Chapter 1734 Chapter 1727: The Red Dust Flows; Fourth Calamity (7)

"Little Wei!"

A pleasant voice resounded throughout the air, warm yet stern. The sound of hurried steps followed as a young man ran through the courtyard in a rush, spirited and healthy. The young man arrived at a garden where an exceedingly unearthly woman with a pair of gardening gloves and a dark-colored dress. However, despite her looks containing an unearthly nature that defied feminine beauty, genuinely fitting of one with an Anima-Devourer's mystical lineage, she was incredibly earthy here, tending to her flowers with a hearty effort and a tinge of dirt on her chin.

She was extracting some stubborn weeds. Wiping the sweat from her brow with her wrist, her eyes gleamed as she watched the fruits of her meticulous effort. With a dazzling smile, she clapped her gloved hands.

After arriving by the garden, the young man, whose silver eyes shine brightly, his breath containing incredible strength, aged roughly thirteen years of age, smiled a silly and dazed smile.

"Mother?"

This young man was none other than Wei Wuyin. Since all those years ago, his mother's condition had been solved by an item of great value. Her original self, all of her previously consumed incantations, and her iconic self exuding warmth and motherly love returned in full force. Since Sage Xiaotian had solved her problem, she no longer suffered any amnesia. Moreover, she had regained her old memories that were thought once lost.

Wei Wuyin had begun cultivating at home while his older brother had ventured off to the capital before being inducted as a disciple at one of the Five Great Sects, the Earthly Titan Sect. Meanwhile, his father had elevated in status as an elder to an incumbent Clan Leader after his cultivation leaped two stages, from the Second Stage of the Qi Condensation Stage, the External Qi Phase, to the Fourth Stage, the Yin Form Phase. Given the precious Clan Master was only at the Elemental Birth Phase, the third stage, and was thirty years his senior, it was a natural process with very little resistance.

The Wei Clan immediately became the number one clan of Red Dove City and its official, uncontested leader. This was reinforced with Wei Wuyin's brother's position in one of the Five Great Sects. A fabulous development. For the Wei Clan, specifically this family, their lives were only getting better and better.

"Help your mother dispose of these weeds," Wei Wuyin's mother said as she stood up with a puff of breath. She was not a cultivator. Moreover, she had no intention to cultivate. This was a decision they all respected, and she was content with it. There was no dissuading her either.

"Hm," Wei Wuyin nodded with a soft exclamation and began to grab the basket filled with weeds. He glanced at the beautiful garden and felt at peace. The various flowers, especially the azaleas, which were his mother's favorite, were beautifully taken care of. It was a picturesque garden inciting incredible feelings that even a grandmaster painter might not be able to replicate.

The two walked. The two talked. The two laughed.

"Ha!" A tall young man, in his mid-twenties, slayed a bloodthirsty beast that was rampaging near Red Dove City with a few swings of his saber. The now-corpse slammed against the ground and reeked a stench of freshly spilled blood.

"I've gotten justice for all the lives you dare to take!"

When he brought the beast back to the city, the citizens cheered. Holding the beast up with a single arm, roars shook the ground of praise.

"The Young Master is invincible!"

"The Young Master has the bearing of an expert and a great hero!"

"The dashing Saber Ascendant once again protects the city! Tch. If only I was a woman…"

The words echoed in his ears as he laughed heartily.

"Father, are you sure you want to take office?" Wei Wuyin, now in his thirties, yet looking just as youthful with a greater light of wisdom within his eyes as he had when he was twenty, asked his father.

His father barely seemed to have aged, while his mother was a stunning middle-aged woman who was well in her early sixties. She barely seemed to have entered her thirties, and with a touch of maturity, she genuinely felt more beautiful like fine wine, aged perfectly. This was the genetic benefits of having an Anima-Devourer lineage, especially her unearthly looks and her sharp mind.

"Of course. This is a great opportunity, and the elders are unanimously urging me to leave so you can take my position. Haha. I fear that if I don't leave now, they'll certainly call a meeting to impeach me on the premise of staying too long. After all, your cultivation has grown greatly since. You're already a Mortal God, while your brother has entered the ranks of Godlords."

Wei Wuyin's eyes shone brightly as he felt emotional. The Wei Clan had become a God Clan, a title given to those who had Mortal Gods within them. He had just entered the ranks of Mortal Gods while his father was an experienced Mortal God with a stage of cultivation above him. As for his older brother, his talent for cultivation was legendary. Within three decades, he had made literal leaps and bounds in his cultivation, becoming a Mortal Godlord!

He was truly in the ranks of the strong within the Wu Country.

"It's time for you to become a leader of this clan, and hopefully make some heirs. Your mother and I trust that you'll find great success," Wei Wuyin's father laughed happily. Wei Wuyin hadn't taken a wife yet, but there were many candidates. Furthermore, he was certainly virile.

"You'll do great," Wei Wuyin's mother walked forward and fixed his hair and shirt. Only after she was sure it was tidy, trying to suppress the brimming wetness in her eyes, she took a breath and said with a struggling voice:

"Promise your mother that you'll write, every month, no, every week! And you'll eat your vegetables no matter if you don't like them. And you'll sleep properly. Don't fall too deeply into cultivation. Also, you must be careful of certain vixens that only want you for your status. And…"

Her words were flowing with endlessness and Wei Wuyin's father had to pull her away as he gave a wry smile. "Just take care of yourself, son."

"I will…" Wei Wuyin saw them off. Hot tears ran down his face. As they were far off, he hurriedly rushed after until he could see their carriage at the horizon of a rising sun, "Be sure to visit the Wu Tower! I love you both!"

After saying those words, he stayed staring at the horizon until the sunset. Then, and only then, did he decide to return to the clan and assume his position as Clan Leader of the Wei Clan of the Red Dove City.

Wei Wuyin.

Time passed.

Wei Wuyin looked at the setting sun. He had lived for over two hundred years. He had many children, and they had children, which had children, who had children. He was a father to many, and an Ancestor to most.

He sat in a rattan chair on the porch of a villa. He was resting as the wrinkles of his face were brushed gently by the warm air. Surrounding him were handsome and beautiful faces, some old and others young, and there were even a few that were carrying infants. They were all solemnly surrounding Wei Wuyin at the side, not blocking his view of the setting sun as they too observed. Even the infant was silent as the ambiance of the air was calming and peaceful.

It was the eve of his final day.

And it was surrounded by family. By familiar faces and newly introduced ones, including in-laws that extended for seven generations. Their cultivations were all over the place, and there were numerous Mortal Gods, Mortal Godlords, and even Mortal Godkings amongst them.

"So this is it…" Wei Wuyin's voice carried the extreme vicissitudes of age. "I've lived a great life…"

Surrounded by love. Surrounded by legacy. Surrounded by the future born from his past.

"Little Bro…" A young man flew over from the setting sun. His face was unchanging as his cultivation had reached the legendary Astral Core Realm. To many, this young man was a god amongst men.

"Big Brother…I'm…happy…you…made…it…" The weak voice of his displayed the last vestiges of his vitality ebbing away. Wei Wuyin was walking towards his dying light. The absolute of this world: death.

"I wouldn't have missed it for the world," Wei Wuyin's brother smiled warmly as he held Wei Wuyin's wrinkled hands in his own, kneeling. Who would have thought the younger brother would not outlive the older one? Life in the cultivation world was always cruel.

The older brother who once instructed him on the principles of wielding a saber and cultivation stood by his side in his final moments. As if given a burst of energy, Wei Wuyin's eyes lit with the glow of the setting sun.

"When you see mother and father, tell them that…I was happy. And I hope they…live well…and they—"

Wei Wuyin's voice trailed off as a silent atmosphere followed. The sun had fully set. A life had fully ended.

"I will," Wei Wuyin's brother clenched the hand that was slowly losing its warmth, his voice trembling with tears that could only pour out like a steady, heavy stream. Their mother and father had ascended beyond the sky with Sage Xiaotian and Minister Long, and their life talismans were glowing strong. They were still alive. Meanwhile, his cultivation talent wasn't enough to advance to the Godlord level despite numerous resources and such.

The family of four in this world of the living…would now be reduced forever to a family of three.

"The first life has been completed!"

The spectators were all extremely focused. However, when the red dust didn't scatter, many of their hearts eased. Somehow, the Dual Sinful Mortal had survived his first life without feeling an ounce of despair.

"What life was it? What was the first trial that he experienced?" The silver-winged figure asked curiously.

The dark-red figure replied, "The life of stagnation."

"Oh! For grand ambitious cultivators, this is the most brutal…how could he not feel the slightest sense of despair as Sinful Pride?!" Many of the winged figures were startled after hearing the first life of eighteen. A life of stagnation allows the surroundings of your life to flourish while you would stagnate, watching as everything and everyone rises instead of you.

Typically, at the end of their lifetime, their minds would be consumed by regret and despair, unable to continue living and hating death.

To be honest, this was the hardest trial for cultivators who were once peerless and ambitious. From time to time, they would feel glimpses of their past life, knowing that they were supreme and could very well be. But no matter how hard they tried, they would descend into the red dust of mortality, and stagnate before dying a death filled with abject failure.

Yet Wei Wuyin, a Sinner of Pride, had somehow succeeded in this life! There was once a Sinner of Pride with proper cultivation and a True Soul of Sin who lost immediately upon facing this life! It was the very bane of their existence. How could they possibly be content?!

"It's not over yet…there's seventeen more lives…"

Will Wei Wuyin be able to survive?!

1752 Chapter 1745: Continent of the First Knight; Arising Sage Elixir

"What a venue!" Qing Qiumu exclaimed as they broke through the atmospheric layer of the planet, instantly seeing how a heavily refined continent that exuded rich mortal and mystic energies was floating above a sky-piercing mountain. And as she turned, she saw the beautiful scenery of vessels emitting faint glows, painting an extraordinary picture as if countless dimly lit stars were bearing witness to it all.

"Great eye!" Qin Liangyu said as she stayed at the forefront, acting as a bypass to all the formations and arrays that normally restricted access. "This is the Knightly Dao Pavilion's Continent of the First Knight, and it was the first piece of land that Shang Liu had created. Since then, it has been diligently cultivated to become a holy land for cultivation for over a hundred thousand years.

"The Continent of the First Knight has had a ritualistic practice of instilling graduates' energies within. Furthermore, and a tradition of celebrating the achievements of its students and alumni. Whenever a graduate achieved a new stage of cultivation outside the pavilion, they were invited back to infuse their energies into the core of the continent, expanding it by a bit.

"It isn't too heavy a loss for them, and over time, it had created an incredible piece of land that exceeds many peak mystic-grade planets as numerous Rune Kings, World Emperors, Original Magistrates, Mystic Overlords, and the Sages of the Knightly Dao Pavilion had infused their cultivated energies within. It is incredibly envied, and countless prominent Alchemic Saints have tried to pay a hefty price to purchase it for their own uses." Qin Liangyu's words were laced with immense pride and reverence.

This continent was the idol of the Knightly Dao Pavilion. The very representation of all their efforts and four Sages had infused their tremendous strength into it at one point, including the constant refinement by its native members.

Yue Songli's eyes sparkled. She had words at her lips, but she didn't say it. However, someone spoke: "It's as if the continent was originally a blank canvas and each of its successes and inherent stories were strokes of a brush, painting it vividly with wonderful colors. A true masterpiece, infused with history, tradition, hard work, and respect."

Yue Songli's sparkling eyes glowed three times in intensity. She turned to Wei Wuyin, who held her close, and her heart and body felt his warmth. She leaned on him.

"What a fabulous way to put it!" Qin Liangyu had never heard of it like that, but it matched perfectly with her internal sentiment.

"No wonder people have tried to buy this piece of land," Cao Cuifen said in astonishment. That was over a hundred thousand years of history and constant refinement. It wasn't as if it was the greatest piece of land in the Utmost Purity Galaxy or even the Growing Immortality Galactic Zone, but the myriad of different energies within, regulated into balance, made it a diverse piece of holy land that could accommodate most types of cultivators.

Cao Cuifen pouted slightly, glancing at the lovely Yue Songli, asking curiously: "What's the price for this continent?"

Her words instantly caused Qin Liangyu to be taken aback. However, after digesting the question, she chuckled and replied with a smile: "The highest offer we've been given was a series of materials that was worth about three million Mystic-World Essence Stones."

    "..."

Ming Shufeng almost lost her mysterious aura as she almost choked on her saliva. THREE MILLION?! That was insane!

"That was refused?" Liu Suyin asked with a tinge of disbelief. They had been exploring the galaxy for the last month, and they had more or less gotten a gist of values within the Utmost Purity Galaxy. That was an incredible amount exceeding a peak mystic-tier planet in value, which was roughly 1.5 million Mystic-World Essence Stones, without any special qualities.

These planets were often forged with the extreme and lengthy efforts of Sages or multiple Mystic Overlords, which amounted to thousands to tens of thousands of years and then sold to organizations for an immense profit. Many Sages and Mystic Overlords had projects like this ongoing, exhausting a portion of their precious energy to obtain long-term profit after short-term sacrifice.

"Indeed it was!" Qin Liangyu verified with a smirk. "The Continent of the First Knight isn't just a simple continent, its core has shown signs of developing a World Soul, and the history of it certainly elevates the price."

    World Soul?

A World Soul was akin to a Star Soul. It was no different than an alternative way of birthing a soul, becoming a living entity that can grow and cultivate. Little Defiant has a Star Soul, and if a planet or continent developed a World Soul, they would be no different than touching the edge of the Resonant Soul Realm.

Worlds and Solar Stars that develop souls have great potential to become heavenly celestial bodies that can commune with the heavens on a great scale. This would allow these celestial bodies to exceed the peak mystic-grade and enter the soul-grade.

Wei Wuyin observed the continent and could sense the nascent, incomplete stage of its World Soul. It was far from becoming a World Soul without proper refinement to initiate such a grand transformation. However, if a cultivator refined a world with a World Soul with some unique Cultivation Methods, they could call forth a genuine Edict of a Sage, allowing that cultivator to birth a Seed of Law.

It was an alternative path to developing a Law and establishing resonance with the heavens. With a Seed of Law, those beneath the Resonant Soul Realm would have a greater chance of ascending beyond the Mystic Ascendant Realm. Moreover, it would grant assistance in reaching the True Sage and True Soul Phase after if one hadn't done so.

Out of the four Sages of the Resolute Dusk Galaxy that had cultivated Laws to completion—Imentet, Nepri, Pakhet, and Shattered Sphinx, developing a Minor Authority or higher, Sage Shattered Sphinx had taken this route, and the planet itself was not within the galaxy's boundaries, and was why he was seldom present in various affairs of the galaxy. He was pursuing this path.

However, it was an arduous, expensive, and risky path. There was no guarantee that a continent, planet, or lunar satellite would birth a World Soul even if it had an incomplete soul developing. Without the proper cultivation and nurturing, it could take millions upon millions, perhaps even billions of years to birth one naturally. The Continent of the First Knight was rigorously refined, so its development process was speedily pushed forward. Moreover, even millions of years of refinement might not be enough for the slightest sign of a World Soul potential.

However, for those great powers, a continent showing this was like a chance to enter the Resonant Soul Realm.

Cao Cuifen blinked as she eyed the continent intently. Then, she asked: "How much was the counteroffer?"

    "Counter offer?" Qin Liangyu frowned.

"Yeah. The offer that Pavilion Master Shang replied with," Cao Cuifen clarified. However, her question caused Liu Suyin to give her a look, knowing exactly what was on her mind.

"Haha! I had almost forgotten about that. The Pavilion Master did give them a price, but I don't know the exact price. You'll have to ask him." Qin Liangyu held a faint smile. It was obvious that Cao Cuifen wanted this continent. She knew of Cao Cuifen's ambitious personality as she challenged talents across the stars recently in spars. Moreover, she would reward them for winning or losing, making her a goddess of challenge that everyone wished to meet.

Cao Cuifen looked toward Wei Wuyin who was holding Yue Songli as they exchanged unhidden spiritual transmissions. Yue Songli's expression was fanatically excited and keenly interested, and Wei Wuyin's eyes felt enlightened. He now knew why Yue Songli wanted to participate in the event. He felt Cao Cuifen's straightforward gaze and looked at her.

He could only bitterly laugh internally. He wasn't ignorant of the value of an incomplete World Soul, especially for cultivators who wish to seek higher paths. Not everyone can naturally birth a Seed of Law, find a stupendously rare Edict Seed, or have a Heavenly Saint or higher to pay an exceedingly heavy price to call forth an Artificial Edict of a Sage, and even then, the vast, vast majority failed when experiencing that baptism like Ye Ziling had in the World Between the Folds—the Endless Void Realm.

A genuine Edict of a Sage would always generate a Seed of Law, not leaving anything to chance.

"Of course," he gently said two words. Cao Cuifen revealed a blooming smile. She didn't say anything, only looked at the Continent of the First Knight with a confident glimmer in her eyes.

Qin Liangyu was confused by this exchange, but she didn't put much thought into it. However, she was already expecting Cao Cuifen to leave disappointed.

They soon arrived near the continent, at the docking station. There were several vessels present, most of them small-size, high in quality, and varied in usage, especially as a long-distance, Dark Void-traversing Void Vessel. While the Utmost Purity Galaxy was a highly advanced and cultivated galaxy, the Dark Void between stellar regions and the galactic zones was highly dangerous. Not even Original Magistrates would carelessly traverse between the Void-Blank Spaces of galactic zones or stellar regions.

Minor Elysium was docked expertly. The air of the Continent of the First Knight was incredibly pure, dense, and rich, laced with pinnacle-grade astral essence and high-grade mystic essence. It was no wonder that this was the main cultivation and living area for the upper echelon of the Knightly Dao Pavilion.

"Please," Qin Liangyu gestured for the group to off-board the Minor Elysium.

    "..."

Imentet frowned at this moment. Even Nepri and Nepit felt this was highly inappropriate. Even if they hadn't met Wei Wuyin or them outside, they should have been here upon landing, especially the Pavilion Master who was acting as a host. At this point, these were signs of disrespect, treating Wei Wuyin, a prominent Worldly Saint Alchemist, as a common guest. Even though the Vice-Pavilion Master was here to escort them, this was barely the minimum required given their entourage of four Sages.

At the very least, Pavilion Master Shang could have sent an Incarnation with an excuse and an apology.

The dissatisfaction was teeming in Imentet's aura. This was also an indirect gesture of disrespect toward Luo Ning, as if saying they weren't worthy of being greeted at the door by the Pavilion Master, and it was already hard to control her anger. If it wasn't for Wei Wuyin being occupied by Yue Songli and Qing Qiumu, seemingly unwilling to shake the boat, Imentet would have long since done something.

Of course, anyone who knew Wei Wuyin was aware that he was never unwilling to shake the boat. He had no fear of flipping the entire galaxy.

"Where's the Pavilion Master?" Luo Ning asked with an indifferent, cold voice. Even she was unable to hide her emotions. After all, this was disrespecting Wei Wuyin on a few levels.

Qin Liangyu heard the chill and frowned. She calmly replied, as if already prepared, "The Pavilion Master has likely lost himself in nostalgia as the three great Sages of our pavilion have returned."

    "..." Imentet's eyes narrowed dangerously.

Luo Ning said with clear apathy, "Understood." In her eyes, this Pavilion Master Shang was all but excluded from ever receiving anything from her. "Then," Luo Ning said openly and clearly, not hiding her words at all, "Your Majesty had prepared an extraordinary greeting gift for Pavilion Master Shang. How unfortunate. Can I have it, Your Majesty? I'll give him my greeting gift on all of our behalf instead."

"Hm?" Qin Liangyu was alerted. A greeting gift was separate from a birthday gift or wedding gift, and it was often given to the host at the door or when they first met. It was a show of respect and appreciation, especially when a guest received an invitation. Normally, she had accepted all greeting gifts on behalf of the Pavilion Master, but those who would meet the Pavilion Master in person would give it to him personally.

Wei Wuyin laughed in his heart. These fierce women were quite something and a little spiteful. "Sure. It's only a few high-quality, peak-tier Mystic-World grade products. You can do with it as you see fit." Wei Wuyin brought out a silver box designed with swords, shields, and suits of armor. It was created with Essence of War and was roughly on par with a peak-grade Mystic-World tool.

He casually tossed it over to Luo Ning. Her eyes brightened as her spiritual sense inspected the contents. "Oh? There was an Arising Sage Elixir? Your Majesty, you're too generous!" Luo Ning's smile was lethal and vicious at the same time, and Qin Liangyu's expression drastically changed.

Arising Sage Elixir were peak-tier Mystic-World grade products that were incalculably valuable. It was an ascension-assisting product that Mystic Overlords would kill for! Its primary effect was similar to the Refraction World-Light Elixir that assisted cultivators in absorbing a specific type of energy, and for True Sages, they needed to absorb and condense a wisp of True Breath of a Sage, and the higher quality of this wisp, the greater the chances of ascending after assimilating it during their Eighth Ascension.

A Sage was fundamentally different in terms of physique, and they developed a slight resonance with the Mystic Dao and a very slight connection with the heavens. The so-called True Breath of a Sage was the highest form of Mystic Essence, exceeding peak-grade essence, and was ridiculously difficult to cultivate. But only by having this and understanding its properties can one ascend with any degree of certainty.

The Pavilion Master Shang, among countless other Mystic Overlords, failed to condense a single wisp of Breath of a Sage at the lowest quality. It was simply too difficult.

Imentet's eyes glowed after hearing Luo Ning. Their unique cultivation method allowed them to work in tandem to forge a True Breath of a Sage, and that was a perilous effort that failed numerous times. Meanwhile, Nepri had used Dual Cultivation Methods that inevitably damaged his foundation for a long while to assist Nepit in condensing her own.

However, that was just one of the requirements, but it was by far the hardest.

The value of a single Arising Sage Elixir at impure-quality was valued at 1.8 million Mystic-World Essence Stones. It was a peak-tier Mystic-World grade product, and even Exalted Worldly Saint Alchemist would struggle to concoct a usable portion of the elixir, let alone a low-quality version. This pill could make a True Sage.

    Literally.

Additionally, True Breaths of a Sage were used to strengthen the physique and dantian of a Sage after their ascension. Unless they wanted to lessen the quality of their cultivation, Sages condensed wisps upon wisps from Essence Stones for their cultivation, and many Sage-level Cultivation Methods used only these wisps.

The eight Sages were above average in strength largely because they could condense the True Breaths of a Sage with the concerted effort of Eight Sages, working in flawless tandem, and then dividing the gains between them. Even then, True Breaths of a Sage was divided into nine tiers with slight variations, and they could only condense third-tier wisps. Nothing higher!

Wei Wuyin had concocted several Arising Sage Elixirs during his secluded concoction session. Moreover, this was the only high-quality version, made only because it was his first time making it.

Skepticism invaded Qin Liangyu's Soul as she didn't think Luo Ning was being truthful, and those who were observing didn't believe it either. A vial of Arising Sage Elixir as a greeting gift?! That was outrageous.

Then, as if wanting to prove to those watching, she opened the box, releasing a dazzling array of alchemical light and worldly radiance. Then, she reached in and removed a bottle with a golden and violet liquid that moved beautifully within, possessing abundant worldly aura and endless tiny complete Mystic Runes that included the base nine and more complex combinations.

    Arising Sage Elixir!

"And it's high-quality!" Luo Ning's eyes were exceedingly bright. She wasn't the only one. Every last person that was observing from a distance had their eyes brightened and their mind flared intensely. To a 200,000-year-old Mystic Overlord like Pavilion Master Shang, this was a heaven-sent gift! Not a single person here couldn't verify the elixir!

"Thank you for your kindness, your Majesty." Luo Ning bowed as she kept the bottle alongside the box, leaving only the lingering alchemical light and worldly radiance, and then gave Imentet a beautiful smile. She would give this to her later.

As for giving it back to Wei Wuyin, his Majesty would never give her something and take it back. He could have given her something else.

