Edit: I'm at Chap 236 in MTL and there has been only 1 minor instances of racism/nationalism by a side character mentioned below.

I've read all available chapters (48) and honestly am really enjoying it. It was a shame to see so many people here mentioning it goes full nationalism/racism later on. I'm going to read through the MTL now and see for myself how much racism there is. Ill edit my comment with an update.

If you are looking for the MTL like me, then you need to check under the name "Weird And Hard To Kill? Sorry, I'm The Real Immortal" rather than "Die, Replay, Repeat".

Edit: Currently at Chap 100 in MTL. MC has clearly become more crazy/mentally unstable/ruthless, but so far there hasn't been any overtly obvious racism/nationalism, but that also may be due to the translation not being fully clear all the time. He is definetly starting to showcase/act more villanous as he gets stronger, likely due to his increased spirituality causing his inner soul darkness to be more pronounced in his normal actions, even when they don't involve a specter.

Edit 2: At Chap 156 and I believe this is the first proper mention of different countries and how one in particular "Koryo" publicizes lower level events as higher ones internationally to make themselves look good.

Edit 3: At Chapter 200 and there has been no racism/nationalism at all other than that 1 instance mentioned above. MC is noticeably more ruthless/mentally unstable than before, but his main focus/goals are to kill all Weirdness and to inflict as much pain as he can on them/his enemies. There hasn't been any racism/nationalism at all from MC. There are definetly examples of sexism though, but more in how he treats almost all female characters badly because of the trauma from the "wife". The majority of the story is still very good and interesting - MC exploring and dealing with Weirdness, trying to figure out if he is being manipulated by others/destiny, trying to get as strong as possible etc.
