In short, a childish novel. R 7

To be honest, i did expect this novel to have cliches but NOT this much. I should have expected this from the moment i read the summary of novel but...welp, wasted my time. A big letdown, a letdown i say!

Cheap characters, shallow world building, boring plot, cheap character growth, repeated interactions, edgy mc, edgy lines, cliches, world resolves around the mc, etc. I don't know how should i describe it.Hmm...Every plot is just childish, yeah childish.

Character A lost and Voila! Character growth!
And that's it. Yeah, not to mention how author likes to brag about his "character" I can't count just how many times the line of "He changed" repeated, despite not changing at all. They are just one delusioned people. Only exist to worhsip mc. Just scroll down their monoluges and nothing will change.
Like i said, they only exist to be written, nothing more nothing less. Insignificant existences.

Should i include the teacher who is war veteran, lazy, laid-back, rotten but "good in the inside" as well ? Indeed. Kill him, replace him with another teacher and nothing will change.

Power scaling is suffering from system again. Even if mc has 200 stats in agility, strength and more, as long as oppenent is 'better' at martial arts than him, they will be stronger. Mc can't even catch up to someone with his agility just because other person's footwork is mastered way more than mc's footwork. What i meant is...Stats are useless. Tho mc can win in arm wrestling but not in sword fight, by strength of course.

Now lets talk about our mc. A heroish boy who would sacrifice his life for bunch of nobodies, family lover, cringe, teacher and "Dark past."
Classic plot of "I saved her because she resembles me"...as you expected, its OVERLY repeated over and over again. Bruh, it would be more acceptable if you only said "i saved her because i want to or something".
He is more of a teacher than that elf. Author sometimes exaggerates his past like how he lost everything or more.
His most hated part is...he is cringe as hell! Every chapter or paragrapgh ends with some edgy line.
As for Wrath ? A pet, don't mind him. Instead of returning to his body or killing him when time comes, he just let his power stolen from him. An epitome of idiot.

Female leads doesn't exist. Did you forget what i said ? This is a R7 novel. They are just brats. No harem or romance.

As i'm someone who read the mtl, they are still same even after 200 chaps. Brats by mentality.

A military themed novel and nothing more. Read it if you like growth and power fantasy novels. And scroll down all other "interactions" cuz they does not matter.

Rimmer is a terrible person and teacher. He’s done nothing to help the kids. Everything that he did could have been done by any random guy.

It seems author could not create a cult so he wrote this novel to worship the Mc

It's a miracle I am still reading this(went out of good novels) the more I read the more I felt that author must be a child afterall how can an adult write such childish novel, it's more like manhwa material for teen audience which might be good than reading it as a novel.

All other characters exist to worship and show the mcs greatness(mc is not great). I have made a lot of comments on this novel and most of them are just me randomly typing insane shit. But if you want a character that is a slave to his emotions and has a hero complex then you’re in the right place. I recommend you leave. And btw for 100 chapters and probably 1000 more he’ll be in an academy.

Cliche as f#ck man I’ve read so many of Academy plus magic that I’ve gotten sick of it. Come up with something new already ffs other people have already milked it to the point that it’s dry now change the setting to something different like anything other then a fking academy.

Is a normal boring reincarnation about a 40 year old assassin trying to prove himself to children it’s pretty pathetic to read. I can already tell that the entire novel will just be him at a stupid academy where he is constantly bullied for no reason and eventually kills the bullies to protect his future harem member or smth like that then next chapter repeat.

As of writing this I've read up to Ch. 78. The setting is not all that unique, as far as reincarnation stories go, as he has both knowledge and experience from his previous life. However, this time around he starts life with a major disability, being a social pariah, and finding himself quite literally attached to a dangerous enemy. These are all good additions to put some spice into an otherwise overused, and potentially bland formula. It's good to know that as time goes on and our MC 'Roan', increases in his strength and abilities, his challenges are increasing in their severity. I'm sticking around on this one since I'm left curious about how he'll overcome these obstacles, and what the influence of his newfound friends and family will help him grow into in the future.