Imentet's heart was pounding intensely. A high-quality Arising Sage Elixir could give birth to at least a fifth-tier True Breath of a Sage to at least a seventh-tier, and despite eight Sages' effort, they had never condensed anything above third-tier! And that's with eight Sages!!!

Cultivation was difficult. This single sentence was perfectly illustrated by this egregious difference, yet single-handedly exemplified the importance of resources, especially from the Dao of Alchemy!

    "..."

    "..."

    "..."

Qin Liangyu was stunned stupid. She couldn't believe what she just saw. She had to try with all her might to believe that this was just a revenge plot against the Pavilion Master and that Wei Wuyin never intended to give out such a precious product as a gift. If not…

Wait…didn't he say it was a few peak-tier Mystic-World graded products?! And all were high-quality?!?!

    Her mind went blank.

"Qin Liangyu! What are you doing?!" A figure appeared immediately, alongside several others, and four of them exuded Sage-level mystic auras. "I told you to inform me when World-Saint Neo-Dawn arrived immediately!" The individual was none other than Pavilion Master Shang Liu! He directly scolded Qin Liangyu before everyone!

Then, he turned to Wei Wuyin and clasped his hands, "I welcome the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint. I apologize for the blind foolishness of my subordinate."

Young Master Shang's expression was awkward and slightly embarrassed.

However, Imentet didn't care about their faces and laughed out loud with a mesmerizing sound, yet it was filled with schadenfreude and mockery!

1751 Chapter 1744: A Lukewarm Welcoming; Exposed Sages

"There he is! The Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint!"

    "He came! HE CAME!"

"Little Yu, this is your opportunity. You must display all your talents during this time and obtain the attention of those godly existences. Then, and only then, can you ascend to the heavens with one step!"

The Minor Elysium's arrival via the rainbow bridge was impossible to miss. Some were incredibly excited by the attendance of the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint, especially after the blessing bestowed onto the Tiny Heart Starfield's Utmost Purity Tower that got almost every alchemist feeling envy or desire.

While Wei Wuyin was a foreigner, he was the best type. In the eyes of many, he was a fortuitous encounter waiting to happen, whether they were talented young men, gorgeous young women, or old folks that have reached an end on their path. A single good thought, unhindered by the complexities of relations and selfishness, and their entire futures could be molded into something wonderful.

When the rainbow bridge slowed down just a few tens of thousands of miles away, dissipating soon after, revealing the Minor Elysium, countless breaths were halted. Wei Wuyin stood at the bow of the ship, his Alchemic Stars of Unparalleled Creation emulated the appearance and aura of the Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity, while the four Sages stood behind him, and near him was none other than Yue Songli, Cao Cuifen, Qing Qiumu, Liu Suyin, Luo Ning, Wei Si, Young Master Shang, and Ming Shufeng.

They formed an extraordinary group, as the four Sage's auras, especially Pakhet, were on full display, announcing their presence. Meanwhile, the Minor Elysium had taken on the seven colors of the Alchemic Dao and painted a beautifully majestic spiritual image of seven-colored stars revolving on its hull. Displayed on the flowing mast was the majestic insignia of the Neo-Dawn Empire!

To the world, this was the vessel of an alchemist! And not just any alchemist, an alchemist that openly declared himself as an up-and-coming Heavenly Saint Alchemist! Shortly before, no one knew much of Wei Wuyin. But now, there weren't many who didn't know of him!

"There it is," Cao Cuifen voiced with a smile. The planet Blessed Knight stood before them in all its glory, awaiting their arrival in anticipation. She was no longer ignorant of worldly matters and had a solid idea of Wei Wuyin's reputation, status, and value within the Utmost Purity Galaxy. There was a heavy touch of pride in her heart.

Qing Qiumu had become increasingly worldly as well, her horizons continuously expanded as she traveled with Yue Songli and Wei Si. They explored and met all sorts of individuals, both experts and ordinary folks. It was a liberating experience to have such extraordinary freedom. Moreover, she always felt Wei Wuyin's presence, so she never felt as if she was alone, and this soothed any lingering trauma within her heart.

Yue Songli was almost vibrating in excitement as her eyes sparkled. She was teeming with anticipation as she held Wei Wuyin's hands.

Young Master Shang was uncharacteristically sober without a wine flagon in sight. There was a solemn light flickering intermittently within his gaze as he keenly observed the planet that had appeared before them, gloriously beautiful and bearing a strong resemblance to a world he was overly familiar with. "It really does look like…" He muttered to himself in a near-silent, indistinct whisper.

Wei Si was like a curious child. With his beady eyes, he looked at the various vessels docked in the void and the nearby planets that were filled with those unqualified to directly participate in the grand trifecta of an event.

Ming Shufeng was vigilant and on the lookout for any potential cultivators blessed with heavenly fortune, while simultaneously presenting herself with an air of great mystery as her hood hid her face to an extent under a concealment formation. She was putting on the airs of a supreme figure's seer with much effort. It wasn't useless either, as her fate aura was already allowing others to notice her amongst the outstanding group standing before four Sages.

Wei Wuyin glanced at the void surrounding Blessed Knight. This planet was quite fascinating, especially the surrounding formations and overall array that it acted as the core. If he had to guess, even ordinary Sages would find it difficult to cause trouble or breach it after its defenses were erected.

With his Celestial Eyes, he could already sense the aura of several Sages on the planet. What shocked him was that there weren't just three, but there were six Sages. The oddity, however, was that two of them had exceedingly profound concealment spells circulating at the moment, and their worldly auras didn't fit the innate characteristics of a Utmost Purity Galaxy's native.

They were as foreign as he was.

'It seems the situation is already starting off complex,' Wei Wuyin thought to himself. Sages were peak existences in many ways, especially if those at the Resonant Soul Realm were excluded. This was especially true since ascending to the True Soul Phase didn't outright grant a boost in strength, but a fundamental change in accessible energy and forces, and this could translate to greater strength.

For example, Pakhet was far stronger than the average Enlightened Sage due to her Major Authority!

As Wei Wuyin's eyes scanned the planet and the worlds around him, he noticed there were more than just concealed Sages, but cultivators of various upper levels of the Mystic Ascendant Realm were gathering under various concealments that exuded false auras of their cultivation bases, portraying themselves as starry-eyed Soul of Mysticism or Demi-Mortal Lords. Essentially, harmless cultivators to these great factions.

He immediately found another Sage hiding within a nearby planet's mountain while executing a spell to remotely monitor the situation without giving away their location or existence. Of course, before Wei Wuyin's Celestial Eyes and its Soul Perception, nothing could escape his gaze. So three concealed Sages, with the third with a greater degree of concealment while hiding nearby.

As all eyes focused on them, it didn't take long before the Knightly Dao Pavilion sent an envoy to act as an escort. She flew forward at a steady yet extraordinary speed, her mystic aura deliberately kept from flaring wildly mid-flight as if wanting to avoid any misunderstanding. It was an older woman, perhaps visibly in her late thirties, and carried a heroic, staunchly valiant demeanor with her light armor and robes, all bearing the insignia of the Knightly Dao Pavilion which was a black and gold great helm with an arming sword etched on its right cheek and a kite shield etched on its left.

Her cultivation was at the Heavenly Saint Phase, classifying her as an Original Magistrate, and her identity was easily discernible. She was the Shield-Bearing Vice-Pavilion Master of Pavilion Master Shang and also his 613th wife—Qin Liangyu!

There was also the Sword-Bearing Vice-Pavilion Master, and he was an in-law of one of Shang Liu's descendants who was far, far down in terms of the familial tree with thinly connected roots. This was unlike Shang Wanqing who was his actual daughter, and the last descendant that he intended to have in this long lifetime of his.

Unless, of course, he entered the Resonant Soul Realm, obtaining a far-reaching lifespan!

Qin Liangyu stopped a few miles away from the Minor Elysium and bowed, "Worldly-Saint Neo-Dawn, on behalf of the entire Knightly Dao Pavilion, I welcome you!" Her voice boomed through the void as a spiritual wave.

Cao Cuifen's eyes narrowed. She felt this type of welcoming was exceedingly lukewarm and underwhelming. She half-expected the Knightly Dao Pavilion to get all their members to bow with an announcing greeting. Moreover, she didn't think this was too overboard at all.

After all, Wei Wuyin was a Worldly Saint Alchemist with four Sages in his entourage, who were subtly in control of two, maybe three, galaxies, and possessed an unsettling degree of personal strength. She was fully aware that even eight Sages couldn't handle him.

She wasn't one to feel too arrogant, but she genuinely felt this greeting lacked sincerity and was worse than some of the greetings she had while simply traveling to challenge various cultivators. And she wasn't wrong.

Wei Wuyin also found that this was a little awkward. Perhaps it had something to do with the prophecy?

He acknowledged Qin Liangyu's greeting lightly. There was not much else to do, and then he commented with an airy smile, "I must say, for the Knightly Dao Pavilion to be able to invite seven Sages, that's an astonishing feat. I can't wait to meet them all." His voice was loud, spreading throughout the entirety of the Essence Sword Starfield.

"..." Qin Liangyu's expression was baffled.

"...!" The two hidden Sages were instantly stunned.

"!!!" The concealed Sage in the mountain violently trembled. They instinctively reinforced their concealment spell as if seeking to hide further, burying themselves in obscurity.

"...What do you mean, World-Saint Neo-Dawn?" Qin Liangyu was genuinely surprised. They could, at most, invite three, and each of them had heavy connections to the pavilion, while the fourth was a friend of Zai Yingwen, the Avenging Heart Sage. Where did the other three come from? Even if Wei Wuyin hadn't overly excluded his own Sages, that would still be eight! Not seven!

There was no way she thought Wei Wuyin couldn't count properly, so her confusion was legitimate.

Wei Wuyin chuckled as if not caring about her curiosity, "We shouldn't keep Pavilion Master Shang waiting. Lead the way." His words shook Qin Liangyu out of her confused state, and she revealed a diligent expression. "Thank you for our benevolent consideration of my husband's time. Please, right this way."

The Minor Elysium made its way toward the palatial continent under the varied gazes of countless existences.

The most extreme gaze was the Sage hidden within the mountain. There was shock, disbelief, fear, uncertainty, and heavy contemplation.

As for Shang Liu, he was just as confused by Wei Wuyin's remark. What seven Sages? Were there three others hidden? His eyes flashed with a light of vigilance. However, what would have likely elicited the interference of the Heavenly Daos to instill ideas of dismissal toward such a careless comment did not come. Instead, the seed was planted within Shang Liu's mind, and it wasn't going away. It was expanding, festering, and…

Went back to this paragraph just to confirm the Ass whooping to come leolaugh

"You'll have to explore what it means, but be careful Inheritor of Sin, the further you tread upon this path, the greater the danger in the pursuit of the pinnacle of all sin. But know this: When Blessed and Empyreans are weighted in terms of importance, if given the choice of who to save and who will die, the Heavenly Daos will always-ALWAYS-choose an Empyrean. If two Empyreans fought for the same fortune, the greater of the two would receive every ounce of assistance that the Heavenly Daos can provide, while the other would receive nothing, and the degree of it would be extremely difficult for your Bloodline of Sin to resist. You must rely on your True Soul of Sin, so before seizing further from the heavens, I recommend cultivating the third stage.

"Be wary, Inheritor. Your journey of sin has only just started."

1750 Chapter 1743: As They Arrive

The largest event of the galaxy, involving with absolute certainty the elite, prestigious, galaxy-renowned experts of three different galactic zones would participate, was on the verge of officially starting. The venue's location was none other than the home planet of the Knightly Dao Pavilion's Pavilion Master Shang Liu, the legendary instructor of 200,000 years of age, and due to this, the activity within the Essence Sword Starfield was indescribably massive.

The Essence Sword Starfield had Voidships docked across many neighboring planets to the point they filled the skies, and a few were under the shadowy clouds of some Voidships given their immense sizes, darkening the sky like a stellar eclipse and causing some panic among the common folk.

As for the planet that would be the venue, the Blessed Knight, its immediate space was devoid of this hectic cluster, only a few extraordinarily prominent figures were allowed to dock their vessels nearby. This included the three Sages that had been taught by Shang Liu who were here to meet their aging instructor to show gratitude and celebrate his long life and intentions to find a proper suitor for his gorgeous descendant.

The Blessed Knight was at the peak of a large-sized planet, rather massive, with an abundantly rich environment, most of it was composed of oceans and mountains, with over half the planet covered in large bodies of water. It was a planet very beneficial to the growth and development of life. It had a mountain that resembled a greatsword that pierced into the clouds and seemed to want to enter the starry sky, exuding a strong aura that was often used to test cultivators on a perilous climb.

It was said that those who could climb this great mountain had the right to ascend to great heights, and the final requirement for preliminary graduation of the Knightly Dao Pavilion related to successfully making it to its peak alive. It was mostly used to test those in the Astral Core Realm. Additionally, it was said that the mountain peak had a door that led to a secret realm for those who ascended their mortal state and could test their ability yet again. The final graduation of the Knightly Dao Pavilion was rumored to occur here.

Above and beside this tall mountain known by all as Mt. Dao Forge was the location of the venue as a floating palatial continent. This was not any palatial continent, but the main palace where experts at the Rune King, World Emperor, and Original Magistrate of the Knightly Dao Pavilion, those of great status, would conduct discussions, make decisions, and enter into secluded cultivation in peace. It was normally within a World Realm, but for this event, it had been extracted and refined into a tiny-sized palatial continent with the means to house the arriving cultivators in all sorts of specialized abodes tended to by servants and disciples of the Knightly Dao Pavilion.

It was a great gesture to bring out their holiest of lands for others to experience, a clear sign that Shang Liu was putting his foot first in this trifecta. This was his last wedding, 200,000th birthday, and the place where a suitor for the most renowned descendant in his life would potentially obtain a suitor that was worthy of her, if anyone was.

The palace and various abodes on the floating continent had a very refined, ancient feel to it, as many of the designs of the palace were outdated by a hundred thousand or so years yet crafted with immaculate care and diligence. It was as if one entered a piece of etched-out history.

For short-lived mortals, especially societies who developed fast in terms of architecture, then these palaces would be several centuries old built with techniques that might have been lost to history, inexplicably yet somehow greater than their modern buildings that were built through continued innovation of generations. It carried a truly ancient and majestic feeling.

It was hard not to feel awe upon seeing it all for the first time.

The main palace was exceedingly ancient, large enough to contain hundreds of thousands of individuals, yet was breathtakingly beautiful to observe. This was where the experts would be, ready to celebrate this trifecta of events that had moved multiple galactic zones.

Within this main palace was a balcony leading to Shang Liu's bedroom, and on this balcony was a man of middle-aged appearance with dark hair and greying sides, an extraordinarily masculine face with chiseled cheekbones and sword-like eyebrows, a body that was by no means slender, and contained a fair amount of muscle and might, with his robes tugging at the outline and contours of his powerful form, and of a rather impressive height.

He was rather handsome, but not by too much. His features felt more imposing than handsome and this naturally gave way to an impressive first impression. With eyes were a turquoise color, and from the exact shade, it was almost indistinguishable from Young Master Shang's. This was an extreme rarity among cultivators, especially the depth of color they could sense, and how the shades of a single color can extend for tens of thousands of different variations with light differences on both spectrums of lighter and darker shades, yet this specific color was an exact copy.

This was typically indicative of a shared Ocular Art or a strong familial bloodline that was heavily dominant. This was akin to Wei Wuyin's Magi lineage's silvery eyes that both he and the King of Everlore shared. If anyone met Wei Wuyin and the King of Everlore, it was almost impossible not to feel an inexplicable link between them.

This exact feeling could be felt from this man!

"Pavilion Master Shang!" A voice resounded from behind the middle-aged man, leading into the bedroom, and at the door. His gaze was focused on the skies, observing all the newcomers that were here for his last wedding, his 200,000th birthday, and those bright-eyed and ambitious youths who sought his daughter's hand.

He was Pavilion Master Shang Liu!

Only after a minute had passed did he remove his turquoise gaze away, turning around, and waltzing into his room with a steady gait that failed to betray his exceedingly ancient age. Every step was powerful. Every breath was impactful. Every change of expression was unforgettable.

At the door was a short-haired woman who resembled a mortal in her late twenties, wearing the signature colors of the Knightly Dao Pavilion, a pristinely white and turquoise outfit with possessed a few light battle garments such as leather bracers and a pauldron strapped on her right shoulder. She exuded a heroic aura.

Opening the door, she saw Shang Liu and hurriedly saluted with the utmost respect. Shang Liu's eyes settled on her figure without a word.

She clearly articulated her purpose, "I've received news that the third-ranked Outer-Creation King, the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint, has indeed departed via the Star Disc of the Incandescent Star Palace from the Tiny Heart Starfield, and has confirmed his attendants."

Her words caused Shang Liu's eyes to flicker with emotions. This was unexpected. Considerably so.

It was long since reported by the various forces that this Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint with a thriving alchemical lineage with an incredible set of products was a Supreme Sage at most and an Enlightened Sage at the very least. After all, he had, with a single thought, caused the Dao Enforcer that had retrieved him to be helplessly carried along against his will. Moreover, his next words of threat were known by most as he directly indicated that he would kill the Enlightened Sage Dao Enforcer first before paying a fine afterward.

The commotion startled the entire galaxy, and not even the Seven Utmost Towers made a single comment on such aggressive actions. They silently observed initially, just like the others, and discovered that the newly renamed No-Name Galaxy, the Resolute Dusk Galaxy's four ruling Sages, was accompanying him with a very servile attitude.

It wasn't hard to learn that the galaxy had been changed tremendously by his arrival, and he had likely overcome the Supreme Sage-level guardian there that even many of the old monsters of the Utmost Purity Galaxy feared, forcefully uniting them under a single banner without contest. This was an unprecedented development.

But now this person had confirmed his arrival and was using a Star Disc, a likely experimental and costly artifact, to make their way to his celebration? This wasn't too shocking as he had more or less confirmed his attendance earlier, but just like the other Enlightened Sages and Supreme Sages, Shang Liu and the rest of the world had expected the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint to pull his attendance and send Luo Ning instead.

They were ready for Luo Ning, his wives, and a Sage or two.

Wasn't he scared of the looming prophecy?!

By simple deciphering of context, it was said those of the Enlightened Sage and Supreme Sage stages would be met with a calamity upon appearing, and he was fully aware of this prophecy. Moreover, he understood to some extent why, including being rather happy that it fit his desires. Why was he coming personally?

"I see. To think he would make his way here." Shang Liu commented. His voice was dense and rich, deep and powerful, and there was a strong tone of authority latent within, likely formed after so many years of commanding cultivators. Shang Liu looked at the young woman and saw that she was waiting for him to digest before speaking more, "Go on. What else?"

"Yes, sir!" She exclaimed, "The Young Miss is reluctant to leave her room."

"..." Shang Liu's eyes narrowed. Shang Wanqing's willful nature was revealing itself at an untimely moment. "She must." He said just two words and the young woman immediately understood. Despite Shang Wanqing's protests, she had to enter the scene. She had to.

Tens of thousands of years ago, long before Shang Wanqing was born, Shang Liu was given a prophecy by a Supreme Seer. The engagement of his last-born daughter to an outstanding young man would generate the impetus for his ascension to the True Sage, and if he capitalized on that moment, the doors of true heavenly resonance, entering the Resonant Soul Realm, would be completely opened to him.

This was why he didn't mind the current circulating prophecy, as he didn't wish to share this opportunity. Of course, he knew there were significant risks, and was forewarned that a single wrong step would be enough to collapse his path forever. However, he knew that this opportunity could only exist on the union of his last wife, his 200,000th birthday, and the fresh engagement of his greatest descendant.

All of these factors must happen.

    She must.

The young woman left with determined steps.

Shang Liu returned to the balcony. Wei Wuyin's impending arrival was weighing on his heart. Then, his eyes spotted it.

The rainbow light of Stellar Transit Light.

    They had arrived.

    -----

Sitting cross-legged atop a clear lake was a young man who was extremely dashing and heroically flawless in terms of looks, as if he came out of a Myriad Yore Continent's novel of an immortal tale, firmly its protagonist striving for immortality, with long, loose grey hair with the front tied into a topknot.

He wore a pristinely white swordsman's robes with a sheathed sword placed on his crossed knees, his eyes closed, and his breathing extremely steady. After a while, he opened his eyes to expose a glint of sharp light, reached into his robes, and pulled out a spiritual jade. An image was projected of an exceedingly beautiful woman.

She had dazzlingly turquoise eyes that could steal a heart with a single glance, and lure a soul with a few blinks, a head full of well-maintained long white hair that flowed down her shoulders like a waterfall, with the sides dyed a natural gold, while tied into a thick braid that fell down her back and swayed at times, utterly mesmerizing to the eyes.

The jade itself was lifelike and vivid. It carried a flowery aroma that belonged to its original owner, the very gifter of this jade.

The young man's dark eyes softened with tender warmth and gentle emotions. His fingers lightly caressed the projected image but no warmth was returned. Suddenly, he kept the jade as his posture became calm.

A shadowy silhouette appeared behind him. "Su Yi, the one named Wei Wuyin, the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint, has indeed arrived at planet Blessed Knight."

"..." The young man, Su Yi, frowned slightly but the frown went away soon after. "Can you hold him back?" He asked flatly.

The shadowy silhouette was silent for a few seconds, "You've helped us, so we will help you. Even a Supreme Sage can only be held back by us."

Su Yi nodded as he lightly touched his sword. A sonorous sword sound echoed out, disturbing the lake as endless ripples were produced.

"Then, we will proceed. Get the others ready," Su Yi calmly instructed.

The shadowy silhouette faintly nodded, "As you will, we will follow." The shadowy silhouette faded abruptly.

Su Yi waited for several minutes, ensuring no other audience, and took out the spiritual jade yet again. "I will save you from that thief, my love. I will."

1748 Chapter 1741: Essence Sword Starfield

Within a world of a single solid color, a particular shade of domineering blue, still scribing away in a small silver notebook and a golden feather pen, was a lone figure! This figure would easily be identified by the Stellar Paragon of the Mortal Dao as Fuxi!

The movement of his pen tip froze, and his head lifted as he observed the developments of a world far, far away held within the vast chaotic streams of time.

"Little One…" His tone was unusually complex and emotional, sounding as if he was a teacher gratified by the exceptionalism of his student. After a long while, he continued with a soft whispering voice, "I'm still rooting for you. I do hope that we…meet again…"

Within the galaxy of Utmost Purity, regarded as the foremost authority on the Alchemic Dao within this quadrant of a galaxy cluster, it witnessed the birth of an unprecedented figure.

Unfortunately, the events unfolding within and the lack of a set phenomena caused it to go unknown.

Meanwhile, the events of the recent trifecta celebration and contest for the Knightly Dao Pavilion's Pavilion Master stayed at the forefront of societal focus, and as the prophecy circulated about, including the abrupt withdrawal of certain extraordinary powerhouses of the galaxy, the vigilance and level of attention was high, but the list of invitations and expectations for the arrival of the majority remained largely unchanged from the beginning.

After all, the Knightly Dao Pavilion's Pavilion Master Shang might have taught and groomed the foundation of four Sages in his lifetime, but that was not sufficient enough for Enlightened Sages or Supreme Sages to attend any of his three celebrations. Not even the third-ranked Beauty of Catastrophe, Shang Wanqing, could move these existences.

Wei Wuyin's disruptive actions had been calmed by the foretold prophecy.

But would it remain calm for long?

The Knightly Dao Pavilion was located in the Armored Boon Stellar Region's Essence Sword Starfield. Due to the very nature of the organization, the Knightly Dao Pavilion was like a school, and while they had alumni as Sages in their long history, the pavilion itself did not have a single Sage solely developed and born from it.

