MC made a vow to grow strong enough to pull his homestay back and show all his people (disciples, lovers, friends) much-much bigger world. Among these confidants, 1 is a romantic interest right from his past life, 2 others are double cultivation partners and loyal followers. And what I guess is thought here to be a female lead is the sister of his former wife who refused to acknowledge the engagement. But the thing is, she is not strong at all and her screen time is viciously miserable. But she still was made a promise to that when she, a little cute shy girl, grows into a mature woman than maybe he will kindly agree to her request. But the dimension being hidden pussy-blocked great aspirations of a naive teenage girl. So far, many years have passed (around 10 years or more, but to cultivators it's just a flick of a finger), who knows whether it will even ever happen. Our MC's outlook changed shockingly. Since this moment, MC never touched a signle woman. There are at least 5 women with whom Su Yi had or still has a chance to hook up. But one turned into non-existence bcs of an awkward situation with seniority regarding her father and MC, so instead of giving the MC the taste of her special body constitution suitable for double cultivation, she's been reduced to a background character not worth mentioning. The other one may be interested in him but she's treated by him as a friend. But, tbh, she's no different the previous one in a way that there was little to no screen time featuring them together. There was absolutely no romantic atmosphere btw the two but only the constant joking bickering, what's more, she's only seen in a circle of his friends drinking and laughing together. The 3rd one, a mysterious female spear warrior, kept making occasinal appearances akin to kameo and each time they had a spar they fighting postures turned to kamasutra poses which would make her ashamed and angry urged me to see how far their each successive meeing will go, but recent facts of her family she's born to gave me misgivings that maybe their close surface skin relationship was just a carefully planned fanservice with no real intention to make her his lover. There is no much to say about the 4th one, since she made only a single actual appearance to save the MC from the deadly peril. Even though she calls herself his daoist sister, she hints that she has much deeper feelings. But compared to the 5th lass, in terms of importance and emotional distance, all other seem not worth mentioning at all. With the last girl, he always feels comfortable being around and they understand each other without saying a single word. That was relationship described in a way that was much more significant when compared to his confidantes. The development of their romance will be explored later since the raws still did not reach a certain point.

What I've written is just a dry brief sitrep on MC's martial status without any substantive context. With the way things are going right now, it feels like a story which has elements of harem genre but esentially can barely have such a tag. So read with peace of mind if you intend to dive.
