similar or better)