None of the three Sages came from obscure backgrounds. They originally all came from at least a paramount clan or organization led by an Original Magistrate. A cultivation at the Heavenly Saint Phase, the sixth stage of the Mystic Ascendant Realm, was by no means weak or insignificant within the Utmost Purity Galaxy or anywhere for that matter.

Unfortunately, the Utmost Purity Galaxy heralded alchemists as the pinnacle profession, and pure cultivators could not rule any degree of territory without explicit permission from the residing Utmost Purity Tower of that Galactic Zone.

The Knightly Dao Pavilion was an example of this. Despite Pavilion Master Shang's 200,000 years of life, he governed only the Essence Sword Starfield despite his Mystic Overlord cultivation base, while the Armored Boon Stellar Region was divided by numerous powers. That said, it was the second-greatest stellar region in terms of average cultivation, quality of natural resources, and societal development within the entirety of the Growing Immortality Galactic Zone.

They were not an organization that thrived with greater territory, and operating out of a starfield suited their specialized needs for the last hundred thousand years. However, they still wielded great authority and prestige.

    Why?

Because the master of the pavilion was an instructor of Sages! While they might not control a Sage of their own, they had the expected gratitude of these superior experts that cause rainstorms and summon gale winds within the galaxy in terms of commotions.

Moreover, these Sages were guests to this event!

The first guest was a former Dao Protector to a Senior Worldly Saint Alchemist, the Searing Star Alchemic Saint, and the current clan leader of the Yuchi Clan—Yuchi Yisang, otherwise known as the Sage Painted Star! The Yuchi Clan originated within the Growing Immortality Galactic Zone but later moved to the Extracting Divinity Galactic Zone shortly after his departure as a Dao Protector.

While the drama then wasn't too impactful on a large scale, especially given the clan's strength with only a single Original Magistrate at the time, his later ascension to the True Sage Phase had shaken both Galactic Zones, and for a brief spell, the Searing Star Alchemic Saint was the butt of numerous jokes amongst alchemists.

It wasn't uncommon for Dao Protectors to be retired, and only Alchemic Knights typically lived, thrived, and withered to the very end with their alchemists due to being nurtured from an infant to adulthood. There were often many reasons to do so, and most of it largely had to do with defined contracts of offered service expiring. After all, Dao Protectors were often hired guards, sometimes thugs, and that didn't last forever.

Yuchi Yiseng was already confirmed to be arriving on the day of the event's start, elevating the commotion by quite a bit. It wasn't every day that one gets to see or have the chance to interact with a Sage!

Moreover, whispers were circulating that the Searing Star Alchemic Saint would also be there! The drama was already juicy for some.

The second Sage wasn't born in the Growing Immortality Galactic Zone either, and their clan was forced to flee the Containing Creation Galactic Zone due to a harsh conflict and war, causing the descent of a clan that had a Mystic Overlord at its helm and several Original Magistrates to possess a single Original Magistrate securing survival as a refuge.

They had settled in a different stellar region as well, but by paying a high price, the Original Magistrate of the clan at the time had sent a few dozen talented juniors of the clan to study under the Knightly Dao Pavilion. There were a few success stories from those juniors, but only one stood out—Zai Yingwen!

He was known by all as the Sage Avenging Heart!

After ascending to the Heavenly Saint Phase, he departed from the Knightly Dao Pavilion and moved back to the Containing Creation Galactic Zone, and after entering the Ascended Saint Phase, becoming a genuine Mystic Overlord, he slaughtered his clan's enemies in an absolutely brutal fashion, wiping them out to the last bloodline.

At the time, he faced two other Mystic Overlords in violent opposition, yet displayed extraordinary strength by killing one and severely injuring another despite the disadvantage in numbers, later finding the injured one that fled with their clan members and ending their life brutally. The battle was legendary. It was said after completing this quest, and returning to his ancestral home, he brought the bones of his enemies to the graves of his parents and ancestors and kneeled in forgiveness for three hundred years.

After the three hundred years, something exceptional occurred, and he ascended to the True Sage Phase right after!

The last Sage of the trio was native to the Growing Immortality Galactic Zone. They were, at the time of their enrollment, a mere youngster selected by an Alchemist as an Alchemic Knight-to-be and sent here for nurturing, a common practice that alchemists used, and largely why organizations like the Knightly Dao Pavilion were heavily respected within the Utmost Purity Galaxy. They were nurtured and selected by the current sitting Dean of the Azure Rain Alchemic Saint, who was, at the time, just an Earthly Saint Alchemist and an instructor within the Azure Blossom Academy, an all-female Alchemist organization.

Her name was Sui Yuan, otherwise known as Sage Moonrise.

She wasn't the only female Sage born from the Knightly Dao Pavilion as they had a total of four, but only three were still alive, and the other was a female Sage and the first to have ascended. Moreover, due to her occupation, she didn't have any fantastical story and largely rode the wave of rising prominence that the Azure Blossom Academy had while both it and the Azure Rain Alchemic Saint elevated. The former became an Institute while the latter became a Senior Worldly Saint Alchemist from a Junior Earthly Saint Alchemist!

All three were prominent figures with great connections. Yuchi Yiseng caused the participation of a few prestigious organizations of the Extracting Divinity Galactic Zone, expanding the list of invited individuals to those within that galactic zone, including the expectations of gifts. Zai Yingwen brought in those from the Containing Creation Galactic Zone, including many prominent alchemists and experts. Sui Yuan was a native, but the Azure Blossom Institute and Azure Rain Alchemic Saint's status within the galactic zone was extraordinary, exceeding the Sea & Sky Institute.

After all, it was a top-three Institute throughout the zone!

The day before the event began, the Essence Sword Starfield was filled with enormous activity, with many coming unqualified to attend the ceremonies and contest directly, yet they were willing to present gifts, and thereby be treated as guests and humored to an extent.

Moreover, many of these individuals present were opportunists who wanted to enjoy the upcoming show or catch a glimpse of the third-ranked beauty that was said to be able to induce a catastrophe with her very existence! The galaxy was expansive, and an uncountable amount of individuals never got a chance to leave their planet, fewer left their starfield, and even fewer left their stellar region.

This was a great opportunity for either themselves or their juniors to expand their horizons by paying a price! Who knows…their destiny might change altogether.

Quite a few juniors were hoping to catch the eye of the hot topic, the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint, and become an Alchemic Knight. Some would settle for becoming a mere servant. If the San Clan Ancestor of the Everlore Starfield was any indicator, a mere servant could become a ruler under the right alchemist, even if they only received their dregs. While those of the opposite gender of various ages were dreaming of riding the lap of a dragon to see unprecedented scenes!

Wei Wuyin was on the Outer-Creation King Ranking and Heroes of Luminosity Rankings, especially the latter which was graded on external looks and presence! He was already a bachelor that wasn't a bachelor to these bright-eyed, dream-filled women.

On the last day before the event began, there was no news of Wei Wuyin's movements, and the saber light protecting the Original Dawn Palace remained. Hao Chengxue was absentmindedly gazing at the palace. The grade two mist had stopped a few days ago.

He wondered if Wei Wuyin was going to rely on that Star Bridge Disc of his to make his way to the Knightly Dao Pavilion. As a Hall Manager of a Utmost Purity Tower tethered to a Zenith Tower, he wouldn't directly participate in that event, only send a proxy. As for sending an Incarnation? Unless he was an Enlightened Sage, a Supreme Sage, or an Exalted Worldly Saint Alchemist, that would be seen as a show of disrespect.

It was a little unfortunate, but there were certain unsaid rules to follow, and if he went, he would be representing the Zenith Growth Tower given he had no personal connection to the Knightly Dao Pavilion or Pavilion Master Shang, and they already sent an envoy. It would be utterly ridiculous to double up on that.

Unbeknownst to Hao Chengxue, Wei Wuyin hadn't just achieved an unprecedented feat, but he was…

Within the Original Dawn Palace, Wei Wuyin stared at his palms, now fully clothed. The azure pill was gone.

No—if one looked closer, the damage to the alchemical chamber was far more intensive than before.

Meanwhile, Bai Xiu was the size of a baby mouse, sitting atop Wei Wuyin's shoulder, but her form was incredibly lifelike. She had undergone a qualitative change while endlessly nomming on a wad of seven-colored mist in one hand and drinking from a spherical drop of seven-colored liquid in the other.

How could Wei Wuyin only run it once? He had to make three other transcendent Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pills for the others despite the risk. Bai Xiu didn't even frown upon doing so.

"I didn't expect it to have this effect…" Wei Wuyin mused as he desired to test his power. With this development, his confidence in entering the Treasured Vale Galaxy had skyrocketed!

Suddenly, a priority message was sent by Yue Songli.

"I…want to go to the trifecta event!" She seemed to have mustered her courage to ask this, and her voice was quite cute as she indirectly informed Wei Wuyin to not miss the event.

Wei Wuyin chuckled to himself, but then he was a little confused. Why would Yue Songli of all people be interested in going to this location? This wasn't part of his two-year date's promises. It was too small.

He decided to conclude his cultivation and concoction session.

Then, his expression was a little awkward. He realized that after his mystic transcendent concoctions, his two cauldrons would be unusable until they repaired themselves. Bai Xiu could only take three, while the other cauldron barely took one.

    It should be fine.

    1749 Chapter 1742: Knightly Dao
    Pavilion

"My Alchemic Stars of Unparalleled Creation can be freely summoned and retracted at will. Fortunately, I still retain the ability to emulate the Alchemic Stars of lesser tiers, although their effects are no longer connected to themselves, but seem to have been absorbed entirely by the Alchemic Stars of Unparalleled Creation."

Wei Wuyin thoughtfully recounted as he, fully dressed in his signature set of robes, stood on the deck of the Minor Elysium, observing the starry void.

From what he gathered from initial testing, his Alchemic Stars of Unparalleled Creation had assimilated the others, and there was a chance that, if his guess was correct, he could still attain the original fourth and fifth tiers of the Alchemic Stars and emulate their wondrous powers. However, his current Alchemic Stars no longer had a known route progression.

He had genuinely established a different path, forging his very own sub-brand of the Alchemic Dao, which was fully recognized and allowed. This was an unexpected yet welcomed development. And just like the Defiant-size of the Mortal Dao, this opened a path that others could now traverse. A true trailblazer.

Lifting both arms, his starry eyes glowed softly.

    Second Calamity: Claimed - 1/1.

    [LEFT ARM: Lust]
    Karmic Luck Value: 210,230.
    First Calamity: Claimed - 7/7.
    Second Calamity: Claimed - 1/1.
    Third Calamity: Claimed - 3/3.
    Fourth Calamity: Claimed - 18/18.
Fifth Calamity: Suppressed - 47 Years.

Two years had passed, just like that. However, his session this time was one of the greatest in his lifetime. While the Calamities of Hell loomed, his vision had long since reached heights that were no longer blocked by the daunting wall of gloom and despair.

"What are you going to do with your hoard of products?" The Heavenly War Spirit inquired. The Heavenly War Spirit had asked this three times, urgently too. Wei Wuyin had an absurd number of Mystic-World products after his concoction. He could shake the market with the variation and quantity that he had produced during those two years.

She wondered if he'd just keep them for nurturing or use them for some scheme. After being with Wei Wuyin for so long, his plans were multilayered. While he had achieved his goal of concocting a transcendent Mystic-Rank product, that was certainly not all of his intentions going on.

Wei Wuyin mused, "I've exceeded my expectations by a little." The Heavenly War Spirit knew she was going to be left in suspense yet again. If she had a face, she would be pouting with grievance.

"Your Majesty!" Ming Shufeng's voice resounded respectfully from behind him. Earlier, Ming Shufeng had given him the prophecy alluding to the dangers and insistence on the inaction of Enlightened Sage and Supreme Sage level figures in the upcoming Knightly Dao Pavilion's grand event.

Moreover, for this prophecy to reach his ears via Ming Shufeng, whose cultivation was middling, while the majority of the world remained fairly ignorant, meant that she was a mouthpiece.

Someone out there was making sure that he knew of the prophecy's existence and sent it through a source that he would trust. A large reason why those supreme figures decided to rescind their intentions to participate had much to do with Wei Wuyin's existence, similarly why they even decided to go in the first place, but the prophecy should, emphasis on the should, prevent Wei Wuyin from doing so as well.

After all, in the eyes of these experts, he was a mysterious Supreme Sage with deep concealments of his depths. Each feat supported by his claims and their research indicated his existence as a Supreme Sage and a top-tier Exalted Worldly Saint Alchemist on the verge of becoming a Heavenly Saint Alchemist! If so, then Wei Wuyin would certainly heed this prophecy, especially after learning that it originated initially from a Supreme Seer.

Unfortunately for them, Wei Wuyin wasn't a Supreme Sage or an Enlightened Sage. Far from it. As a mere, puny Mystic Star Phase expert at just the first stage of the Mystic Ascendant Realm, he was barely a qualified Ascended being in the eyes of common conventional considerations and standards.

And even if there was a restriction, within calamity was potential profit, and since Yue Songli had mustered the courage to state her desire to attend, even if divinities forbade him, they would have to ask his saber first if he should care.

Behind Ming Shufeng was a blinking Wei Xiaotian in her favorite type of fit with a lace-up closure blazer and large, round glasses. She sported a different cane this time that was designed with the seven signature colors of alchemy. She was an extraordinary beauty, but her entire aura was shrouded in a Void Concealment that was on par with Wei Wuyin's innate obfuscation abilities. It originated from a grey ring on her finger, gifted by none other than the Neo-Dawn Ascendant Emperor himself.

She was hidden from even the eyes of those news-crazed folks. If not, she might immediately be placed as number ONE on the Beauties of Catastrophe Ranking, especially if her origins as a Shard of Heaven were ever exposed.

"Oh?!" When she looked at Wei Wuyin, her eyes widened uncontrollably behind her clear glasses, her lovely jaw slowly dropped and her mouth became agape.

Wei Wuyin chuckled inwardly, curious about what she was seeing but he had a good guess. "What is it, Seer Shufeng?" After displaying her worth during their exploration of fortune across the stars, Wei Wuyin changed his way of addressing Ming Shufeng, which elevated her emotions a fewfold. It was a perfect balance of intimate and professional, highlighting the trust that Wei Wuyin was slowly placing on her.

"Ah! Your Majesty, the Knightly Dao Pavilion will begin in a few hours. Will you be participating?" Her eyes glowed as she asked, thinly concealing her own desire.

Wei Wuyin slightly smiled, "I will. You'll be coming along as well." There was no asking for her opinion on that matter.

Ming Shufeng's gaze lit up as elation sketched across her face. She tried to hide it, showing a little of the mysterious demeanor of grace that Seers were known for, but it largely fell flat before Wei Wuyin's presence.

Ming Shufeng was excited to observe the contest of the younger generations. She began her start by taking advantage of Blessed, rising step by step as she climbed in cultivation, and since she was with Wei Wuyin, she had intentions to continue by selling out any potential talent blessed by the heavens to him to recruit, nurture, or steal fortune from…

The Neo-Dawn Empire's Ascendants had taken that route of openly recruiting Blessed and had many in their ranks. Then there were the extremely abnormal cultivators like Shui Fengbao and Yao Houyi who had unsettling levels of heaven's blessing and talent without the Heavenly Daos' bias.

"It will be my honor to accompany you!" Ming Shufeng respectfully bowed before she turned to leave. She was then shocked by Wei Xiaotian's appearance to the point she almost stumbled and fell to her knees. Startled, she felt a wave of silvery light envelop her and found herself in her room within the Minor Elysium.

Wei Wuyin turned to Wei Xiaotian, "How's your cultivation going?"

Wei Xiaotian didn't even care about the spatially shifted Ming Shufeng, her eyes still wide and in shock. It took her a long while to settle her heart and mind. "Not as well as yours, it seems." She pursued her lips slightly, which was an utterly lethal action to any viewer except Wei Wuyin, capable of downright slaying hearts.

Wei Wuyin chuckled, his eyes warmed significantly as the demeanor of an emperor deflated, becoming gentler and approachable. Wei Xiaotian didn't hesitate to approach. They stood only a few feet from each other, capable of smelling the unique and extraordinary natural aroma, and faintly hearing their hearts pound.

Wei Xiaotian smiled, "I guess you don't need my words of warning?"

"It's appreciated and wanted. Always," Wei Wuyin replied. It was because of her that he learned about Su Mei's abnormal situation and could deal with it accordingly.

Wei Xiaotian lifted her glasses along the bridge of her nose and nodded. "From what I can feel, there's something major about to happen that has accumulated for over several hundred thousand years, and it's all erupting soon."

"The World's Trend?" Unlike Ming Shufeng, Wei Xiaotian was born from the heavens, which was akin to The World, and had an unnatural attunement. She could easily execute certain Oracle arts and spells to observe the World's Trends and understand it greater than others given her knowledge of the heavens, insights into the world, and understanding of the great daos.

This was why she was shaken by Wei Wuyin earlier. She could intuitively sense that he had touched upon a great dao to another level. With the transcendent Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pills, his cultivation base had certainly been altered on a foundational level.

Wei Xiaotian lightly nodded to confirm. If it was before, she might have been more solemn, but seeing Wei Wuyin had evaporated all her anxiety in an instant.

"From what I can tell, this is a critical moment for the galaxy. Additionally, there's a heavy hand of influence by that force." She meant the Heavenly Daos.

Wei Wuyin had his guess earlier, especially regarding the infants, but this all but verified his assumption that the prophecy that was spreading was intended to facilitate an event without interference.

"This might only be a small part of a much greater intergalactic moment, potentially used to facilitate what's to come to an extent." Wei Xiaotian had directly informed Wei Wuyin of this potential, and this sentence was enough to extrapolate a lot of clues.

"..." Wei Wuyin went silent as he thought of the implications of this. He instinctively looked at his right arm, particularly the area where the symbol identifying him as an Empyrean was, and he felt Kratos' rate of beating increase slightly. The urge within him was irresistible. If this was a fortuitous blessing on an intergalactic scale, then he wanted a piece of the pie… or perhaps…the whole thing!

"A moment, huh?" Wei Xiaotian used the term 'moment' to identify a specific event that was intended to happen by the Heavenly Daos. For example, his fortuitous encounter within the Battlefield. The 'moment' in question would be him entering the Battlefield. The expected result was for him to use his alchemical prowess to make a name for himself, but the reality was him dominating the battlefields he entered.

The Knightly Dao Pavilion's event was a moment, and perhaps it was a moment that would lead to a greater moment!

If Wei Wuyin had little interest in participating prior besides Young Master Shang and Yue Songli, this time, he was finally interested in it for his own sake.

"Thanks for the notice and warning," Wei Wuyin softly said. Wei Xiaotian smiled brightly with deadly beauty.

"You want to come with me?" Wei Wuyin asked.

However, Wei Xiaotian decisively shook her head. Just like the Prime Ascendants, she needed to cultivate diligently. So distracting herself with all these external things wasn't worth it. If it wasn't for her insights into the World's Trends, she wouldn't have returned. Moreover, if others found out what she was, Wei Wuyin would be forced to fight for her against the greedy hands of others.

Wei Wuyin understood and didn't keep her. She left with a dazzling flourish leaving Wei Wuyin staring in amazement at her exit.

With a breath, several Void Portals manifested into existence. They led to Cao Cuifen, Yue Songli, Luo Ning, Young Master Shang, and the others. It was time to depart…

    …to the Knightly Dao Pavilion!

1747 Chapter 1740: Alchemy Flourishes, UNPARALLED!

The azure-colored pill shrouded by a layer of silvery light hovered in mid-air with subtle bounces and sways. The pencil-thin light rising above it was static, almost as if it wasn't directly linked to the pill, but a projection or illusion without an origin. It was a curious sight to witness. Yet upon moving the pill, the connection was undoubtedly there as it seemed to travel along with it.

"Is it possible that light there could be the Bridge of Immortality?" Wei Wuyin asked, not expecting an answer. He simply needed to get that out into the world.

"Bridge of Immortality? I've never heard of that before," The Heavenly War Spirit's inherent knowledge was far too inferior to know anything about this. If asked about all things war, she would have an answer at the ready, but when it came to advanced principles of cultivation and external Daos beyond the Dao of War, she was as ignorant as an infant.

Wei Wuyin didn't put too much credence into the mythological and fantastical stories of his original continent. They were numerous and varied, yet he was unable to dismiss those stories either.

"Master! I feel something strange happening!" The tiny Bai Xiu exclaimed as she looked around the forcefully expanded and fissure-ridden alchemical chamber. Her voice alerted Wei Wuyin as he focused. The world was shaking in an almost imperceptible manner. If it wasn't for his great spiritual sense that can feel the molecules within the room vibrating, he wouldn't have noticed this abnormality.

He didn't panic, however. While stark naked, he observed and waited. If his guess was correct, then…

"The Alchemic Dao is calculating," Wei Wuyin reinforced his belief with a few clues. Unlike before, there was a distinct lack of explosive phenomena such as the Earthly or Worldly Awakening. If he had to continue guessing, relying solely on the depth of his understanding of the Alchemic Dao, his current achievement of concocting a transcendent Mystic-Rank product hadn't just overturned the systemic levels previously determined by Alchemic Dao, but was certainly an unprecedented feat.

In a way, Wei Wuyin and his Astral Souls were at the crossroads of the Mortal Dao and Mystic Dao, yet he displayed what should have been the equivalent of the Immortal Dao in his alchemy. Just like his Neo-Dawn Paragon-Forging Pill had done inexplicably, obtaining the blessings of the great daos.

What was his achievement classified as?

If he had to go under the normal systematic classification, then Wei Wuyin had performed the equivalent of concocting a transcendent Mortal-Rank product by wilful design and intended purpose of intermixing mortal and mysticism, which was enough to qualify one to unlock the second level of the Alchemic Stars, the tier of Spiritual Transcendence. That was the second grade of what could be considered as Intent of the Alchemic Dao, an astonishing achievement that most Worldly Saint Alchemists hadn't reached in their lifetime! It was typical for them to wait until the non-Alchemic Soul cultivators to reach the Ascended Saint Phase with the first tier before awakening that second tier, already indicating how difficult it was to reach!

As for this? Intermixing mysticism with eternity, transcending far beyond the limits, and building a bridge of immortality was certainly unprecedented and unexpected! There was no wonder that the Mortal Dao and Mystic Dao had gathered, the Mortal Dao observing from within him and the Mystic Dao observing from outside, causing quite the commotion.

The Alchemic Dao was likely trying to decide if he had obtained that degree of mastery. If he had to make yet another guess, then this might be one of the ways to obtain the fifth level of Alchemic Stars, surpassing the fourth tier.

However, after an entire hour had passed, he realized there was an issue with this, and the Alchemic Dao might actually be saddled with a difficult problem.

"Right…how can I possibly obtain the fifth tier of recognition without the fourth? If the logic remained consistent, then for the fourth tier, one of the seven ways to attain required the unique creation of his own Mystic-Heaven grade product, and the fifth tier required a newly invented Mystic-Soul grade product. He would have to pioneer a legacy of that level!

Wei Wuyin had attained the Alchemic Stars of Spiritual Transcendence by the complete mortal mastery of wilful transcendent concoction and the Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity by creating the Mystic-World grade product, the Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pill.

Bai Xiu was gnawing on a bundle of seven-colored mist with bright eyes as she blinked. She was highly observant of the world in this last hour. Her body seemed to have grown increasingly realistic, and she had already grown an inch in overall size. Additionally, there were signs of both cauldrons repairing themselves by absorbing the grade four mist in the surroundings.

The Heavenly War Spirit was swirling about in Wei Wuyin's Sea of Consciousness as a golden mass idly and anxiously. She had never thought that the mortal that bought her with War Souls all those days ago would grow into such an ungodly defiant existence to common sense. However, she was genuinely excited for what was to come. The only thing she was a little concerned with was her approaching deadline. The temporal acceleration was unable to affect it as it relied on the principles of the Dao of War externally, but the days in the world kept ticking.

    She trusted him, however.

