Honestly I enjoyed when I read it yrs ago but now the grammar is off-putting and it may just be the person who uploaded this site as i read on another site 5-6 yrs ago.

Zombie apocalypse, and his soulmate becomes a zombie but either due to willpower or luck he gets the ability to subdue her somewhat which turns into a controlling zombies power and slowly raises her. It turns out that zombies can regain rationality after evolving enough but every one is different. He uses this to control regular zombies and eventually has a harem of extremely dangerous zombie girls (3 at 281). He also has some either resistance or assimilation of the zombie virus as well leading to various upgrades.

The writing is great, the interactions are great, the setting is interesting. What keeps putting me off is how unambitious the guy is and how much he keeps getting entangled in other people's crap for absolutely no reason. At the point I stopped temporarily (281) he's got 3 insanely powerful girls and a zombie beast and he does nothing with it. He had JUST gotten rid of one group of survivors after another and some soldiers come along and he immediately decides to tag along with them for no reason.

It drives me crazy because ultimately he can't be part of a group of humans because his 3 girls are zombies and he KNOWS this but still just bumbles around instead of making any kind of plan. It could be so amazing and if somebody knows that I just need to keep going and he finally does something let me know. I have checked this like 3 or 4 times to see if it's Japanese because that would explain why he can't just say no and do his own thing! I want to see him make his own base or try to fix the feral zombies or experiment with beasts or SOMETHING instead of repeating the same interactions with random survivors over and over.
