    Author stuffed all the tropes they could into this one. Great translation though.

    Expect OP MC with a system, beautiful yet cold heroines, arrogant young masters and mistresses, succession and faction dynamics, hidden organisations demon kings but funny ones, 5 year training arc(not kidding), revenge and face slapping(this is overdone, at this point I'm cringing whenever MC shocks someone or leaves them in awe)

    The list is long so just delve in and explore for yourself.

    Honestly, I'm surprised at how I'm not tired of this yet. Either author is doing something right despite the shortcomings or I'm just bored.

    Almost half of this novel are consist of scene where people were admiring, getting awe and suprise of mc strength

    The same as that vampire novel where the author keep repeating his handsomeness and strength. He's like "who is he, he is the progenitor, dragon, bla..bla..bla.."

    The mc is awesome. The quality is high. The interaction between wraith and the mc is funny(demon soul) but the novel lacks substance.

    The story has a good beginning but never goes in depth and there is 0 foreshadowing and it basically is the mc training and doing a few misssions that are semi filler and that is it.

    The biggest issue is that you can't compare anything he gains and the worldbuilding is shallow.

    The system says he has 50 strength but we see no one elses number so what is 50 strength compared to his mentor and the side characters? Same goes for his traits/titles and techniques. The technique got stronger but we don't know how stronger related to his enemies he has gotten so the power-up is a question mark all the time.

    Worldbuilding is non existent so far. Only thing we know is that there are 6 kings and 5 demons. We don't know anything about the goals or political interests of any of the groups.

      I would argue that Solo Leveling also doesn't show others' attributes(or does it?) and we can see Jinwoo's growth because we saw his initial status and the rank it represents until he got out of the hospital and defeated a monster above his rank with his improved stat.

      Here in this novel though, I haven't read it and would want to read it but what I'm saying is, do not let your shallow view of their overall strength cloud your judgment of his actual strength just by looking at his attributes.

      I don't mean to insult you because that is the only way I can deliver my thoughts through comments and I'm also not a native of an English-speaking country. My level of English is just enough to not be confused when talking with other people in English due to my job.

        In solo lvling you can guess the stats based on rank. So oh he is getting hunted by an a rank as an c rank so you feel suspense but if that happens in this novel you don't have a clue how strong they are or can even guess.

        He gets a skill that gives 50 strength... average stats of c rank is for example 500 meaning he got 10% strength increase for his current rank... yeah! But here you got no clue