    Wholeheartedly.

Eventually, four hours passed. Wei Wuyin had remained standing, not moving, while observing the world from different angles trying to sense the various fluctuations and changes within as if he were reading thoughts. While doing so, Wei Wuyin, still completely nude as he was born, received a spiritual transmission from Ming Shufeng. It carried an urgent tone, using a unique spell to enhance the priority of the message.

As the Neo-Dawn Emperor, building the Void Altars had multi-layered purposes, and one of those was to receive transmissions from the Onestar Galaxy. He kept in contact with Xue Yifei, Bai Yinyin, and others, including receiving various reports on the empire's developments, and this often caused him to form a queue during his secluded cultivation sessions. And so, he made sure to teach those of his followers a unique spell to up their priority just in case an incident that needed his attention or knowledge he had to be made aware of came to light.

It read: "Your Majesty, I've recently discovered through my arts of divinations and unsettling prophecies circulating about in the galaxy. The words are: 'Silence at the time of knights three—fortune, calamity, and fate's inevitable mystery awaits the Supreme and the Enlightened who dares speak, absent of fortune, acceptance of calamity, and indelible involvement of fate.'

"While it isn't publicly known, I have my concerns. I believe this prophecy might be connected to the Knightly Dao Pavilion's recent series of events. I couldn't delve into its origins, but through my spell that cost almost a century of my lifespan, I can conclude that a Heavenly Seer had divined it. Far, far, far stronger than me. I ask that, whether there's any credence to my concerns, that you remain vigilant and healthy."

Wei Wuyin's Alchemic Stars all concentrated like pupils in unison. Prophecies were not something he took lightly. They were either the Heavenly Daos' greatest series of machinations or predetermined and highly expected directions of the Worldly Trend. The prophecy of Young Master Shang's sister was one of three infants heralded by three Supreme Seers as entities of galactic fortune and misfortune was already telling of how far-reaching they could be.

This was an interesting development. An indirect prohibition of Enlightened Sages and Supreme Sages to be involved? What for? Moreover, it felt more like a warning to not intervene in the events that might occur. What could happen?! His interest was piqued instantly.

He spent the next two hours and fifty-nine minutes reading messages and sending replies. His vigilance waned. This wasn't directly letting his guard down, but the deliberation of a Dao was something he was unfamiliar with. If his guesses were correct or even roughly accurate, he didn't have any means of accelerating or assisting in the process.

He could only remain unmoving and respectfully wait.

Wei Wuyin thought about his two-year session, and he finally decided to recognize himself as an Exalted Worldly Saint Alchemist. He had concocted an extreme number of peak-tier Mystic-World graded products using the Thirty-Three Heavenly Concoction Method, justifying this title. It also validated his desire to attempt to concoct a Mystic-Heaven grade product in the near future.

Earlier, he hadn't dared to try.

He only wondered if the Soul Pill should be his first product or if he should try to gather Mystic-Heaven grade products and find inspiration to elevate his lineage properly. To be honest, his baseline of expectations was to concoct an original product as his entry into the ranks of the Mystic-Heaven grade.

He had done it with the Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pill all those years ago, directly obtaining the most difficult path to the Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity, and the most powerful, and so his intent never wavered and expectations of himself couldn't be lowered.

"It'll likely be a Domain-type Pill," Ori huffed, hiding its giggles.

Wei Wuyin had an urge to roll his eyes. There was already an ongoing joke amongst them that despite the variety of products in his lineage, he specialized in Domain-type pills. In a way, they weren't wrong.

The azure pill was the greatest evidence of his innate bias.

    Pah!

A sound of air popping resounded that shook the immediate world within the chamber, and Wei Wuyin's entire demeanor changed as his alchemic stars released seven-colored light intermixed with mystic radiance.

    The seventh hour.

The Alchemic Dao had finished its calculations!

What phenomenon will occur here?! Will it shake the entire galaxy? Alert everyone?!

    Then, it happened.

    Silently, the Alchemic Dao…

    …left.

The trembling of the immediate world and its subtle vibrations ended.

There was no galactic-wide wave of praise or Spiritquake.

For several seconds, Wei Wuyin remained there, still nude, uncertain as he looked about. He looked to Bai Xiu who was anxiously looking at the room's four corners as if trying to find the Alchemic Dao. Her tiny body floated here and there with lightning speed. He didn't know what she was trying to do, but a faint warm smile surfaced on his face as he chuckled.

He drew her attention to him, turning around, as she complained, "How could that be it? You concocted a transcendent Mystic-World product using only your own abilities! That's not right! How could it not recognize yo—"

Her words came to an abrupt end as her aggrieved eyes landed on Wei Wuyin. She had long since grown used to Wei Wuyin's body, and while amazing, her reaction would not be like this.

    "..."

"Yo-you! You! Your! YOUR! YOUR!!" Her voice went from hesitant to outright screaming. Wei Wuyin instantly inspected the surface of his body but found no changes on his skin or body.

"YOUR EYES!!!" Bai Xiu flew over and grabbed Wei Wuyin's cheeks as she stared almost obsessively into his eyes.

Wei Wuyin conjured a large body-size mirror. Then, he saw his reflection. The Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity, which were a four-pointed star-like existence that touched upon the edges of the iris, breaching the pupils' dark sea into his sclera, had vanished.

There was a seven-pointed star that had replaced his pupils, and within it was a cosmos of colorful stars that were creating, growing, transforming, fusion, and exhibiting the other principles of the Alchemic Dao endlessly and profoundly, while within his white sclera, seven-visible concentric rings were expanding outwards from his pupils of seven different colors.

However, unless he widened his eyes, only a few of them were completely visible, but the seven rings were certainly something anyone could see!

Wei Wuyin was stunned. Then, as if his discovery was the driving point, a song erupted from Eden!

It was exceedingly beautiful with seven ever-repeating notes, short yet extraordinary. Eden's Astral Form was glowing with intense light.

Then, Wei Wuyin's mental incarnation manifested within his Sea of Consciousness.

Above the leafy crown of Eden's head…

There was a static light ascending to the upper limits of his Sea of Consciousness, like a vertical bridge. The aura of eternity was prevalent! However, it was circulated by seven tiny stars that waned and flourished sporadically.

Wei Wuyin's mind was infused with information!

    The Alchemic Dao was limitless!

This was what Wei Wuyin knew!

And this was what he learned after learning that it embodied creation and that creation and its inherent evolution was also limitless!

Wei Wuyin was instantly informed of the Alchemic Dao's decision at that moment! The grade four stage of the Alchemic Stars was known as the Alchemic Stars of Pure Enlightenment! It could be accomplished by concocting one's own Mystic-Heaven lineage!

As for the grade five stage of the Alchemic Stars, it was none other than the Alchemic Stars of Enlightened Soul!

However, this pair of Alchemic Stars did not belong to the Alchemic Stars of Pure Enlightenment or the Alchemic Stars of Enlightened Soul! Nor was it the sixth or seventh stage of the Alchemic Stars!

    No!!

    It was something else entirely!

It was Wei Wuyin's very own…unprecedented…

    ALCHEMIC STARS!

"The Alchemic Stars of Unparalleled Creation!!!!!"

By the decree of the Alchemic Dao, his defiant path of convention was no longer worthy of being restrained by the Alchemic Dao's archaic standards! It would forge a new flourishing path alongside him!! It would prove itself…limitless!

    1743 Chapter 1736: Alchemy
    Flourishes (3)

When words were treated as gold, rarely spent, highly valued, the advice given was similarly precious. And King, this Omega Saber Soul, delivered a pep talk that could invigorate stone and inspire immortals. Even Wei Wuyin found it hard for his blood to not boil, finding that his thoughts earlier were genuinely a little pathetic and unbefitting of his chosen path.

Wait? Just wait until his previous methods were effective? Wait until he acquired immortal materials or reached a suitable cultivation? Past achievements were astounding, and previous heaven-defying acts were world-shaking, but if his thoughts were to become so steady, then he would never continuously break past conventions and his previous limits!

"If there's a will…" Wei Wuyin muttered an obscure, ancient saying of the Myriad Yore Continent.

    "THERE'S A WAY!" Ori hyped.

Wei Wuyin chuckled to himself. King was the master of timing, truly. "Thank you," stretching his limbs, Wei Wuyin patted his alchemist robes before rubbing his face with vigorous movements as if to wake him up.

Firstly, he determined the problem: him. If he had to identify a box that had restricted his thinking, which was himself, then he simply had to think outside of it.

Secondly, he pondered his past convention-breaking ways, including how he used Mystic-Rank materials to bypass his inability to access the principles, essence, and energies of Mysticism needed for transcendent-quality and Mystic-Rank products. Later, he relied on the Mystic Light within his World Sea birthed by the World Rune to reliably concoct transcendent-quality products!

By using this crazy method that surpassed any other, he directly became the first Mortal Saint Alchemist!

And lastly, he began to consider different paths.

"Perhaps I should make a return to the Onestar Galaxy and locate the Solar Star that the Jiaolong, the existence that was said to have failed to ascend to immortality, and utilize its Solar Essence to act as an adhesive to the aura of eternity throughout the concoction process."

This was aligned with his previous path, but it was undoubtedly a long shot. In the end, he shook his head. This might be possible, but this was bound to generate conflict with the Ascended Sovereigns of the Onestar Galaxy, and by his estimation, they could be Resonant Soul Realm experts. While it was only a small chance, he had a feeling that doing so wasn't risky, but a little stupid and suicidal.

There was too much he couldn't verify about the Jiaolong or the Onestar Galaxy despite his acquisitions of knowledge and information within the Endless Purgatory. Moreover, from what he had learned, it only reinforced his belief that this was no different than cutting off his own head and crushing his soul, hoping for a positive outcome after.

"..." King might have given an incredible pep talk, but it was unable to offer any further assistance. It was an Omega Saber Soul, not an Alchemic Saber Soul. Its inherent knowledge of that path was limited.

Eden, shockingly, was silent. It was clear from its pulsating thick roots within his Sea of Consciousness that it was providing boosts to Wei Wuyin's mental capacity while trying to conceive an alternative as well.

Wei Wuyin went deep into his thoughts.

Meanwhile, outside, an entire stellar region was in an upheaval!

Bai Xiu's unintended actions of dumping the excess of Utmost Purity Mist outside due to her greed were creating a hectic commotion. Countless souls within the span of this week learned of the grade two mist that was raining down from the Original Dawn Palace, falling onto the Utmost Purity Hall, and they were all driven with desire.

Hao Chengxue could only make a hasty return from his networking activities during this rather active period of the galaxy. When he finally did, he was flabbergasted by the Original Dawn Palace's situation. Observing for a while, he noticed that the saber formation would belch out grade two mist. Furthermore, this mist was of astonishing quality, containing properties linked to Wei Wuyin's Alchemic Dao, and capable of elevating mental energies and bestowing sporadic insights.

Every Utmost Purity Mist was unique at its core, mostly formed by the essential alchemical powers of the alchemist who created it. Oftentimes, the mist would be an amalgamation of numerous properties from varying alchemists using the same cauldron, but this mist was created by a single entity, yet was unnaturally profound. Was this the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint's brand of Utmost Purity Mist?!

During Wei Wuyin's initial debut into the Grand Cyclic Stellar Region's alchemy scene, Mu Yura, the Twilight Alchemic Sovereign had, during her assessment of his convention-shattering Neo-Dawn Eclipse Pill, breathed in the mist with an intoxicated expression. The mist then was already grade two, practically an unseen grade, and possessed Eden's properties inherent in its Dao of Alchemy, which included the Seven Source Soul Light. Back then, the mist had heightened the quality and quantity of her mental energies and bestowed alchemical insights.

Typically, the primary effect of elevating mental energies was a passive effect of all of Wei Wuyin's concocted products and could be largely considered as his distinct signature. The alchemical insights were only effective to other alchemists. Considering this grade two mist was pouring down, and a good portion of the Tiny Heart Starfield, and even the Swirling Growth Stellar Region, were alchemists, how could they not find this as a fortune of the heavens?!

Hao Chengxue sneakily extracted a small amount before refining the mist carefully, and as the insights poured in, his eyes brightened greedily! Utmost Purity Mist was the result of consecutive successes, not a single failure, so it was, by extension, an amalgamation of true and faultless alchemy! The insights could only be right—never wrong!

A single wad of mist and Hao Chengxue had solved a difficult problem that had plagued him for nearly eight hundred years within a few minutes. His heart was racing! The urge to seal off this location and hoard it all for himself was birthed within his greedy little heart.

    Unfortunately…HE WAS TOO LATE!

By the time he returned, there were already eyes of several Mystic Overlords and Sage-level beings watching, even Dao Enforcers! When they sensed the endless flood of Utmost Purity Mist, seeing how the citizens were, without Wei Wuyin's direct permission, but his tacit allowing of them taking and using it for themselves, how could they not want a portion of the benefits?

Of course, they weren't too selfish. They sent their alchemists over, mostly juniors beneath the age of 1,500 and within the Mystic Ascendant Realm, and only an elder or two to observe.

Hao Chengxue could seal the place up, but he would effectively be going against the benefit of others! He was naturally not the type to fight against the world. Moreover, he didn't dare to lie and say that Wei Wuyin had restricted access to his Utmost Purity Hall. He wouldn't dare to presume the intentions of an Exalted Worldly Saint Alchemist on the verge of becoming a Heavenly Saint Alchemist!

Not to mention, Wei Wuyin was almost certainly a connected individual with relations beyond his knowledge, such as the Incandescent Star Palace. Or that his cultivation had likely reached supreme levels!

In the end, Voidships from all over made their way over. No one dared to be too audacious, causing a tacit agreement to be made that prohibited the usage of storage or siphoning treasures that were too strong and restricting Worldly Saint Alchemists from entering the contest. Only a single Earthly Saint Alchemist and those young juniors were allowed with reasonable treasures.

Initially, some were too scared to partake recklessly, fearing that Wei Wuyin might be unaware and could take offense to these scrambling thieves. They sent urgent messages to Wei Wuyin's assistant, not daring to disrupt Wei Wuyin's cultivation which was clearly at a critical point. Luo Ning was besieged by messages, and she could only helplessly smile at everything unfolding. She inevitably had to contact Wei Wuyin. She received a piece of news that shook her.

It was a simple message: "Do what you think is best."

Then, a few seconds later, she received: "If you can't decide, just let Cao Cuifen know."

As for the Utmost Purity Mist spewing into the continent below, he didn't make any comments. However, this had occurred on the ninth day of Wei Wuyin's three-month seclusion and it's been two whole days since any belching had occurred! Still, there was quite a lot of Utmost Purity Mist remaining.

Luo Ning first sent a message to Cao Cuifen, who was focused on developing her martial path and received a dismissive response. Cao Cuifen would normally handle such negotiations for benefits, but she was too enthralled with her own matters. She even softly admonished Luo Ning for contacting her, suggesting that this was an opportunity for her to display her business acumen. Wei Wuyin had only left her an avenue to contact her in desperation if she was overwhelmed with indecision. For it to be the first thing she did was a little disappointing.

Luo Ning was taken aback and her mind was shaken by this revelation. Wei Wuyin was trusting her to handle this! However, she hadn't taken the initiative and instead sought help before anything else. It was a little…pathetic…

Seeing this for what it was, an opportunity, Luo Ning decided to change her mentality. While she was advocating and elevating the prestigious and mysterious Neo-Dawn Alchemic Lineage within the eyes of the Utmost Purity Galaxy's denizens, she was doing so under Wei Wuyin's long-ago issued orders to proliferate his name and their lineage in every new area they entered as his proxy.

She decided to take the helm of this ship. Furthermore, her hardened heart and focused mind from this lesson of life were timely as, without any warning, the belching and dumping of Utmost Purity Mist began to intensify!

    Intensify to an EXTREME!!!

By the eleventh day, the neighboring stellar regions could no longer stay and watch. A holy land of the Alchemic Dao was being formed!!

Wei Wuyin's eyes were preternaturally focused and his mystic forces were incredibly active as he sat before, not one, but two cauldrons! Bai Xiu had pouted and verbally protested, but after her mischievous actions of unintentionally expelling mist were exposed, she could only grunt.

Both cauldrons were being used. At the same time!

Earlier, Wei Wuyin's Second Mind had taken control over his body to complete the Magi trials and tribulations. This time, Wei Wuyin was seizing control over his Second Mind in much the same way! The feeling was wondrous and unexpected, and he felt as if he had genuinely divided himself into two entities.

This was likely how most experienced a division of minds. Unlike his who seemed to have obtained its own id, ego, and superego loosely separated from himself while being intimately and naturally connected. They were capable of sharing memories, and restricting unnecessary or useless information while remaining unaware of the other activities.

He wasn't foolish to think that his Second Mind wasn't an abnormal entity given its ability to exert a degree of independence, but he also knew that they were eternally connected as one. And this has helped them both, especially considering they had different passions and goals. It was as if his psyche had been genuinely split.

Now, he was hijacking his Second Mind, and that felt initially odd before giving away to an utterly breathtaking experience. His Second Mind was the primary development of Enlightened Scholarly Mist, and while he developed some on his own as well, the sheer quantity and quality within the Palace of Eden under its control was damn near excessive.

To begin, the Enlightened Scholarly Mist of his Second Mind had long since condensed into liquid form within his Sea of Consciousness, intermixing inexplicably with his Mental Energies that constituted that sea and long since had leaked into his Mind's Eye after the Magi trials. What Wei Wuyin hadn't realized was that after consolidating their knowledge and gains, his Second Mind's Palace of Eden was flooded with this liquid!

The entire Palace of Eden was submerged from wall to wall in liquid. When he entered for the first time, he felt profoundly overwhelmed by it all.

He then learned that the Enlightened Scholarly Mist had levels as well, and this could be considered a grade five mist. It had transformed from mist to liquid! What a wondrous change! If his estimations were correct, this degree of Enlightened Scholarly Mist suggested an absurd wealth of knowledge! No wonder his Second Mind dominated the Dao Acknowledge of Scholarly Virtue when it came to the Dao of Creation!

Of course, this knowledge was extensive, including in regards to talismans, cultivation methods, forging techniques, and much more, but Wei Wuyin's exchanged knowledge was curated to relevance, and he definitely would not be able to immediately craft talismans with as much ease as his alchemy. That said, he was already fascinated by the possibility of expanding his practical knowledge and techniques in other fields!

Wei Wuyin had decided to explore the Palace of Eden in hopes of finding a solution to his conundrum, but he hadn't expected that just entering the Palace would inspire him instantly!

"I know what I need to do!"

Because of that, he seized control over his Second Mind, using a rarely used Dual Mind Technique that was common with split minds, and brought out a second cauldron.

"My failings are due to myself. I can't refine the aura of eternity. The reason is obvious: I lack the fundamental ability to do so. If I tried to rely on past methods, either finding an immortal-grade material or reaching the threshold to sense the aura of eternity naturally, that might take too long or not work. After all, who says that anyone but an immortal can sense this aura? If so, then by the time I can sense it, I will be able to create it myself naturally!

"No! No! I can not do that. King is right; I must continue on this path without looking back or down! I can not decide to just catch up with the others, or rely on old methods to achieve future achievements. If I must do so, then I'll do so now rather than later. Because…if I do so later, I might never get that chance."

The eighteen Calamities of Hell had never been underestimated by Wei Wuyin. He just had to get unlucky once, and his existence would vanish entirely. Or worse—he could become another suave Wei Wuyin of that timeline who decided to rely on only his innate endowments or current advantages in life. While that might bring about a great path ahead of him, that type of stagnant thinking was ruinous.

    He refused to lose anyone.

    "Anyone!"

"So I'll have to eliminate myself from the potential solution! I'll use a method that is outside the box and way further beyond! The box that alchemic soul cultivators would never think of doing!" Wei Wuyin's eyes pulsated with the light of madness.

"I'll create alchemical energy on par with the aura of eternity! I'LL CREATE UTMOST PURITY MIST TO THAT LEVEL!!" Wei Wuyin's decision was insane!

"YES!" Kratos roared, sending his heart racing with excitement tinged by insanity!

    "..." Eden was deeply silent.

While Ori was hyping Wei Wuyin up to the utmost with incessant cheering. "You can do it! You can do it!"

To non-Alchemic Soul alchemists, they all relied on external methods to create their alchemical energies to certain levels based on their cultivation base, but Utmost Purity Mist had the unique ability to elevate this ability to rival Alchemic Soul alchemists! If that was possible, why not create a Utmost Purity Mist that can elevate external alchemical energies that can attach itself to the aura of eternity?

Wei Wuyin used the Thirty-Three Heavenly Concoction Method on both cauldrons at the same time, using Mystic-World products of all the lineages he acquired from the White Abyssal Galaxy and Resolute Dusk Galaxy! From the lineages that Enlightened Sage Springfield knew! That those within the Endless Purgatory knew!

    All that he KNEW!!!

    1744 Chapter 1737: Alchemy
    Flourishes (4)

    Audacious!
    Outrageous!
    Impossible!

If any Alchemist knew of Wei Wuyin's intentions, they would outright deny the possibility without a second thought. Utmost Purity Mist was a divine material born from the Alchemic Dao, the only natural manifestation of alchemical energies and essence with limitless assistive properties, and was used in the refinement of high-quality cauldrons to Solar Stars to uniquely-crafted radiance belts.

But the requirement for even grade one mist was insidiously difficult, and its very existence was contingent on flawless, consecutive successes. During the Spiritquake, which was caused by Wei Wuyin's experimental usage of a transcendent product to replicate his insane Soul Idol Tribulation, multiplied by four, the concoction process of the Everlore Association's alchemists' White God Cauldron was ruined due to a single impure product!

    A single impure product!
All the accumulated Utmost Purity Mist within that cauldron, formed from thousands upon thousands of years of continuous successes, had evaporated into nothing with not a single wisp of its existence remaining!

Wei Wuyin's intentions were genuinely outrageous! Why? Because his plan required endless successes and not a single, not one, FAILURE! A single impure 'failure' and every connected Utmost Purity Mist he had gathered would vanish without mercy. Since the vast majority of products in the cultivation world were impure products with varying degrees approaching utmost purity, concocting impure products was par for the course!

This was why alchemists had clearly defined cauldrons, sometimes two or three, with a single main cauldron that they used to concoct products they had absolute certainty or at least close to absolute certainty of a successful concoction at low-quality or higher! The Everlore Association had nine God Cauldrons! Wei Wuyin only had two. Moreover, he was unleashing the full strength of possessing two minds and concocting using the ever-difficult Thirty-three Heavenly Concoction Method! On both! BOTH!

Wei Wuyin was aiming for a feat that might very well leave him indelibly etched within the annals of the Alchemic Dao's history. At this very moment, the Mystic Dao's presence could be keenly felt as the Nine Ways of Mysticism were molded using superior, flawless technique alongside worldly radiance generally produced by World Runes and World Emperors—Worldly Saints!

Wei Wuyin could feel that his grasp of the Ways of Mysticism was far exceeding his cultivation base, reaching levels that could, with but a single thought, ascend to the Worldly Saint Phase, the fifth stage of the Mystic Ascendant Realm! That said, he would never do so now!

Outside the Original Dawn Palace, the commotion intensified as, despite Bai Xiu and the second cauldron's attempts at containing the Utmost Purity Mist, the former had to belch out what it couldn't refine in time, seemingly stuffed to the brink, while the latter only repulsed everything else and slowly nibbled at the mist to improve itself naturally. This caused the saber formation to erupt more frequently after two days of total silence.

Grade two mist poured like a smoky, misty waterfall, drenching the continent below, almost drowning it in mist. The scene was unbelievable! And the junior alchemists below began to breathe in mist as air.

"Hall Manager Hao, what is happening?!" Within a subspace realm, Hao Chengxue was hosting a banquet as the seniors observed and protected their juniors below, looking incredibly envious and undoubtedly shocked to the soul. There were top elites, and none of them were beneath the level of a Rune King, the Earthly Saint Phase, and all of them were at least Earthly Saint Alchemists!

