Oh man I come as fast as I can to say this exact shit (I was reading on panda but I don't have an acount so at least I ll warn my fellow readers her) I read that cannibalisme and say maybe this is a hidden gem why you may ask cuz in most novels mc or natives kill and eat monsters even tho most of the time they are sentients/conscious which basically contradict and since people avoid such details... anw after years of reading the most annoying thing that I can read is a simp mc... I can even read a dumb childish one cuz I ll just chuckle whenever he do a dumb thing but when the author is self-deluded (it may come up in different type tbh but the most one is a simp mc) then it's suck even with a great plot a great writing style a great world background and character setting I can't and this novel at least from the first dozens chapters is included there even tho it isn't really great on the other lvls... I just dropped anothet novel after reading 580chapters cuz the mc fall in love from the first sigh at the first 10chpters then in the 580th that girl said to him at first you were just a mediocre talents I didn't bother glancing at you qnd I couldn't lower myself to your lvl but now you prove otherwise... I was speechless no I am still speechless like wtf is wrong with this author just how the fck they wanna lower themselves for what? Attention cuz I bet even having sex is an incredibke challenge for them so they write this kind of crooked logic and lower themselves even in their fantasies... too bad some of those novels have some good plots