They had Dao Protectors, ranging from uniquely armored squads of World Emperors that could rival Original Magistrates through collaborative efforts, to a single powerful juggernaut of a protector with a cultivation base at or higher than pinnacle-tier World Emperors.

While there was not a single Mystic Overlord present, the World Emperor and Original Magistrate Dao Protectors were not to be underestimated!

Hao Chengxue's outward expression was radiating peak calm, but his facade was as fragile as paper because he couldn't explain anything! He only exerted a mysterious demeanor befitting a Hall Manager of an Utmost Purity Hall as if all was within his expectations.

"The Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint must be doing this out of gratitude for Hall Manager Hao," a female Alchemist commented, side-eyeing Hao Chengxue. She was beautiful, natural, and modest, with her brunette hair tied into a bun, and her phoenix eyes radiated pride forged through success and accumulated reputation. Her words were met with disbelieving looks and rueful sighs.

Who didn't know that Hao Chengxue had inexplicably formed a relationship with this ranker on the Outer-Creation King Ranking list? After several days, the full story was unable to be hidden, especially since initially there were countless eyes on Wei Wuyin. White Sky's fleeing attempt to find backing to save her Institute was heavily discussed in recent days and was applauded as a flawless maneuver.

They already had speculations on White Sky's position, likely her conceding towards Wei Wuyin's intentions towards becoming his wife, concubine, or something else entirely, potentially more nefarious. Even though she had a younger body, her physical and mental age far exceeded tens of thousands, and there were ways to make her body look like a young woman's rather than a young girl's.

Supposedly, there was a deal that was incredibly profitable for Hao Chengxue as this self-proclaimed pinnacle Worldly Saint had promised a favor! Hao Chengxue dealt with the matter decisively and simply, easily rectifying the situation, and directly earning the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint's trust.

Now, he was concocting above his Utmost Purity Hall using a temporal acceleration zone.

The female alchemist was commenting on speculation that he was using an absurd temporal ratio and creating ninth-grade products that he simply couldn't fail to create and disperse grade two mist as an overt sign of gratitude. This was further reinforced by the recent message they received.
Luo Ning, Wei Wuyin's assistant, had boldly and directly declared that Wei Wuyin was creating a short-lived holy land for alchemists within the Tiny Heart Starfield's Utmost Purity Hall. If outsiders beyond the Tiny Heart Starfield, excluding Hall Manager Hao's companions and their disciples, wanted to experience this temporary holy land, they had to pay a small fee of a Mystic-Earth or Mystic-World Concoction Method of any product. Non-repeatable.

A single Mystic-Earth Concoction Method would allow a limited amount and juniors to enter while a Mystic-World Concoction Method would allow a higher amount by a few times in terms of entrance, and even alchemists of the older generation could enter.

To see how the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint was looking to profit by obtaining various recipes from the Utmost Purity Galaxy for this limited-time event, quite a few alchemists could help but applaud. Moreover, the sheer expense he was using to repay a favor while simultaneously expanding his access to recipes was likely heavy and there could even be a significant loss from the effort!
    At least, short-term!

Luo Ning's decision was masterful and had unintentionally assisted Wei Wuyin's efforts by diversifying his need for materials for products. After all, despite having a galaxy worth of resources to rely on, there was a finite amount of any one material. For example, the Heaven's Essence Liquid that required Original Magistrates or higher to concoct Resounding Echoes of Celestial Refinement Pills!

Meanwhile, she was directly improving the Alchemic Dao of the Neo-Dawn Empire. A Concoction Method wasn't just a recipe for a product, but generally included seven or more different spells or assistive formations and arrays to enhance success rates and annotations of things to look out for. They were complete cultivation methods for any product!

On the twelfth day, three days after Wei Wuyin had begun his rabid concocting, the Tiny Heart Starfield was filled with Voidships of varying designs and sizes from all over the Stellar Region. The right to obtain grade two mist and cultivate within the mist was a genuine holy land that simply didn't exist ANYWHERE! At least not publicly.

While alchemist organizations might have unique chambers containing Utmost Purity Mist for their disciples to cultivate or experience, it was a luxurious expense that few could maintain long-term given the incredible uses and immediate need for this mist by every level of Alchemist!

    A true holy land!
How could this not catch the attention of others?! And so the streams of Concoction Methods came in as Luo Ning had the three Sages serve as collectors and maintainers. Not even the Tower of the Growing Immortality Galactic Zone was interfering. This was the decision of a foreign Alchemist that was benefiting the general populace, if they did act to halt or sabotage by extortion, within picoseconds, they would become the general enemy in the eyes of alchemists.

When it came to pursuing the Alchemic Dao, which of these alchemists in the holy galaxy of Alchemy, the Utmost Purity Galaxy, wasn't mad and insane?!

Since no prohibition was established, only a price that couldn't be considered a price when calculated individually, it was even less when the requirement for non-repeatable was only for the Concoction Method's contents, not the product itself! So there were already thirteen Concoction Methods for World Genesis Elixir, a peak-tier Mystic-Earth graded product, all different in terms of how they were concocted using a variety of different spells, timings, and materials as substitutes, while simultaneously possessing unique annotations and experiences curated by successful alchemists, some of which specialized in it!

Without a doubt, the continent was flooded as space was being contained. With the three Sages maintaining peace, there was no aggressive conflict either. Moreover, there was plenty of grade two mist!

After another week, a total of nineteen days since Wei Wuyin began, the disbelief slowly gave way to abject shock. This dreamy seven-colored misty waterfall of grade two mist seemed endless! Truly endless! Periodically, the belching of new mist occurred, and they slurped up what they could.

"Is the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint temporal acceleration field higher than we expected?!" An older, more experienced alchemist asked with great uncertainty. They had estimated a ratio of five hundred to one, with every day equating to five hundred days. An absurd ratio, but inconsequential to Supreme Sages.

After all, even twenty days only equated to 10,000 days, and that was only 27 or so years. It was very little. They were estimating the repeated concoction of Mystic-Earth products or excessive concoction of ninth-grade products, and then the deliberate separation of expulsion of grade two mist to the continent below.

Yet even this was an utterly disbelieving feat. Was his generosity towards World-Saint White Sky so high? They couldn't fathom why he would go to such lengths!

"Haha! Perhaps at this point, he's warming up for a Mystic-Heaven concoction run!" The female alchemist from before guessed, causing countless eyes to dart to Hao Chengxue. Earlier, Hao Chengxue had mentioned that Wei Wuyin intended to concoct a 'present' for Pavilion Master Shang. If so, then could he…

"Don't tell me that he's seeking Little Fairy Shang Wanqing's hand?!" A sturdy-looking male alchemist exclaimed. A single sentence instantly created an insane rumor that was unable to be taken back after being put into the world.

"..." Hao Chengxue couldn't even comment on it. However, given that Yue Songli also had a Catalyst Body, it was entirely possible! It wasn't difficult for experts, especially the various news outlets, to gather that Yue Songli was a virgin with her beautifully seductive body untouched. In their eyes, the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint could be collecting Catalyst Bodies for a grand attempt at assailing a higher stage of cultivation, either directly or through Laws.

If so, then trading a Mystic-Heaven grade product for Shang Wanqing, this third ranker on the Beauties of Catastrophe Ranking, seemed entirely possible!

On a floating asteroid far, far away, the rumor soon spread via the Observing Chronicle. A young, extremely dashing, and heroically handsome man with long, loose grey hair with the front tied into a topknot that looked exceedingly youthful, a fair complexion, and an immaculately sharp demeanor sat cross-legged as the asteroid moved like a Voidship, soaring across the Dark Void.

Holding the jade to read its contents, an explosive aura erupted from him that exerted soul-crushing, rage-filled power!

Meanwhile, the Heavenly Daos stayed silent.

    1745 Chapter 1738: Alchemy Flourishes (5)

Time flowed smoothly within the Utmost Purity Galaxy. The variety of top-tier leaders were focused on preparing for the upcoming Knightly Dao Pavilion's trifecta of celebration and competition while the junior alchemists and obsessive older generation willing or capable of paying the cost made their way blazingly toward the Swirling Growth Stellar Region.

Those within the trifecta of celebration were naturally intrigued and kept a close eye, but most were unaffected by the temporary holy land for alchemy, or simply could not benefit such as those young junior talents of cultivation, the pursues of the martial way or the proud super-elite alchemists.

If those older generations embarrassed themselves by scrambling for benefits with juniors, they would truly be lowering their status in the eyes of others. Instead, they sent their juniors after paying that small fee, using the limited storage tools to collect Utmost Purity Mist for later. This was an indirect gain, and they maintained their reputation to an extent.

Since then, Hao Chengxue, this lucky son of an alchemist, was 'forced' to play the generous host to numerous Earthly Saint Alchemists and the occasional Worldly Saint Alchemist. This was a great networking opportunity that caused his inner voice to laugh for weeks straight in elation. He was forming all sorts of connections. Moreover, some even offered gifts to display their sincerity, trying to get their juniors a location closer to the epicenter of the cascading waterfall-like seven-colored mist.

Some intelligent fellows bypassed the limit altogether by bribing this Hall Manager, becoming his 'companions' and getting free access without offering anything. This has been a glorious month!

    ABSOLUTELY GLORIOUS!!!

The three Sages of the Resolute Dusk Galaxy floated beside each other as they used their incarnations to inspect guests, receive the fee, and then send the various alchemists to their designated spots. A few crafty old foxes had even bribed them for closer assigned locations.

Initially, Imentet was rather dismissive of this, but after seeing the various products offered by these haughty and wealthy alchemists, especially a few Mystic-Earth grade products, she informed Luo Ning, and after realizing that that lovely and diligent girl was unconcerned about that, the three began to take them with either gracious smiles or stoic faces.

Nepit was overtly obvious with her abuse of this opportunity. She siphoned the most from those rich alchemists. Those unlucky to receive her Incantation were likely forced to pay a higher additional fee for a better spot.

"Haaaa…" Nepri sighed as he looked at the alchemy holy land formed by Wei Wuyin's actions. He couldn't help but feel a wave of amazement pounding against his heart. With a single move, Wei Wuyin had formally established himself as a person who goes above and beyond to repay debts of gratitude. No one here, especially those wily and crafty foxes, was blind to the gains that they or Hao Chengxue were obtaining.
Not to mention, this act of blessing this continent was bound to have long-term benefits.

While Imentet lacked Wei Wuyin's ability to sense mental fluctuations or read thoughts, she was linked to Nepri by cultivation and their souls, so she could understand his thoughts instantly.

"While that Hall Manager has gained some benefits, there's no way the Tower of Growing Immortality will allow him to keep this continent," she surmised.

"Even if that's true," Nepri replied with a gaze at the Original Dawn Palace, "with his connection to His Majesty, there's a chance they won't directly take it, but promote him while declaring that this continent is his own 'personal property' and have it brought with him."

Imentet had nothing to say about that. Offending someone that Wei Wuyin owed gratitude to…no one knew how extensive his generosity was or how far he would go. After all, to the outside, Wei Wuyin was effectively exhausting decades upon decades of his life for Hao Chengxue.

"His Majesty?" Nepit pouted bitterly. "When did you start calling him that?" She was a prestigious Sage and didn't like the fact they were placed as a galactic vassal state all of a sudden.

Imentet was rendered speechless. Was there something wrong with this woman's brain?! There was a clear indication that she had an overinflated ego but this was borderline problematic thinking!

"..." Nepri didn't reply. This caused Nepit to grunt with dissatisfaction.

Imentet shook her head, looking at the Original Dawn Palace. "What do you think he's doing? As the rumors suggest?" She asked curiously, unable to settle the itch of desiring to know within her heart. She had asked Luo Ning with no clear answer. As for paying back gratitude? She only half-believed the possibility, the other half was simply establishing his reputation with such a domineering display in a single stroke.

Nepri blinked, "Like the rumors? Those rumors of him seeking Shang Wanqing's hand by offering a Mystic-Heaven product? I don't know. I don't think so."

"Hmph!" Nepit voiced her disapproval before saying, "I do think so! Look at the women by his side. Qing Qiumu and Yue Songli have low cultivation bases but astounding natural endowments or unique bodies suitable for Dual Cultivation. Not to mention, they're all beautiful. I've seen the way you've looked at them!"

Nepri groaned internally. While he appreciated extraordinary objects of beauty and even had thoughts towards Yue Songli initially, he only loved and would love a single one in his lifetime. Those thoughts would be normal for any cultivator upon finding Yue Songli, especially if they were male, and she was so weak. Comparatively speaking.

"..." Imentet would normally believe that, but she wasn't very inclined to think that was the case. After all, she knew that Qing Qiumu, Yue Songli, Cao Cuifen, and Liu Suyin had planted themselves firmly in Wei Wuyin's life through various events. According to Luo Ning, he had an utterly flawless wife, their Empress, concubines, and lovers of all sorts of shapes and sizes. He was a fine lover, but his extraordinarily heaven-defying and outright convention-shattering strength as a cultivator at the lower-stages of the Mystic Ascendant Realm yet possessed the strength to fight and defeat eight Sages? That was an absolute pinnacle sign of his pursuit of cultivation of the apex level.

How could someone he never met move him so easily? If anything, why not the first ranked on the list? Moreover, if he was wildly lustful, she had no doubt she would have been in his bed long ago. Even if she preferred Luo Ning. As for using a Mystic-Heaven product as an offering for Shang Wanqing's hand? She spat at that idea with an easy heart. Why exactly?

The value of a Mystic-Heaven graded product could, no, WOULD move Resonant Soul Realm experts and every Enlightened Sage for several galaxies. How could she be worth that much?!

Imentet wasn't even sure if she was worth that much!

"Oh. More newcomers," Nepit's eyes glowed with a rich green light. She immediately sent her incarnation over toward an approaching luxurious voidship, bent on extorting some benefits from these generously late folks.

Nepri didn't say a word as Imentet revealed a wiry smile. She couldn't help but think that Nepit must be incredible in bed to have Nepri devote much effort and attention to her, especially considering how tiring she was. Perhaps she was discounting something else, but despite knowing Nepit for so many years, she genuinely didn't like her or see why Nepri was in love with her. If she kept this up sooner or later, she would either cause her death or the death of her husband. Likely the latter.

As if reading her thoughts, Nepri turned to her and leveled a gaze. Imentet shrugged.

At the twenty-day mark, Wei Wuyin was shrouded by Utmost Purity Mist as his Celestial Eyes bled through the seven-colored mist, observing the two cauldrons before him that were slowly concocting thirty-three pills each. They were in the final step of fusion.

This last month had been an extensive and laborious effort without a single minute of rest. To others, it was only a month, to him, it was an entire year of endless concoctions. He might not have blinked for months. Within his Saint Ring was a monstrous number of bottles, vials, and containers.

Just the vials themselves, each containing a single portion, numbered over 3,000! While the pills were even greater in quantity! FURTHERMORE! All of them were Mystic-World graded!!!

After concocting for so long, so extensively, and so aggressively, Wei Wuyin's Dao of Alchemy had skyrocketed to incredible levels far beyond his expectations. The more he concocted, the faster and more consistent he became. Not a single product dropped below high-quality, with the vast, vast majority being peak-quality! Those high-quality products were typically on first tries to the new recipes that Luo Ning sent in, but shortly after completing them, it was as if he conquered them as he would a level of Hell!

    1742 Chapter 1735: Alchemy Flourishes (2)

    RUMBLE!

A thunderous explosion shook the void, stirring mana and propelling waves of force.

Beneath the Original Dawn Palace was the Utmost Purity Hall's palatial building situated upon a free-floating continent. On this continent, the inhabitants were all outside or near windows, staring at the sky as their eyes were fixated on the palace above. Their expressions ranged from disbelief, uncertainty, fear, shock, interest, amazement, awe, desire, and anticipation. Some sat alone, with their Dao Companions, or together in wide circles. Others maintained hand-seals while circulating their cultivation base silently, and a few had strange tools that seemed to be designed to store energy and essence.

This wasn't the first time the Original Dawn Palace above their heads rumbled with a mighty thunderous roar, keeping them awake and shaking their spirits. At first, they were terrified. Who wouldn't after such a monstrous uproar caused by a foreigner? But then that fear quickly gave way to other emotions, one of which was none other than greed!

That was because of the subsequent event that would occur after the explosion, which was a leakage of Utmost Purity Mist intermixed with extraordinarily refined Solar Essence! The Utmost Purity Mist was extremely pure, absurdly so!

In the Utmost Purity Galaxy, Utmost Purity Mist had distinctions of grade and quality, often serving as a differentiation for their uses as well. This displayed the depth of their Alchemic Dao.
As such, Utmost Purity Mist formed through the consecutive concoction of qualified ninth-grade Mortal-Rank products was considered as Grade One Mist, the lowest. By either accumulation and compression or by concocting products, the latter of which had requirements of 777 low-tier, 77 high-tier, or 7 peak-tier products, then Grade Two Mist was created.

Grade One Mist was largely superficial and was more of a status than practical in usage. Grade Two Mist was far more practical, capable of being utilized with various Arts, Spells, and Methods and Wei Wuyin had devised the Eighth Source Transcendent Spell using Grade Two Mist as its basis.
Grade Three Mist required similar requirements but on the scale of Mystic-Earth grade or 7,777 transcendent-quality ninth-grade products. At this point, Alchemic Runes could be refined and various abilities of the Alchemic Stars can be executed to their peak effect, such as replicating the Alchemical Manifestations of the Alchemic Dao, such as the World Awakening of a True Saint.

What was genuinely fascinating and enough to invoke pure desire about Utmost Purity Mist was the largely spread method across the galaxy that allowed standard cultivators to refine Utmost Purity Mist to expel impurities, digest Alchemical Spirit Remnants, and assist in the ease of refining alchemical products and generic cultivation materials.

Meanwhile, by using Utmost Purity Mist, the standard method of cultivating external alchemical energies to refine products can be elevated depending on the grade of the mist. In actuality, even in the Utmost Purity Galaxy, the majority of Alchemists didn't pursue Alchemic Heart of Qi either due to the lack of innate talent or the unwillingness to exhaust their combat potential and future lifespan for a chance at breaking the mold and becoming extraordinary.

However, products had stringent requirements, and the vast majority of cultivated alchemical energy was diluted in effectiveness and essence due to the process. For example, it was notoriously known that the Alchemic Spirit Cultivation Path allowed a cultivator's alchemical energies to be an entire realm above those who did not do so. This was an inferior thinking process, and it was easier to understand that the Alchemic Spirit generates the appropriate grade of energy while those who use external methods to produce alchemical energies were naturally inferior.

The King of Everlore had concocted the ninth-grade product, the Everlore Ascension Pill, as a Qi Condensation Realm cultivator. This was logically sound, and appropriate, although exceedingly unreasonable in terms of talent and expected ability, in the Utmost Purity Galaxy.

This was because Astral Core Realm alchemists like Tuo Bihan can concoct seventh, eighth, and ninth-grade products with inferior alchemical energies and lacking an Alchemic Spirit!

The solution to this was solved through Utmost Purity Mist and an ingenious alchemist long, long, long ago. By using Utmost Purity Mist to refine one's externally cultivated alchemical energies, cultivators can artificially elevate their grade of energy, enhancing the range of products they can conceive and emulate pure alchemists, while simultaneously maintaining their combat strength.

Grade One Mist equated to an Astral Core Realm Alchemist's Alchemical Force; Grade Two Mist equated to the lower-stage of the Mystic Ascendant Realm—Mystic Star, Soul of Mysticism, Demi-Mortal Lord, and Earthly Saint Phases; Grade Two Mist rivaled the upper-stages of the Mystic Ascendant Realm—Worldly Saint, Heavenly Saint, Ascended Saint, and True Sage. Furthermore, they can benefit greatly by being exposed to, cultivating, and concocting Utmost Purity Mist of any grade.

Lastly, while not the final method, one of the most important reasons: Utmost Purity Mist can be considered as the non-existent to the world yet natural form of Alchemical Essence, and they can directly assist in the cultivation path of Alchemic Spirit cultivators!!

Unfortunately, this caused Utmost Purity Mist, an already rare substance, to become exceedingly valuable to most cultivators and Alchemists, and therefore a ridiculously expensive material that was in absurd demand yet the lowest supply. After all, those who can create it can also use it!

The grade of Utmost Purity Mist that was leaking from the Original Dawn Palace's protective saber formation was grade two! It was flooding downwards like a mystical immortal mist cascading like a waterfall, but it lingered within the saber formation's boundary, only pushed explosively down by these repeated explosions.

    A blessed opportunity!

    Why exactly?

    It began seven days ago.

Wei Wuyin had resolved himself to attempt an unprecedented leap in his Dao of Alchemy! He was determined to test out of theory and create a Transcendent Mystic-Rank Product!

Firstly, he used a Vortex-Zone with a 'one day to one month' ratio, intending to spend the next twenty-four days, essentially two whole years, trying to succeed! Then, he started to concoct after gathering his notes and thoughts on the possibility. All that was left was to experiment through concoction!

And that's where the problem lies!

Wei Wuyin spent the next three months within the Vortex-Zone's temporal acceleration bubble with Bai Xiu. He was driven and focused, and he exerted the fullest extent of his cultivation base concocting using the Thirty-Three Heavenly Concoction Method to warm up after living those eighteen lives. He had an extraordinary amount of materials to play with, capable of concocting various products from the lineages he possessed and his own.

This included products like the Chasm of White Pill, a Mystic-World grade product, which was enough to sprout the deepest of greenest of greedy lights within Violet Sea, Grey Rose, Crimson Blade, and Fairy Silence's eyes! They were like ravenous wolves, starving, and hungry for meat. He could still recall their looks.

While the Chasm of White Pill was an Abyssal Race's exclusive product, he didn't mind making a few.

If the world knew that Wei Wuyin was using Mystic-World grade products, concocting them 33 times in a single go as a mere 'warm-up', countless alchemists might have heart attacks and enter the cycle of samsara willingly.

Meanwhile, this was nothing to Wei Wuyin; since his breakthrough into the first stage of the Mystic Ascendant Realm, the quality of his energies had entered an entirely new realm. As a defier of common convention, becoming the first ever Mortal Saint Alchemist, Wei Wuyin's cultivation vastly exceeded typical standards. This was the accumulation of every advantage he had worked incredibly hard for and risked his life.

Additionally, various Alchemic Methods were studied and vastly improved by his Second Mind's incessant pursuit of perfection and further knowledge. He was putting many of those untested spells, arts, and modifications to existing principles into practice and finding great success with most of them! It was abundantly obvious that the Magi part of him had truly been taken in by his Second Mind without restraint. A true scholar!

That said, Wei Wuyin's intelligence was obviously no less its equal, and when it came to application, his Second Mind would certainly fall behind. Of course, this wasn't a competition! Absolutely not!

After the first month, Wei Wuyin had finished his warm-up. In the end, he had concocted 2,541 Mystic-Earth grade product portions(such as a single vial of elixir, bottle of paste, and one pill) from 28 different Concoction Methods, repeating three products twice and one product three times!

As for Mystic-World products, he had concocted 264 portions!

By this point, the alchemical chambers were filled with swirling Utmost Purity Mist, and Bai Xiu was the cause as she gulped the mist within her body. She was delighted to the extreme!

After all, out of those 2,805 products, whether they were Mystic-Earth or Mystic-World grade, they were all…
    PEAK-QUALITY!!!

She was devouring the mist like a gremlin! This was a delicious meal that any Spirit of the Alchemic Dao would kill for! Straight murder!!

'My technique has vastly improved. The Eye of Creation can solve any quality issues by replicating perfect or improved versions of an existing material. This helps. However…to think that all of our accumulation has resulted in this default standard. Even the speed of concoction is a little insane to think about.' Wei Wuyin had thought this shortly after completing his warm-up, and while he was originally going to rest for Bai Xiu to consume the Utmost Purity Mist, his intention was immediately met with an abject refusal and aggrieved voice.

Bai Xiu was on the verge of wailing. It was almost as if she was a child who had been starved for so long by their father, and after their father gave them a piece of bread, they weren't going to give them more. Without a single pointed word, Bai Xiu painted Wei Wuyin as the villain in an instant.

However, he was concerned and voiced it. The Utmost Purity Mist formed in terms of quantity was several times higher based on the quality of the product itself. This was 2,805 Mystic-Rank peak-tier products!

The Utmost Purity Mist had already exceeded grade three after being compressed into the chamber! This was Grade Four Mist! Moreover, it seemed on the verge of breaking past that grade!

Wei Wuyin relented after seeing Bai Xiu's pouty face as if she was being wronged. He pinched her cheeks and sighed. The next two months confirmed his worries.

Wei Wuyin started attempting to infuse his Eye of Immortality's eternal aura into the process at the fusion step.

    However, he failed.

    Again.

    And again.

    And again.

    And again!

    AND AGAIN!!

Eventually, he was essentially relying on his Stellar-Paragon Physique to replenish the normally limited eternal bestowed to him during the concoction of the Neo-Dawn Paragon-Forging Pill. It was working! What would have normally been a finite resource had become an unlimited one! This realization allowed him to relax and bask in the awesomeness of his physique! His efforts to create an inexhaustible physique that can contain exceedingly powerful energies far surpassing his cultivation base were showing its heaven-defying powers!

He kept testing. He tried infusing the materials. He tried involving the aura of eternity in all seven steps of the concoction process. He tried using the aura of eternity at the forefront of every process, including infusing it into his Alchemic Akashic Mystic Force, the extraction, growth, and transformation of materials, every step imaginable…yet…

    FAILED!!!

Bai Xiu was full; she was exceedingly stuffed trying to keep up with the production of Utmost Purity Mist versus absorption, and she horrendously failed.

However, Wei Wuyin was too bedeviled by that point. He kept trying.

He tried lesser-graded products. He tried different types of products. He even used Essence Pills! He started to cycle through every product he knew.

    EVERY.

    LAST.

    ONE!

He used a variety of methods on all of them, and his focus was at its peak. In some circles, they would call this a flow state. Despite not using the Thirty-Three Heavenly Concoction Method, in two months, Wei Wuyin had exceeded the number of products he made in that one-month warm-up. Not just by a little either. He had made four times the amount!

The shocking thing was…every product was of peak-quality!

The rumbling from outside was the result of Bai Xiu's indignation and reluctance. She was continuously expelling grade four Utmost Purity Mist, trying to store it outside and slurp it up slowly without Wei Wuyin noticing. And he truly didn't notice.

Unfortunately, every time she took a 'dump' outside, the formation outside would become semi-permeable, expelling grade two mist after being shockingly diluted.

By the third month, word had gotten around of this event, and the fortune that was being bestowed to these fortune alchemists!

But of course, how could this be settled with just that? When word spread, the entire Swirling Growth Stellar Region was alerted! Hao Chengxue was informed and was making haste to return!

However, it was just the beginning!

Within the Alchemical Chambers, two voices erupted with excitement!

"I have an idea!" Wei Wuyin exclaimed.
"I know why we keep failing!" Wei Wuyin's Second Mind exclaimed.

In truth, they were both failing, and they were both working their damndest to find a solution!

"Oh?" Wei Wuyin hurriedly calmed the swirling grade four mist, a display of his Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity's strength. "Do you think it's me?"

The Second Mind was a mental incarnation that was reflected within Wei Wuyin's right eye's pupil, a literal front-row seat to the concoction, and he said matter-of-factly: "I know it's you!"

"I think so too," Wei Wuyin nodded. He realized that it wasn't that he couldn't infuse the aura of eternity into the process or materials, but his Alchemic Akashic Mystic Force's quality was lacking!

"Your Mystic Force isn't capable of allowing the aura of eternity to adhere to the materials or retain its properties during the conception process. While it seemed as if the aura of eternity remains abundant throughout the process, the resulting product lacks any sign of eternity. However, I can't determine where it has gone. Can you?" The Second Mind analyzed and asked.

Wei Wuyin was relying on the Celestial Eyes of Spiritual Divinity to bypass the impure-creating and failure-inducing process of using one's Spiritual Strength to concoct products. He relied on this very early on to gain a great advantage in his Concoction, avoiding the common failures of alchemists. However, he was unable to locate the lost aura of eternity after the final step was taken.

It was as if it had vanished.

So he shook his head and sighed, "I can't." Given the powers of his completed Celestial Eyes of Spiritual Divinity, this was incredible. Moreover, he couldn't sense it with his Spiritual Sense either.

"As I thought, the aura of eternity has normalized. Your Mystic Force simply can't retain its properties. Do you recall how you created your first transcendent-quality product?" Wei Wuyin's Second Mind asked.

Wei Wuyin could remember easily; it was by accident. The World-Light Refraction Elixir had, by a miracle, absorbed the invisible properties of Mysticism, and this happened a few times throughout the Everlore Starfield's history due to its location and the faint amounts of Mystic Essences within the air. Back then, even with his Celestial Eyes, he couldn't see the essence of Mysticism.

"Are you saying that the aura of eternity that's been refined through the concoction process loses its connection with me, so I can no longer sense it?" The moment he verbally said that theory, he began to see the logic in it as his eyes brightened.

The Second Mind nodded solemnly. The aura of eternity extracted would eventually lose its connection to him. After all, he was like a non-cultivating human pouring water into a pot. He can't control the water. A better example would be blood, and while within his body, he had some natural control over it, such as being able to slow or raise his heart rate and thereby increase the flow, but once spilled out into the world, he had zero control of it after losing contact with it.

    "I see…"

Well, Wei Wuyin couldn't sense the origins of the aura of eternity in the same way he, as a mortal, couldn't sense the aura of mysticism! That only changed after he became a Starlord! The peak of the Mortal Dao!

"Must I reach the peak of the Resonant Soul Realm or find an Immortal-Grade material to refine then?" The thought caused him to pale slightly. They didn't have a Mystic-Soul material, let alone an Immortal-graded material! Even the Second Mind shuddered. They were both reluctant, but the facts remained. Was a transcendent-quality Mystic-Rank product out of the reality of possibility? Seems so…

"Absolutely not!" King spoke out with words that were as valuable as gold.

    "..." Wei Wuyin.

    "..." The Second Mind.

They both focused on King. Even Eden, Kratos, Ori, Element, and Little Defiant went silent as they focused on King.

King paused for a long while, but then it spoke with a conviction that could end immortals, "You are no longer just a mortal! Or just an Ascended being! You are…a Paragon! A conqueror of four floors of Hell! A human who dared to offend the River of Time! A soul that dared to bravely stare at heaven's secrets! You dared to scheme against the Heavenly Daos' Blessed and an entire galaxy!

"YOU ARE A PARAGON! Act like one."

    "..." Everyone.

1745 part 2 because chap too long and i am not able to add
He couldn't concoct anything below peak!

He had spent seventeen years concocting on the Minor Elysium. This was before he reached the Mystic Ascendant Realm or had the incredible effects of the Seed Gate Tribulation that split his already unprecedented cultivation base and merged it! During that time, he had achieved great success by concocting thirty-three Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pills at the low-quality, officially recognizing his status as on par with a Junior Worldly Saint Alchemist.

This time was far, far too different!

Everything he had experienced a split of four, merged, and then experienced a greater elevation into the Mystic Ascendant Realm, including Little Defiant. This included his physique which harbored alchemic talent that had already exceeded the Heavenly Chosen level! Now, he could feel, see, and even experience the changes these transformations had on him.

He was a tireless alchemist, inexhaustible and focused. With his existing cultivation of four Astral Souls, his energy levels of physical, mental, and essence were extraordinarily high but seemingly limited. Even back then he had to take breaks, often allowing his Spirits to digest products while he enjoyed time with Cao Cuifen and Liu Suyin back on the Minor Elysium.

But now? With Little Defiant's energies, it was the best replenishment in existence! Its solar essence could be converted into any type of energy and they were intimately connected with the energies of his Astral Souls, allowing even quicker refinement and replenishment. With their capability of exchanging energies and replicating the others' energies, Eden had access to a steady stream of what felt genuinely like inexhaustible alchemical energies!

After a year, if Little Defiant was an ocean, then perhaps less than two drops were consumed from its ginormous existence and reserves of solar essence!

Wei Wuyin had a briefly distracting thought that if he ever summoned Little Defiant, an entire galaxy might be scorched asunder!

No wonder World-Bound Star Domains separated elites from common cultivators, including the importance of establishing the best version of a solar star. Would Blessed be given opportunities to pursue absolute-sized Solar Stars frequently? Now that the limits of the Mortal Dao have been renewed, will the Heavenly Daos construct ways for them to acquire Defiant-sized Solar Stars?!

        He didn't know!

        But it didn't matter!

        BOOM!
        BOOM!

The final step of fusion was completed as sixty-six crystal-like pills took form in strange unison. A strange, resounding echo formed that made visible distortions in the mist, air, light, and mana of the chamber. Wei Wuyin's eyes brightened as he felt as if his body was echoing within itself, slowly refining him into a better version of himself! Slowly allowing his body to resonate with the great daos and heavenly realms.

They were both of the same type. They were…none other than…

RESOUNDING ECHOES OF CELESTIAL REFINEMENT PILLS!

Wei Wuyin hurriedly gathered the complete pills and stored them carefully, hiding their unique phenomena. They each exuded a glossy mixture of heavenly and worldly light that seemed to intuitively attract Laws from the heavens and gather qi from the world!

But they weren't Mystic-Heaven grade pills, but exceedingly close. While Wei Wuyin had self-created the term 'exceed-tier' at his expo back then, Wei Wuyin genuinely felt that this pill fit that category. It was likely due to its unique structure of going from Mystic-Earth to Mystic-Soul. This was its Mystic-World grade, after all!

        A full year.

Wei Wuyin could only emotionally sigh as he finally blinked once. These pills were extraordinary, and after tapping upon all of his gained knowledge and experiences concocting so many variants of products, he had created sixty high-quality products and six peak-quality on his first try.

Just as he felt the urge to take a break, perhaps visit Cao Cuifen and Liu Suyin for certain stress-relieving activities, the Utmost Purity Mist began to rumble intensely! It was as if thunder was born with each passing second!

Wei Wuyin's eyes widened as the misty form began to rapidly condense. When he stretched out his fingers into a particularly dense clump of mist, he felt a wetness on his fingertips.

"GRADE FIVE!" Bai Xiu exclaimed with a voice that sounded as if she was stuffed full and could barely speak. The other cauldron trembled slightly as if excited as well.

Wei Wuyin felt extremely deep and heavy emotion as he glanced at the seven-colored liquid on his fingertips. They had given it his all, and...they had succeeded! All of them!

If grade one mist was flawless seventh, eighth, and ninth-grade products, then grade two corresponded with the Mystic-Earth grade, grade three was tethered to Mystic-World grade, grade four required Mystic-Heaven grade, and grade five was none other than the final Mystic-Soul grade!

If there was any essence or energy that could theoretically contain an aura of eternity, it would be the product that was the peak of the Mystic Dao!!!

"I knew we could do it," King voiced softly, gently, warmly, and uncharacteristically emotionally. This emotion was, to many, a sin, but to it…it was the best emotion it had ever known—pride. Not only pride in itself but pride in every one of them!

"Me too! I always knew!" Ori sniffed emotionally, almost as if it was stifling tears.

"..." Eden remained silent, but its roots were trembling. It wasn't hard to figure out the myriad of emotions rushing through its bark, leaves, and branches.

"Of course? As if I'd fail! So let's do this!" Kratos urged, roaring vigorously. Even Little Defiant was sending incessant solar flares to reveal its readiness!

Wei Wuyin basked in this moment. While it was only the start of their attempt, he was once again reminded that this journey was a journey of theirs.

"Yeah, let's." Wei Wuyin decided not to take a break here and ride the momentum forward! He needed a lot more Utmost Purity Liquid!

        1746 Chapter 1739: Alchemy
        Flourishes (6)

The success of the Resounding Echoes of Celestial Refinement was only the beginning of Wei Wuyin's rampant tyranny unleashed upon the Dao of Alchemy. Earlier, he had entered a state of unprecedented aggressive clarity, putting his all forth with concentrated intensity while simultaneously devouring all that he learned. It was a wondrous state of enlightenment akin to yang.

This time, as he relaxed, deciding to ride the natural momentum of his successes, it was as if the mist surrounding him had developed an assistive consciousness as it aided him smoothly through the seven processes of alchemy. He was genuinely relaxed, blinking often, breathing steadily, and taking things slow—for him at least.

If his earlier state of enlightenment was like yang, then his current state could be likened to yin. It was a flow state; everything came naturally and easily, and problems that cropped about sporadically were pondered upon and almost immediately solved mid-concoction, bringing forth astonishing effects. Meanwhile, genius insights, complex ideas, out-of-the-box solutions, and eureka moments became a consistent occurrence.

This was a manifestation of his stellar alchemic talent, pure and true. Undoubtedly, he felt that his various achievements thus far, accumulated with effort, risk, and courage, were assisting him in many ways. Even the completed version of the Celestial Eyes of Spiritual Divinity allowed him to grasp more with his sight, not polluting the process with his spiritual energies or sense as typical alchemists would.

After several months, he had condensed an entire pint of Utmost Purity Liquid, the grade five version of Utmost Purity Mist, with extreme effort.

"We should have enough," Wei Wuyin concluded as he played it extremely safe, gathering far more than needed. Now, he was left with a choice. No, they were left with a choice!

What product will he use to make this attempt at defying all expectations? He felt the Mystic Dao and Alchemic Dao's presence looming, observing intently. He felt as if he could feel their breath upon his face. It was a surreal feeling that was indescribably hard to place in words. However, it reinforced his belief that this attempt here might set an unprecedented feat yet again.

In his mind, this was how cultivation should be. The constant pursuit of perfection and evolution and greater success. Back then, Creation had instilled the universe with flaws, leaving behind limitless potential within its creations so as to allow those within this universe to create new things with ingenuity and courage to pursue fresh and innovative ideas. Wei Wuyin felt a tinge of pride in his soul.

A wave of sudden nostalgia surged in his heart, warming him with memories of his past. When he was young, just after being involved with the Bloodline of Sin, he was inventing things out of innovation almost by instinct. It was a part of his innate nature. The False God Avatar Art was a prime example of this, including a change in the Haven Heart Qi Method before even then!

When he pursued the Dao of Alchemy, his Neo-Dawn Eclipse Pill was inspired but unique across the universe as recognized by the Alchemic Dao! Perhaps he was always drawn to the laws of creation.

After an hour or so, he broke his reverie.

It was time; he knew which product would be used. He half-expected that his Astral Souls would protest or suggest something else. Surprisingly, they hadn't. Instead, they silently supported his decision, and his eyes released a soft glow of silvery light. With his family behind him, what else was there to worry about?

In the outside world, twenty-three days had come and gone since the Original Dawn Palace had taken its place above the palatial continent. There were only five days till the Knightly Dao Pavilion's trifecta of celebration. Those who were attending had long since left. As for those who lacked the qualifications or ability to attend, if they lived in the Swirling Growth Stellar Region, they were all near the Tiny Heart Starfield, instantly creating an unexpectedly crowded atmosphere.

The palatial continent of the Utmost Purity Hall had already been classified as a true holy ground for alchemists. Additionally, senior cultivators with the means to obtain a spot sent various juniors there with storage devices to accumulate grade two mist for the future.

There was essentially no loss. As for Mystic-Earth Concoction Methods? They were too numerous to count, so these organizations offered them up easily. With enough grade two mist, they could attempt to cultivate an Alchemic Spirit alchemist with some degree of confidence.

Luo Ning hovered at the edge of the continent's atmospheric layer on a luxurious void vessel gifted to her by one of the neighboring organizations. It was a personal vessel, only capable of housing a few hundred cultivators comfortably while simultaneously being operable by a single individual. It was purple, gold, and white, adorned by gorgeous designs of cauldrons.

Beside her were the three Sages. Luo Ning had initiated the order to seal further entry. To which Hao Chengxue didn’t argue, immediately sealing off the continent so no one else could enter. The date of the Knightly Dao Pavilion was fast approaching, with only five days left, and she didn’t want to complicate the situation. Moreover, the belching of mist had ceased recently and the saber light formation enshrouding the Original Dawn Palace had intensified.

Wei Wuyin must be at a critical point. This was what she felt intuitively.

Imentet pouted as she ate some crystalline grapes. Her luscious lips were licked by her pink tongue. A simple action like that was enough to rile any hot-blooded male. Nepit gave her a side-eye before observing Nepri, whose focus was entirely on the Original Dawn Palace.
'Pretending to not notice! Hmph!' Nepit mentally complained. She never liked this vixen.

In actuality, Nepri was far too focused on the developments of the Original Dawn Palace. He was a Spiritual Cultivator, so his Spiritual Sense was far more sensitive, stronger, and pervasive than the others. There was a mounting anxiety building within his heart. Even his Mystic Soul trembled ever so slightly.

Whatever Wei Wuyin was doing here, it was bringing about an unprecedented feeling that he couldn’t begin to describe.

Could he actually be concocting a Mystic-Heaven grade product? He found it a little hard to believe. While everyone knew that Wei Wuyin was concocting in a temporally accelerated zone, one that he didn’t have to maintain himself or by others, the flow of accelerated time presented certain difficulties when concocting. To make a comparison, it was like walking underwater. While possible if one found the seafloor or solid footing, it wasn’t easy.

The added difficulty was why most alchemists didn’t concoct in accelerated fields unless they were making a grand bid to create some Utmost Purity Mist using seventh, eighth, and ninth-grade products, generally producing grade one mist. This tactic was common amongst alchemists, so Wei Wuyin’s actions of bestowing good fortune using accelerated time aligned with everyone’s conventional thinking.

        But he knew…
…he knew that Wei Wuyin was anything but conventional! Anything but ordinary! He was a Mystic Star Phase expert, and after becoming his vessel and some overt probing, Luo Ning had all but confirmed that, excluding variation from existing in accelerated time, Wei Wuyin wasn’t even a hundred years old!

His attainments as a cultivator and as an alchemist were far too magnificent to be classified as just 'heaven-defying'! Moreover, his newly founded empire, the Neo-Dawn Empire, already had three galactic vassal states! This was already unbelievable!

"What do you think he's doing up there?" Imentet had obtained some clues to the abnormality of the situation, asking once again to Luo Ning and Nepri.

Nepri responded tensely, his breathing heavy, and his eyes locked in: "Something unparalleled!"

        Luo Ning silently nodded.

"..." Imentet felt a mounting sense of anticipation in her soul. What were they going to witness?!

Unbeknownst to any of them, they were unaware of how right they were!

Seven Incandescent Starfield, Incandescent Star Palace.
The three leading figures stood around a round table. Among them were none other than the Incandescent Star Palace's Palace Lord, a young-looking, white-haired, and solemn-faced man. The other two—a man and woman—heavily resembled each other, both extraordinarily attractive, and they were equally as solemn.

They all had the faint glow of soul light within their eyes, an indicator of Soul Perception. The young man's body felt as if it was in harmony with the heavens and held supremacy over the earth, while the two others exuded peak Mystic Auras. A Supreme Sage and two Enlightened Sages! The air, despite their cultivation, was unnaturally stifling and oppressive.

The male Enlightened Sage, who was the Left Vice-Palace Master of the Incandescent Star Palace, known as Zhou Yiyang, slowly spoke: "What shall we do, Palace Lord?" His voice was laced with grimness and uncertainty.

"..." The Incandescent Star Palace's Palace Lord's facial expression was indecipherable. And with good reason. Just earlier, the Incandescent Star Palace had received a message from one of its branches, a message that originated from none other than Supreme Hellguide! One of the Supreme Seers!

The message was cryptic. It said: "Silence at the time of knights three—fortune, calamity, and fate's inevitable mystery awaits the Supreme and the Enlightened who dares speak, absent of fortune, acceptance of calamity, and indelible involvement of fate."

As a courtesy, this was what Supreme Hellguide sent!

They weren't fools nor lacked the intelligence to decipher this message. The Knightly Dao Pavilion's trifecta celebration and contest was the stage and their decision to involve themselves will bring about calamity. As a Supreme Sage, he was aware of how heavy every prophetic word was disseminated by the three Supreme Seers.

Moreover, this likely had to do with those three infants born all those years ago! It seems that prophecy back then was rearing its head once again.

Whatever, in light of this warning, Incandescent Star Palace's Palace Lord was decisive. "Zhou Yiyin, you won't be going to the event. We'll see an Original Magistrate envoy in your place, ensure that they don't have any direct connection to the palace, and simply are there to deliver our gift. Furthermore, we won't be delivering the planned gift. We'll deliver three free usages of the Star Bridge. That's it. Moreover, regardless of what happens in the Knightly Dao Pavilion's territory, we will not intervene."

"..." The two siblings, Zhou Yiyang and Zhou Yiyin, glanced each other's way before seeing the relief in their eyes. Despite wanting to meet the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint on neutral grounds, they knew what to do. Whatever could push a Supreme Seer into issuing a timely warning was not to be underestimated.

Across the Utmost Purity Mist, whether they were Enlightened Sages or Supreme Sages, they all received the same warning message. Unanimously, these top-tier powerhouses took a step back.

While the Knightly Dao Pavilion would normally not be worthy of earning their direct participation, the recent reveal that the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint who was on the verge of reaching the Heavenly Saint Alchemist level was enough for them to make an appearance. Therefore, the once shocking surprise of a myriad of experts to socialize with this foreign newcomer had silently vanished.

In a way, it was as if Wei Wuyin's unexpected existence leading to incredible changes and developments had been silently dispelled by a hand of heaven! Like the Heavenly Daos!

As for the intended ongoings of fate, had they not been reset?

The aura of eternity exploded violently within Wei Wuyin's alchemical chamber! The aura of mysticism raged! The Original Dawn Palace trembled with unprecedented vibrations!

Wei Wuyin was floating two inches off the ground as mystically eternal light poured out of the Neo-Dawn Ascension Cauldron as his alchemist robes and sleeves flapped as if battered by a torrential onslaught of gale winds!

The Alchemic Stars within his eyes were each emitting a shockingly soulful radiance, each flickering with rapid intensity, and exuding all sorts of profound auras and mystical powers!

Wei Wuyin had externally cultivated alchemical energies by refining the grade five Utmost Purity Mist using a thoroughly refined conversion method devised by his Second Mind, and it was miraculously wondrous. Not initially, however. He had failed a few times.

It was only after tweaking the method by including Seven Source Soul Light and his Law of Origin that was he capable of resonating with the heavens, subtly and inexplicably emulating the Resonant Source Aura of a Resonant Soul Realm expert, allowing the proper elevation of quality and thereby the intermixing of the aura of eternity!

In a way, this was a discount or bootleg version of their source power. However, in the end, it worked!
        IT WORKED!

The aura of eternity had shown a different response than usual, and while the aura of eternity had eventually dissipated from his senses as expected given its high-level nature, he knew that it hadn't been refined away entirely!

He had reached the final stage of the concoction process! It wasn't difficult at all, not until he reached the last step. The fusion of all things!

The mystically eternal light was emitted from this!

Wei Wuyin was a little pressed, however. Despite his efforts, he had exhausted every iota of grade five mist in creating that supreme level of alchemical energy. If this failed, he would have to try again! But he didn't think too deeply about this and was investing his all in this single moment!

Suddenly, as the light flooded the entirety of the chamber, Wei Wuyin felt the Mystic Dao Blessing within him stir alongside the eternal blessing! They were growing unusually active!

As for the Mortal Dao Blessing, it had always been active since his ascension as a Virtue of the Mortal Dao, so it hadn't reacted any differently.

        BOOOOOOOOOM!!!
        BOOOOOOOOOM!!!
        BOOOOOOOOOM!!!

A continuous series of explosions with a magnitude enough to obliterate a stellar region erupted within the cauldron, distorting all colors and principles of time and space. Wei Wuyin held firm, his body exerting its strength to withstand the backlash, while Bai Xiu acted in tandem, protecting herself and Wei Wuyin.

Within a fraction of a picosecond, Wei Wuyin's robes were torn asunder, obliterated as his skin began to peel off from the intensity of the explosion. On the surface of the Neo-Dawn Ascension Cauldron, cracks formed. They were deep and horrific.

However, Bai Xiu didn't grunt or complain in the slightest. She was fully focused, not noticing her manifestation shrinking several times throughout.

Wei Wuyin knew that playing with high-level energies far beyond his cultivation base was risky, and while this might be nothing for a Supreme Sage, a mere explosion that could be handled like all the other backlash alchemists of the Worldly Saint Alchemist level might face, a single wave of the hand, for him, it was a potential calamity that was ripping his body apart!

Blood leaked from his pores as his eyebrows, fingernails, and hair vanished. Little by little, his skin and muscles were evaporated by the continuous explosions numbering more than twenty thousand already! His eyes, genitals, and heart were the only parts of him that remained untouched and eternal in the face of this destruction!

Before long, his bones began to be exposed!

        Fortunately!
        FORTUNATELY!!

        The last explosion went off!

And then, as if blessed by fortune, the alchemical chamber was bestowed with pure silence. The walls were covered in millions upon millions of cracks, and the room had expanded several sizes, distorted into a spherical shape as if it was a balloon that had been filled with air.

"Haaa…Haaa…" Wei Wuyin's breathing was heavy to an extreme. With every breath, his body absorbed mana from god knows where and began to rapidly regenerate. Within twelve breaths, his body had returned to peak condition. While fully nude, there was nothing else to it.

He didn't have time to observe the damage to the chamber as he hurried to Bai Xiu. She sat at the edge of her cracked cauldron, her figure shrunk to a twentieth of a normal person, smaller than she was before, and her hazy figure carried the brightest smile he had ever witnessed from her.

The exhaustion and pain in her entire existence was apparent yet it did little to harm her aura of happiness!

"We did it!" Her hoarse voice resounded throughout the chamber.

Wei Wuyin's expression softened as warmth flowed through his eyes. She was a true Spirit of the Alchemic Dao, eager to pursue greater heights on a scale higher than himself, disregarding any cost. He nodded and held her in the palm of his right hand. "We did it."

Within the cauldron was a pill that was radiating soft and profound light. It was mystical in nature and eternal in essence. The pill was half the size of a normal pill. It was azure in color but enshrouded by a layer of silvery light that exuded an eternal aura.

The Mystic Runes within it were white and exceedingly complex, far exceeding the typical combinations of the Nine Ways of Mysticism on every level that Wei Wuyin had ever witnessed. Directly above it was a pencil-thin pillar of golden light that slowly rose for a third of an inch before vanishing. When Wei Wuyin inspected that pillar, he realized it had the makings of a bridge.

        There was a legend…

A great legend in the Myriad Yore Continent that said immortals built a bridge of immortality to the heavens to achieve it…

        "It's still a little hard to believe…a transcendent Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pill!"

    1741 Chapter 1734: Alchemy Flourishes (1)

Swirling Growth Stellar Region, Tiny Heart Starfield.

All eyes remained on the recently arrived entourage of the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint for the last few days, and a significant amount of attention was focused on them. The only offsetting factor that divided attention and dominated the news cycle was the upcoming triple event of Shang Liu, the Knightly Dao Pavilion's founder, and seating Pavilion Master.

These two occurrences either dominated the 'present' discussions or the 'future' discussions, with many offering speculations on both. The greatest divergence of focus and concentration of news was the verified confirmation of the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint's RSVP to the trifecta of connection, celebration, and competition.

The number of attendants had skyrocketed instantly after, each seeking a reserved seating. The heaviest discussed topic was the continuous exposure of the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Lineage Products and their effects. The Neo-Dawn Eclipse Pill, Star-Seed Pill, Soul-Sea Elixir, Blood-Howl Paste, Heavenly-Origin Paste, Vortex-Zone Pellet, Eclipsing-World Pill, etc., were all products that directly overturned existing products in both effectiveness and grade!

Not a single one was useless to any cultivator, and they involved all four types of the Alchemic Dao! While the minimum requirement might differ from product to product to properly refine, that was a middling detail that was easily dismissed!

Luo Ning was further intensifying the news cycle ravings of the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Lineage! She sold them to those fortunate few within the top-tier organizations for them to taste. This only exacerbated the avid discussions as the effects were no longer vague!

Luo Ning gave them a taste and madness soon followed!

However, Wei Wuyin's reputation as a lineage founder improved considerably, and his ranking within the Outer-Creation Kings Ranking had jumped from 73rd to 26th within a few days, and that was out of 10,000!

Meanwhile, Luo Ning displayed her startling talent of concocting Mortal-Rank products at what was considered insane speeds, and she was placed 9,996th on the Outer-Creation Kings Ranking!

Numerous top-tier list watchers speculated this was a soft gesture by the Blessed Sentinel to gain Luo Ning's favor. There were already rumors of bribery circulating, and the matter of Luo Ning 'allowing' them to verify the effects of a transcendent-quality Neo-Dawn Eclipse Pill certainly helped. However, it was relevant and deliberate as there was another ranking for Ascendant-Creation Blessings Ranking for products, lands, cultivation methods, and organizations that were beneficial for young, talented cultivators to ascend and become Mystic Ascendants!

The Neo-Dawn Eclipse Pill was reviewed based on all qualities, from low, high, peak, and transcendent-quality, while impure was excluded, and was determined at 7th on the list of 10,000!

    7TH!

Considering this pill had redefined the standards of an entire cultivation society, this was well justified. Moreover, the top five were stupendously rare items that essentially guaranteed that even the most talentless cultivator or a dirty rock could ascend. They were heaven-defying, so being classified as 7th meant it was second to only the best when it came to effects and availability!

Luo Ning visiting various places with an entourage of three Sages also created several startling events, especially when she made trips to little forces. The sheer presence of a Sage could be a blessing, and Imentet was often generous to anyone who showed proper respect to Luo Ning. She was her lover, so this gesture was only a slight effort on her part.

Nepri had held a one-hour Dao Discussion for a small organization on a small planet with only a Venerable as the leader with an audience of 150,000, and those blessed to listen experienced almost all experienced incredible breakthroughs! The Venerable went into seclusion to ascend to the Demi-Mortal Lord shortly after. The event was utterly mind-blowing!

However, getting a Sage to do this was no small feat! In actuality, it was almost impossible! This portrayed Luo Ning as incredibly giving, kind-hearted, and a nurturer of talent as well.

The Neo-Dawn Alchemic Lineage was growing in reputation by the day as Luo Ning spearheaded a thinly veiled campaign across the Swirling Growth Stellar Region.

Meanwhile, it hadn't ended there; the Blessed Sentinel was causing numerous waves, and the subscription rate, especially the upgrade, experienced a record-breaking 18% increase within these few days, and the most important reason for the rapid upgrades was the placement of three new figures on the Beauties of Catastrophe Ranking!

    They were:
    Yue Songli!
    Qing Qiumu!
    Luo Ning!

Usually, those on this list have certain abilities alongside their beauty to set them apart from just being classified as 'beautiful women'. Luo Ning was the most obvious. She was a Junior Earthly Saint Alchemist with an Alchemic Soul and the backing of the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint while simultaneously being a member of his lineage!

Within the Utmost Purity Galaxy, a galaxy with a flourishing Alchemic Dao and which heralds it as the greatest conceivable path with the highest respect, this was an obvious addition that not many were talking about. Just her recent feats and beauty were enough for her smile and frown to lift spirits or initiate war.

If someone disrespected her, there were likely Sages already waiting to jump out and lay waste to those who dared. Not to mention those of lower cultivations that would fight on her behalf.

But the other two were unexpected additions, and only after leaking they had a close connection to the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint did the upgrade rates rise in subscribers!

The most shocking revelation was Yue Songli's existence! Those of the highest tier learned that she was someone with a Catalyst Body! While few knew the exact type or grade, this was enough to place her on the list! If they wanted to know more, they'd have to spy on her, who was guarded by a terrifying beast.

However, Qing Qiumu had been placed solely due to her unique race and exceptional talents. She was the embodied flawless standard of a Wood Cultivator, and her beauty and demeanor were heart-stopping and ruinous. While she was only listed as 10,000th on the list, after her talents were vaguely detailed such as a triple innate talent of Physique, Psyche, and Meridians, few debated her existence on the ranking list!

The most tantalizing detail was that Yue Songli and Qing Qiumu were both the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint's wives!

Cao Cuifen was more active as a cultivator, but she wasn't able to be placed on that list. She did, however, go about challenging cultivators of the same cultivation and high reputation, testing her skills and becoming increasingly proficient in battle. She was even a little battle-crazy. The only thing she was known as was generous. Those who accepted her challenge and gave their all, whether she won or lost, whether she was injured or not, would give them a reward that was worth it.

Within the next few weeks, Cao Cuifen would become a desired figure that cultivators prayed would visit them, especially since she didn't kill during these dueling sessions.

But that was in a few weeks…

Tiny Heart Starfield, above the Utmost Purity Hall's Palatial Continent.

Above the free-floating continent, a gorgeous silver palace hovered far above it, ignoring all else as it was surrounded by thin lines of saber light from eighteen sabers that orbited around the palace like a celestial starfield. The sight of it was terrifying, and while a few members of the Utmost Purity Hall had intense anger towards it due to how flagrant and disrespectful it felt, Hao Chengxue ignored all of their disagreements and kept their mouths shut.

Since Wei Wuyin needed a location to quietly cultivate, he didn't mind providing him the space above them to do so, especially since this region was a protected space by the Seven Utmost Towers! Moreover, this gesture of goodwill would only further their relationship.

Within the Original Dawn Palace, the Neo-Dawn Ascension Cauldron glowed faintly with rich, milky white light as the life cycle of stars unfolded majestically and gorgeously on its surface. Wei Wuyin's alchemic chamber was rather spacious, and the ground was occupied by dense Utmost Purity Mist that lingered roughly a foot high, hiding his feet from view. There were scrolls, tablets, and tomes floating about, releasing strong mental energies that interfaced with Wei Wuyin as he willed, allowing him to write down or seek various forms of information.

This iteration of the Original Dawn Palace was layered with formations and arrays conducive for cultivation, both dual and typical, while simultaneously having an extraordinary set of alchemy-assisting formations. The table itself was crafted from Wei Wuyin's purest Alchemic Akashic Energies and inscribed with various formations and arrays as well.

"Master!" Bai Xiu's excited voice resounded from the cauldron. The Neo-Dawn Ascension Cauldron was her body, and she was inexplicably linked with it as a Spirit of the Alchemic Dao.

The last time Wei Wuyin concocted was a few days prior to the Galactic Discussion of the now-Resolute Dusk Galaxy. Back then, Bai Xiu was with Luo Ning and had assisted her in explosively spreading his lineage reputation and awareness, much like how she was doing so in the Utmost Purity Galaxy. Because of this, Bai Xiu had never experienced Wei Wuyin's concoction talents, only heard of it from the Heavenly War Spirit's non-existent lips.

According to what she was told, Wei Wuyin had concocted tens of thousands of Mortal-Rank products, all transcendent-quality, within the ridiculously unbelievable short time span of THIRTY WHOLE MINUTES! While Wei Wuyin's concoction speed had always been an abnormal outlier, this was too heaven-defying!

She was jealous! The Utmost Purity Mist generated from that single session must have been delicious! Why couldn't she have been the cauldron to obtain it?! To add to this, the Heavenly War Spirit, who was numb to Wei Wuyin's insane acts of alchemy, was cautiously nervous and uncharacteristically silent about an upcoming project!

However, they were both aware that Wei Wuyin's path had long since deviated from the limits of their experiences and understandings of typical conventions, whether it was the advanced knowledge of the Heavenly War Spirit or Bai Xiu's ancient memories.

After all, he was a mortal who had fought against and killed an Enlightened Sage wielding three Heavenly Treasures by relying solely on his own power! This was an unprecedented feat!

"The last time I concocted, I was inspired by the consistent concoction of transcendent-quality grade products of the Mortal-Ranks that was as natural as breathing to me. I spent some time after controlling this, deliberately controlling the blessings within me and holding back the properties of mysticism inherent within my energies, and found it difficult but achievable to make low, high, and peak-quality products once again at will.

"I've tested my control over the three blessings that have fused with my Stellar-Paragon Physique, and therefore my cultivation base, and made several discoveries." Wei Wuyin pondered as he closed his eyes, envisioning his past efforts through mental visualization.

After establishing his Stellar-Paragon Physique, Wei Wuyin received three soft blessings, one from the Mortal Dao, one from the Mystic Dao, and another from an eternal aura that was likely the Immortal Dao! Then, when Wei Wuyin killed Enlightened Sage Springfield in a fair one-on-one battle, the Mortal Dao bestowed a second blessing that was far greater than the drop of water during his physique forging, and it was like a gigantic lake flooded his body.

He acquired the Belt of Mortal Virtue and therefore became one—a Mortal Virtue. In a way, Wei Wuyin could be considered to have embodied the supreme aspects of the Mortal Dao, thereby conquering it. While he might not be the first in history to obtain that title, he felt the benefits. There was nothing in the Mortal Dao that was difficult to him, and he had an intuitive knowledge of all things mortal, including the best way to extract, contain, grow, essentially apply the aspects of the Alchemic Dao.

This contributed heavily to his stupendous concoction speed of several tens of thousands within thirty minutes. He had, effectively, become a Paragon of Mortals. An incredible revelation. Moreover, it allowed him to infuse the concepts of Mysticism without any rejection or difficulty, which was why his subsequent concoctions were all transcendent-quality as they didn't reject his Mystic-graded Alchemical Energies.

This wasn't something others could replicate without the Celestial Eyes of Spiritual Divinity, Belt of Mortal Virtue, and an Alchemic Akashic Astral Soul! Not to mention his stupendous quantity of energies from four Astral Souls that were freely interchangeable, including a seemingly inexhaustible World-Bound Star Domain of Defiant-size!

However, after discovering all these facts about his newfound cultivation and abilities, he had an insane idea pop into his mind! If a transcendent-quality Mortal-Rank product required the infusion of the Mystic Dao's aura, then what about transcendent-quality Mystic-Rank products? Was the infusion of the Immortal Dao's aura, this eternal aura of his that was given to him by this blessing, capable of doing the same?!

    He had tested it out.

    He realized that…it wasn't enough!

But then, he thought of using a different avenue!

The Celestial Eyes of Spiritual Divinity! Specifically, the Eye of Immortality and the Eye of Creation! He theorized the potential of extracting this eternal aura and directly infusing it during the concoction process at the last step—Fusion!

Normally, his blessing of eternal aura would have been a finite resource, but after infusing it with his Stellar-Paragon Physique! The foundation of its abilities was inexhaustible! Whether it was the aura of Mortal, Mystic, or eternity, if he used it, it would always return to its maximum by absorbing and refining ambient mana, the qi of the world!

"I believe it has a 17% chance of success," Wei Wuyin's Second Mind chimed in as it had finished completing its objective and refused to miss this moment. It was curious about what concocting a transcendent-quality Mystic-Rank product would do for Wei Wuyin! How could it focus on anything else?!

The Alchemic Dao had stages of its own Intent, and these were bestowed through recognition and proper achievement: Alchemic Stars. They were an Ocular form of Intent with extraordinary powers within the Alchemic Dao. The first was the Alchemic Stars of Mortal Spirituality, which was blessed to all those who had the qualifications to be called a Mortal Sovereign Alchemist while standing on their own two feet.

The next stage was the Alchemic Stars of Spiritual Transcendence, and this was acquired, like the others, in seven different ways that showcased a mastery of the infusion of the principles of Mysticism. It can be commonly acquired by concocting transcendent-quality Mortal-Rank products or by concocting the four types of peak-tier Mystic-Earth grade products.

The next stage was the Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity! Wei Wuyin had attained this level by creating an entirely new product of the Alchemic Dao at the Mystic-World grade, the Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pill, and had transcended all limits of mortal expectations! In a similar vein, this level could be attained by concocting peak-tier Mystic-World grade products!

This meant the very next stage required peak-tier Mystic-Heaven grade products of all four types! Or a similar feat! Such as creating a new Mystic-Heaven grade product!

But Wei Wuyin was certain of one thing…

Concocting a transcendent-quality Mystic-Rank product exceeded this stage and the NEXT!

If feats could be classified by levels, with Alchemic Stars of Mortal Spirituality as level one of recognition, and Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity as level three of recognition, then by his calculation, a deliberately concocted transcendent-quality Mystic-Rank product would be level six!

    LEVEL SIX!

This was something those on the level of the Jiaolong within the Onestar Domain's history, the existence that failed their Immortal Ascension, were qualified to create! This was legendary! This was extraordinary! This should be impossible!

Wei Wuyin settled Kratos' rapid beats.

Will he be able to do it?

    He will certainly try!

    "Let's begin! & fall in love <3""

    1738 Chapter 1731: Recollection & Soul

The spiritual transmission was from none other than White Sky. She was sending a message on behalf of Hao Chengxue, also known as World-Saint Dustpath, a Junior Worldly Saint Alchemist, and Hall Manager of the Tiny Heart Starfield's Utmost Purity Hell's branch division.

"My sincerest apologies if I'm interrupting your urgent matter, but Hall Manager Hao has informed me that you've received an invitation that warrants an immediate response."

Her vocal tone was laced with caution and respect, seemingly afraid that bothering Wei Wuyin would lead to consequences.

Wei Wuyin had to take a solid minute to adjust his mind and refresh his memory. While he had only been gone for an hour or so at most, he felt as if he had experienced thousands of years of different lifetimes, and his past actions in the Utmost Purity Galaxy initially felt like a distant memory. Fortunately, he was still only 116 years old.

'I remember. I was socializing with Hall Manager Hao before the call of the Bloodline of Sin came. Hall Manager Hao had invited me to chat, but he had an overt agenda.' Wei Wuyin thoughtfully recalled. Since he arrived here in the Utmost Purity Galaxy, he had accumulated a significant amount of reputation and rising momentum with every step he made, further cementing himself as a major figure discussed avidly by the galaxy's elites and various news outlets.

'The Resounding Echoes of Celestial Refinement Pill, Primeval Athenaeum, Incandescent Star Palace, Star Bridge, Yue Songli's Two-Year Date…' Wei Wuyin slowly regathered his original plans and schemes for the Utmost Purity Galaxy, including establishing himself as a prominent alchemist across this galaxy and its neighbors. Origindust aside, Wei Wuyin felt refreshed after recalling all these details.

Briefly, he circulated his cultivation base; the First Stage of the Mystic Ascendant Realm, the Mystic Star Phase, supported by four Astral Souls—Alpha Origin, Omega Saber, Draconic Void, & Alchemic Akashic—a World Bound-Star Domain of Defiant-size, a third level Nascent Saber Soul with a Profound Saber Meridian, the Stellar-Paragon Physique, first level Mark of Mystic Myth, Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity, the Royal Magi Version of the Celestial Eyes of Spiritual Divinity, forged Innate talents that had faintly exceeded the Heavenly Chosen standard, Elemental Heart Intent, Saber Heart Intent, fragmented Mystic Heart Intent, and mutated Laws of Minor Authority—Space, Time, Origin, Imperial, Saber, & Annihilation.

There were other aspects of his cultivation as well, such as his Worldly Domain, Essence of War, and Spiritual Strength, but these three were ever-changing alongside his cultivated foundation. While others remained largely passive or situational, like his Anima-Devourer lineage abilities. And some things couldn't be calculated as they haven't been cultivated yet such as the evolved version of the Celestial Eyes, the Celestial Eyes of Ascending Divinity, or the Scroll of Akasha.

"It's been a long time since I've done a full tally of my cultivation base. How wondrous," Wei Wuyin lightly commented as he flexed his muscles, feeling the absurd amount of power and energy within him. It was this very cultivated foundation forged by continuous recklessness and brave pursuit of the pinnacle attainment, including a bit of luck, that allowed him to masquerade as a Supreme Sage to most.

Not even Enlightened Sages were qualified to fight against him. Enlightened Sage Springfield had lost while he was only a mortal, and that version of himself was incomparable to now, and it would take no more than a single swing of his saber to settle a fight between them.

The continuous lifetimes within Hell had refreshed his mind and heart, allowing him to slow down and genuinely feel the significant achievements of his relatively short lifetime for once. It was rather difficult to do before due to the ever-present threat of Hell and the continuous need to unapologetically advance in the face of every obstacle, but those eighteen lives filled with hope, humiliation, and in some ways had contained his once earnest desire for a gentle and free life without worry surrounded by family was eye-opening and soul-freeing.

While his cultivation base hadn't taken many steps after his return, he felt as if his soul and psyche had made great leaps and bounds after. Especially his strong sense of self and resolve.

"..." The golden mass within his Sea of Consciousness churned with activity. Wei Wuyin smiled; he hadn't forgotten about the Heavenly War Spirit.

"There's no need to worry. I've already dealt with everything," he calmly consoled. Unlike others, the Heavenly War Spirit was somewhat attuned to him, and while she hadn't sunk into the depths of Hell with him like his Astral Souls and Little Defiant that was tied to his soul and True Soul, she likely felt him vanish for a long moment.

"B-but…" The Heavenly War Spirit's voice resembled that of a little girl, and it was supremely cute at times, yet at the moment, she was exposing a tone containing fear and disbelief.

"Trust me. I've settled it all for now," Wei Wuyin could only say this as he slowly lessened the fluctuations of his circulated cultivation base.

"But…" The Heavenly War Spirit's voice trailed lightly. Wei Wuyin frowned. "Fine…" She could only stay silent.

Wei Wuyin's frown lessened and then he looked toward the Utmost Purity Galaxy. He was a significant distance away from it, incredibly close to where he originally Void Portal'd in initially. It was time to return.

Tiny Heart Starfield, Utmost Purity Hall's Guest Room.

"I've sent the message, Hall Manager Hao." White Sky informed with a light pursing of her lips. Wei Wuyin had only been gone for an hour or so, but this Hall Manager immediately went to find her with his panty in a twist, urging her to communicate with Wei Wuyin after failing to find him.

"Thank you, World-Saint White Sky." Hao Chengxue performed a unique gesture of thankfulness without coming off as servile or being too overbearing. White Sky smilingly nodded without a word. Internally, she was annoyed. This Hall Manager had issued an arrest warrant and almost caused the end of her life, and while he wasn't directly responsible for all of that, he had been the face behind the act itself. How could she have any good feelings towards him?

Hao Chengxue didn't take White Sky's attitude to heart. He could only sigh at Wei Wuyin's abrupt disappearance. It wasn't an exaggeration to say that his disappearance had caused a frenzy outside. All eyes were on him, and countless other figures of equal or greater status than himself incessantly urged for reports on his whereabouts, intentions, and origins.

Not only was this unknown entity connected to the Incandescent Star Palace, but he had already made his way on the Outer-Creation Kings Ranking and the Heroes of Luminosity Ranking like an explosive cannonball from the shadows. Moreover, simultaneously, every last person trying to keep an eye on him had lost him!

If it was just an Exalted Worldly Saint Alchemist or an absurdly handsome man, this wouldn't matter much, but Wei Wuyin was heavily suspected of possessing a cultivation base of a Supreme Sage! This made everyone incredibly tense! Unbelievably so!!

The unknown was scary, and no one knew much about this person. Furthermore, within the last few hours that involved their discussion and settlement of White Sky and Mei Xiangyao, the Soothing Jade Institute's representative, Details of the Neo-Dawn Alchemical Lineage were coming to light. According to some news from his allies, Hao Chengxue learned that the Incandescent Star Palace had already been pressured for more information.

The products that were excavated and exposed began to rock the firmament of the Alchemic Dao of the Utmost Purity Galaxy, especially the Neo-Dawn Eclipse Pill and the Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pill! These two pills only had their general effects released yet the frenzy they caused was no less than a world-sweeping storm!

A ninth-grade product that could allow cultivators at the Soul Idol Phase, the third stage of the Astral Core Realm, to acquire a Domain Seed! While there were numerous established methods to do this, even Wang Yutian had informed Wei Wuyin that Worldly Saint Alchemists could pay a cost to do so, and Lin Ming had used a Dark(Evil) Formation, but this was an unprecedented development that defied four stages of cultivation!

Moreover, the Neo-Dawn World-Eclipsing Pill could assist in forming or even ensure the development of a Domain of Mysticism! While they only learned of the general effects, which were rumored to have cost a few lives to acquire, that was enough! More than enough!

Hao Chengxue was sweating profusely from all these developments. How many prominent figures wanted to meet with Wei Wuyin? Moreover, many of them were trying to use him as a medium to do so. Fortunately, he was smart and had thought of a way to avoid being pressured altogether!

    Knock! Knock!

Suddenly, Hao Chengxue and White Sky heard a knock at her door. The aura behind the door belonged to Pakhet. She hurried to the door and opened it. Both of them were shocked. The beautifully solemn Pakhet stood behind Wei Wuyin!

    "Eek! Mommy!"

    "...!"

But their shock stemmed from an overbearing pressure emanating from his body. White Sky's throat made an embarrassing squeal while Hao Chengxue's pupils enlarged to their maximum as if he was staring at a solar star!

Wei Wuyin's eyebrows lifted in surprise. Unbeknownst to Wei Wuyin, in the senses of these two Worldly Saint Alchemists, he was as monstrous as a star, exuding an intense and irresistible gravitational-like pressure on their very souls and Mystic Souls!

The Heavenly War Spirit wanted to mention it before! Wei Wuyin's soul aura was too monstrous! It went from 1 to 100 without even the slightest warning!

He hadn't just acquired Origindust, but his entire True Soul aura had refined the Red Dust Dimension, which was then duplicated, and then reabsorbed! This inevitably affected his soul's aura!

    1739 Chapter 1732: Invitation

Pakhet's expression behind Wei Wuyin directly told the story of Wei Wuyin's impressively titanic aura exuding outwards. When Wei Wuyin had initially shifted to her from the Void, shocking her quite thoroughly earlier, her eyes had widened to their utmost limits. She was only able to quickly adjust due to her True Sage cultivation base on the verge of the True Soul Phase.

However, the duo of Worldly Alchemists were nowhere near her level of cultivation, and they immediately froze out of sheer oppression of his presence!

"Wo-World-Saint Ne-Neo-Dawn!" Hao Chengxue stuttered like a fool with wobbly legs. It was quite embarrassing to witness, completely unbefitting of a Hall Manager of a prestigious Utmost Purity Hall branch. Fortunately for him and White Sky, their reaction allowed Wei Wuyin to immediately notice that something was amiss. When he relied on his ability to sense and decipher mental fluctuations, the feedback he received was abject fear and mental suppression.

White Sky was on the verge of urinating. She already had a healthy dose of fear and reverence toward Wei Wuyin, and this greatly amplified those feelings to an extreme. Her survival instincts were nearly kicking in as her lips tried quivering out a pleading sentence, but only mumbles dared to come out.

Immediately, he found the source of the issue; the sudden expansion of his Mind's Eye also created an instability between his mental fluctuations and his soul, causing his True Soul's aura to leak outwards. Then, he discovered that his soul had improved by a considerable degree.

'Was this the benefit acquired by conquering the Calamity of Mortal Despair?' Wei Wuyin contemplated as he expertly crafted a blockage using his Spiritual Energy. It was only a stopgap, hastily done despite solving the issue completely. Fortunately, the Draconic Void Bloodline took effect and concealed details of his cultivation and aura once again. Then and only then did the two Worldly Saint Alchemists tremble slightly less.

They were affected on an existential level.

"My apologies. I'd just finished achieving a new level in my cultivation, causing some instability in the release of my aura." While Wei Wuyin didn't typically apologize, he was well aware that he had likely scarred the duo for life. White Sky was mindlessly nodding with dilated pupils as if accepting whatever Wei Wuyin said, even his earnest apology.

Hao Chengxue gulped heavily, barely able to contain his heavy breathing. It was lucky that he was the Hall Manager of an Utmost Purity Hall and had met a few Enlightened Sages and felt a few Supreme Sage's soulfully domineering auras from afar. He was still able to form coherent sentences, albeit with a voice that was of a slightly higher octave than before.

"N-no need to apologize! I should be apologizing for that pathetic display there."

"..." Wei Wuyin calmly smiled with a thoughtful gaze. This Hao Chengxue was quite an interesting fellow.

'What stage has he reached in the Resonant Soul Realm?! What a terrifying soul aura!' Hao Chengxue thought, completely neglecting the fact that Wei Wuyin's soul lacked distinct qualities of a Supreme Sage, such as oneness with the heavens and earth—a type of Resonance. 'I must get on his good side no matter what!' Was his resolved thought as he assessed Wei Wuyin's status and value yet again.

    WHOOSH!

Wei Wuyin waved his hand toward White Sky. The out-of-it Worldly Saint Alchemist was directly placed in his Saint Ring yet again. She had just lost complete control of her bladder. It was lucky that Hao Chengxue's thoughts were completely occupied.

'Is this why Supreme Sages rarely make appearances?' This was a relatively nonsensical thought of his, as the stronger an expert becomes, the more involved they would become with cultivation, developing their legacies, or acting on a grander scale. They were often far too self-focused and ambitious to make regular appearances. Perhaps only an Emperor or Empress of an empire would make frequent showings to their citizens for the sake of overall morale and fortune.

After a bit of small talk to settle the atmosphere, Wei Wuyin once again found himself sitting down, enjoying Hao Chengxue's wine as if he had never left. Hao Chengxue was diligent to an extreme.

"World-Saint Neo-Dawn, shall I speak frankly?" Hao Chengxue asked.

"I've never asked to speak anything less," Wei Wuyin replied, sipping on the wine with great relish. "I'm quite interested as to why you sent a message via proxy." Since the beginning, Hao Chengxue had refused to acknowledge that White Sky had abruptly vanished. Due to the nature of her disappearance which was a genuine vanishing act with no traces, he was unable to tell if Wei Wuyin sent her away or just obliterated her on an atomic level within a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a second!

"Then, I'll end the pleasant pleasantries of our conversation. You see, World-Saint Neo-Dawn, there's a major event about to occur throughout the Utmost Purity Galaxy's Refining Skies Galactic Zone, the celebration of a great and rich historical figure. A trifecta of events: A millennium wedding ceremony, a centamillennial anniversary of birth, and a grand courtship competition for their most treasured daughter." Hao Chengxue explained solemnly, emphasizing the three events with a heavy tone, signifying their utmost importance.

Pakhet's eyebrows rose. A courtship competition? She was familiar with a millennium wedding ceremony, and it was usually those exceptionally long-living and highly virile figures. Whether male or female, these individuals had 999 other wives or husbands. However, there was a special significance to the 10th, 100th, and 1,000th, with a strange superstitious belief circulating throughout the Utmost Purity Galaxy, no—including most of its neighboring galaxies, that these marriages would define a cultivator's future fortune.

Additionally, the 1,000th wife or husband had a greater significance than the others before them because it was akin to the final partner. Nine times out of ten, the cultivator would find a Dao Companion here. This meant…this often meant…those 999 other wives or husbands would…if they were not dead yet they were likely to be…

Wei Wuyin had faced this situation with Mei Mei before in the Scarlet Solaris Sect. But from what Pakhet knew, the 1,000th wife was usually only taken after the other companions had lived out their natural lifespans. Considering this was also a centamillennial anniversary of birth, essentially one's birth year of 100,000 years, this cultivator was stupendously old.

As if by curiosity, Pakhet asked: "First or second anniversary?"

The lifespan of cultivators at the Mystic Ascendant Realm was exceedingly long when compared to mere mortals. Of course, their lifespans were rather puny to entities such as Eden's past form, Celestial Objects, or Solar Stars.

The lifespans of cultivators were extraordinary; Soul of Mysticism Phase Venerables lived about 10,000 years, Demi-Mortal Lord Phase Highlords could live an astonishing 30,000 years, Earthly Saint Phase's Rune Kings were only a few thousand years higher than that, while Worldly Saint Phase World Emperors had a solid 40,000 or so thousand years, and Heavenly Saint Phase Original Magistrates jumped slightly at about 55,000 years.

None of these cultivators could hope to experience a centamillennial anniversary of their birth without placing themselves in stasis or inadvertently traveling into the future, even if they cultivated Life or Wood Spirits of Cultivations!

Meanwhile, the next stage of cultivation within the Mystic Ascendant Realm had an insane jump that dwarfed the great vitality boost of Highlords. Those Ascended Saint Phase Mystic Overlords could live to a ripe age of 220,000 years and some change! This was if they hadn't diluted their lifespan and vitality through battles, injuries, cultivating with volatile materials, or tainted themselves with impure products.

Since this historic figure could be spoken of with such solemnity by a Hall Manager of an Utmost Purity Hall, then this cultivator must be extraordinary!

As for True Sage Phase Sages, their lifespans weren't much different, only gaining ten thousand or some years of additional vitality.

    "Second," Hao Chengxue answered Pakhet.

"..." Pakhet went silent. This cultivator was 200,000 years old!

Hao Chengxue looked at the silent Pakhet and saw her eyes glow with a contemplative light, and he immediately clarified: "This person is not a Supreme Sage. He's not even a Sage, let alone an Enlightened Sage. However, he has quite the reputation as a teacher despite not originating from the Utmost Purity Galaxy. He's taught many true-blue experts within the Refining Skies Galactic Zone over his long life, and some of these experts had left to explore other avenues of fortune, expanding his reputation and influence across a few galactic zones. Most notably, he's a teacher of promising Alchemic Knights-to-be, renowned for his execution of profound arts and mystical spells.

"Of course, he's not what you may think. Despite his many years, he'd never instructed a cultivator that later became a Supreme Sage under an Alchemist or by themselves. But, he did teach to some extent three Sages, and they were all well-connected to prominent organizations, one of which belongs to our Growing Immortality Galactic Zone."

Pakhet was slightly shaken. What type of legendary teacher was this?! While her cultivation was at the True Sage Phase, she understood more than most that reaching this stage of cultivation was not a simple matter of resources or Innate talent. If not for the joint efforts of eight exceedingly talented cultivators binding their souls together, there was a great chance that none of the Sages of the Resolute Dusk Galaxy would be where they were now!

The White Abyss Galaxy which had millions upon millions of years of history had never produced a Sage… once.

    NOT ONCE!

"Moreover, his daughter is on the Beauties of Catastrophe Rankings, the female-centric list of prominent beauties throughout the galaxy, a direct counterpart to the Heroes of Luminosity Rankings that you, uhm, ranked third in." Hao Chengxue blinked before staring at Wei Wuyin directly as if he had to convey his entire meaning into the importance of his next words, placing heavy emphasis on each word, signifying the importance of his next words: "She's ranked THIRD!"

It was as if he wanted to, no, needed Wei Wuyin to understand the level of batshit frenzy that was about to be unleashed, including the hidden implication that she possessed something that could cause a catastrophe on a galactic scale!

The courtship competition would likely involve many top-tier talents!

"I see," Wei Wuyin digested all this with a calm smile.

"And you, World-Saint Neo-Dawn, have received a direct invitation of highest honors! You'll certainly be held in high regard there! You can establish all sorts of connections with ease and perhaps intimately discuss the Alchemic Dao with others!" Hao Chengxue's eyes brightened considerably!

"...An invitation, huh?" Wei Wuyin didn't know whether to laugh or cry. After all, this was a thinly veiled attempt by the entire galaxy to bring Wei Wuyin to the public eye without directly intercepting him and causing offense. Of course, he wouldn't just reject this invitation. He was quite curious about this supremely old teacher.

"I'll think about it," was all Wei Wuyin replied with. Subconsciously, he looked at his refreshed Karmic Luck Value. There was no indication of a great fortune occurring there. Still, he wouldn't mind using it to establish connections and swiftly complete some of his objectives here.

"Please do!" Hao Chengxue excitedly pleaded.

Nodding, Wei Wuyin frowned slightly as he took a sip of his wine. "You said this teacher wasn't born in the Utmost Purity Galaxy?"

Hao Chengxue was taken aback by that question for a brief moment before he smiled, "Indeed. He was born in the Treasured Vale Galaxy. I heard he originated from a rather extraordinary lineage there."

"Hm? Treasured Vale…and what's the name of this teacher?" Wei Wuyin had a nagging feeling that there was something important here.

"Oh? Right! I haven't told you who yet! Then let me properly explain: The Pavilion Master of the Knightly Dao Pavilion, Shang Liu!"

"Shang?!" Wei Wuyin, for the first time, showed interest!

    1740 Chapter 1733: Non-Verbal Communication

Wei Wuyin was relaxing in a luxurious palace. He once again sat on his rattan chair, finding it incredibly comfortable, sipping freshly made fruit juice. In his left hand was a spiritual jade tablet that was four times the size of his palm and rectangular. On its surface was spiritual light that formulated characters that rapidly swept across the tablet's flat surface. On the back of the tablet were a few golden characters that said: "Observing Chronicle, Gold Edition."

This was one of the specialty spiritual jades created by the popular news outlet, the Observing Chronicle. Wei Wuyin couldn't resist buying one. Moreover, he bought the most expensive one available. They had 'editions' that ranged from, lowest to highest: bronze, silver, gold, and crystal. Each edition contained access to greater forms of details regarding the topic, but the Crystal Edition would only be given to certain members by the Observing Chronicle's leadership.

The Knightly Dao Pavilion's trifecta to honor Shang Liu's ancient and prosperous lineage involving a competition for one of the most beautiful women in the galaxy was a startling event that alerted countless forces and would occur in twenty-eight days. Moreover, as a pavilion, which was an organization represented by a single entity or a small group, it was renowned for the training of promising Alchemic Knights.

While it wasn't the only organization that delved into the business, within the Refining Skies Galactic Zone, it was the undisputed number one, and its achievements largely backed such a claim. After graduation, a total of four Sages and eleven Mystic Overlords were born over 160,000 years after its founding. A startling feat. Three of those Sages were directly instructed by Pavilion Master Shang Liu!

Numerous Mystic-Rank Alchemists would send over promising youths for training and nurturing, providing resources while the Knightly Dao Pavilion would oversee the timing of distribution and cultivation of arts, spells, and methods. They were quite skilled in training balanced cultivators adept in all forms of combat, yet capable of adjusting their lessons to delve into specialty fields as well, such as Spiritual Specialization or Martial Specialization.

As for Shang Liu's 1,000th wife-to-be, she was his final companion and would become his Dao Companion. According to rumors and verified information from the Observing Chronicle, she was incredibly young and genuinely beautiful. She had entered the Beauties of Catastrophe Ranking only a few hundred years ago, and she had just entered the Mystic Ascendant Realm, and of those rumors, it was said she had a legendary Catalyst Body.

After reading this piece of unspecified information, Wei Wuyin's eyes had focused. Unfortunately, as he kept reading on, the Observing Chronicle was deliberately avoiding providing any substantial clues to her unique body type.

"Yue Songli also has a Pure Catalyst Body. Are those with Catalyst Bodies all world-shocking beauties capable of bringing about the collapse of countless starfields?" Wei Wuyin felt that something was amiss. When he recalled a few obscure details, he couldn't help but instinctively glance at his right arm with a thoughtful light gleaming within his starry eyes.

Suddenly, an alert sounded from outside. Two guests were outside. Wei Wuyin's left eyebrow lifted curiously. Since his conversation with Hao Chengxue had ended, a day or so had passed, and he had already sent Pakhet with Yue Songli, Qing Qiumu, and Wei Si out to explore while Cao Cuifen, Liu Suyin, and Grey Rose went out on their own long before any instruction was given.

Cao Cuifen was a little more independent, and with Grey Rose by her side, she enjoyed socializing and cultivating in new environments. Wei Wuyin didn't have to send her off, and she was already set on visiting the famous landmarks and holy grounds for cultivation within the Tiny Heart Starfield and its neighbors.

The Prime Ascendants were almost all consolidating their cultivation bases, especially Su Mei. Even with the Vortex-Zone's temporal acceleration, they required a lot of time and resources to do so. The Sages were traveling with Luo Ning. He was almost certain that Nepri and Nepit were actively trying to get into her good graces while Imentet watched in amusement. From what he knew, Luo Ning was invited to a Dao Discussion event nearby that was held by Earthly Saint Alchemists. Her presence caused quite a commotion after being accompanied by not one, not two, but three Sages!

That left two—Ming Shufeng and Young Master Shang!

Wei Wuyin gently waved his hand and the door opened revealing those exact two figures. Ming Shufeng wore a troubled look while Young Master Shang was carefree and relaxed.

"Come. Sit." After inviting them inside, Wei Wuyin offered them a drink. This took Ming Shufeng by surprise, but the gesture caused her to relax and she immediately drank a full cup. She released a breath of turbid air and felt utterly relaxed. Young Master Shang didn't hold back either. While it was mixed fruit juice, the materials were all Mystic-Earth grade, creating a precious fruit tonic. Just a sip was enough to rival a few transcendent-quality ninth-grade products.

"What is it you want to tell me?" Wei Wuyin got to the point.

Ming Shufeng felt refreshed by the cool sensation and delicious taste of the juice, and her lips became surprisingly loose as she began: "Your Majesty, since we've gotten here, numerous Divination Spells have been cast. Most of which were extremely powerful and obscure, and I couldn't pinpoint their origin or intent. I don't…know what they gathered.

"As you instructed, I kept my eyes on all of the Prime Ascendants and your…wives. I tried to interfere a few times, but these Heavenly Seers cultivation vastly exceeded my own, so I couldn't do much. I fear if not for the Rod of Absolution, I might have suffered a harsh backlash." She informed while taking out the Rod of Absolution. It was a golden scepter that looked like a double-sided gavel with an oval loop as the head. Beneath the gavel were four horizontal rectangles.

The Rod of Absolution was Sage Amunet's Heavenly Treasure linked to Heaven's Law Realm of Light and had been refined by Amunet's fate energy by unique methods over tens of millennia to forge it into a divination-assisting treasure.

The moment Wei Wuyin had laid eyes on it, he had decided to obtain it as a gift for Wen Mingna, but after obtaining it, he decided that it would be better to acquire the detailed methods of refinement and materials, and forging a unique Heavenly Treasure suited for her cultivation method by commissioning a Heavenly Forger. Since that was the case, he decided to give it to Ming Shufeng.

It was not cheap…not cheap at all.

The ancient and divine aura on the Rod of Absolution was dim and weak. It had clearly been involved in a battle. If not for it, Ming Shufeng might not even have the qualifications to notice those divinations, let alone survive tussling with those elite Heavenly Seers with her cultivation.

"That's fine. Just being there has helped me," Wei Wuyin consoled. Ming Shufeng's eyes brightened. For Wei Wuyin to attempt to console her, meant he was starting to treat her with a degree of closeness! She was barely able to hide her excitement.

Wei Wuyin ignored Ming Shufeng's reaction. "For now, just keep an alert around Yue Songli. Remember every aura that tries to divine information about her. There's no need to try to counter any attempts."

"Got it!" Ming Shufeng energetically replied. She longingly looked at her empty cup and lightly bit her lip. Wei Wuyin chuckled before offering her a jug, sending her off smiling with glee. Young Master Shang had remained silent throughout, only observing.

It was only after Ming Shufeng left that Young Master Shang looked toward Wei Wuyin and saw that there was a faint grin on his face. Young Master Shang awkwardly chuckled. Wei Wuyin sighed in amusement. Young Master Shang slapped his thighs with both hands and puffed. Wei Wuyin lifted his left eyebrow in question. Young Master Shang released a heavy exhale and stared at him. Wei Wuyin released a slight 'hm' from his throat. Young Master Shang diverted his eyes down and to the side.

Wei Wuyin's brows furrowed. Young Master Shang leaned back against his chair, staring at the ceiling dazedly. Wei Wuyin rubbed his lips and chin thoughtfully. Young Master Shang's eyes subtly glanced at Wei Wuyin. Wei Wuyin shrugged with a grunt. Young Master Shang's energy levels skyrocketed as he leaped up to his feet, his eyes gleaming. Wei Wuyin tilted his head and scratched the space between his brow with the back of his thumb. Young Master Shang grinned.

Languidly, Wei Wuyin waved Young Master Shang away with a 'shooing' motion. With a triumphant breath, Young Master Shang took out his flagon and chugged for a solid three seconds before walking out. The door closed behind him.

"What a troublesome fellow," Wei Wuyin lazedly relaxed in his chair. "I guess I should prepare some gifts for this Pavilion Master Shang's celebrations."

The moment those words left his lips, Bai Xiu immediately materialized. She stood on Wei Wuyin's lap and looked at him with incredible interest!

"Concoction?!" A single word was uttered by her and the sheer excitement exuding from her was palpable. Her desire was warranted and justified. Since Wei Wuyin assailed the Mystic Ascendant Realm, reaching the Mystic Star Phase, he had involved himself in many objectives, such as pulling off the greatest galactic heist, fighting against eight Sages, seeking fortune in the Dark Void, and enjoying driving the Minor Elysium.

The Alchemic Dao had been largely given a backseat, and this caused her to be incomparably stifled given that Wei Wuyin's cultivation had reached entirely new limits, especially his Alchemic Akashic Energies and fully completed Celestial Eyes of Spiritual Divinity. Meanwhile, he had acquired a literal galaxy-worth of resources and materials to play with!

More importantly, they had acquired the Resounding Echoes of Celestial Refinement Pill's Mystic-World Concoction Method! While this product's requirements were devastating to societies, Wei Wuyin had long since developed a solution as a mortal!

The requirements for a leaf of a Soul-Bound Flower? OBTAINED!

The need for nine drops of Heaven's Essence Liquid?! This required ten thousand years of effort from Heavenly Saint Phase experts, genuine Original Magistrates, yet Wei Wuyin had seized an ungodly amount of resources from an entire galaxy! Nine drops? When Bai Xiu was excitedly doing inventory, she found thousands upon thousands of Heaven's Essence Liquid!

A Colossal-sized 'natural-born' and 'naturally-grown' Solar Star?! Then refined uniquely by the Nine Ways of Mysticism?! She just had to look at that gigantic ball of flames within Wei Wuyin's Mind's Eye! Even if Little Defiant didn't exist, Wei Wuyin could easily rely on his methods to create a substitute, albeit that might take some time. With it, Wei Wuyin just needed to extract a bit of its Solar Essence as a substitute. It might not even equate to taking a pebble from a mountain given its enormity.

There was also the theory that Wei Wuyin had…about Transcendent Mystic-graded Products!

    She was hungry!

    Hungry to begin!!

Wei Wuyin couldn't help but feel a little in danger from her feverish eyes. She might take a bite out of his nose if he refused.

"Okay, okay!" He hurriedly sat up and lifted her by the armpits. She was still tiny, so doing so was remarkably easy. She didn't even dare to pout from being carried like this after hearing Wei Wuyin's words. She began to kick her legs with joy and an adorable cure squeal. Wei Wuyin had to resist the urge to pinch her cheeks.

A single Resounding Echoes of Celestial Refinement Pill was said to be the equivalent of ten thousand years of a Sage's cultivation efforts toward one's overall foundation. Moreover, this was from an impure version! The sheer absurdity of that was insane to even imagine! But how much would it benefit his equally absurd cultivation base?
