Just finished reading it to the latest update but sincerely, am disappointed because the novel was great already to some point then the author changed tye vibe. It's annoying 😒 🙄

read up to chapter 174, the story is interesting but there are momments when the author change thigs he said before, and the translation is subpar at best there are a lot of mistakes and setences that don't make sense , it's getting annoying trying to decipher what it actually means.

Anyone know any good choice-based system novels?

Truthfully I'm a little disappointed about certain developments at the same time also like the overall story development very much in a sense. Even though he only uses the system 2-3 times, what he got from each chooses where enormous, The Eye of Law way his biggest gain. And also the story starts to develop on a large scale after 250 and i have read till 425. But what makes me disappointing is that Ahh.. there are a lot of places where the author haven't completed. Its like the Author made a lot of dots(character) but he didn't connect nor complete the line which means there are some plots that author has yet to clarify and complete..!!



If there is another large plot which relates all the unfinished parts, then it can be considered as suspense and the story is really progressing in a good manner and if that is the case then the author have really given it some thoughts but if the author neglected those things intentionally and there are no updates about them, then its really a big disappointment.

At this moment i cant really come to a definite conclusion whether this is a good novel or not for reading since there are two possibilities. But if you are to look on the bright side then this is definitely worth reading since the MC is not like those system parasites who depends on the system for each and everything. Well at this moment all that he got from the system are the Eye of Law and The Physique. !! If you were to consider them as his natural talent then this story is a 'Complete independent MC climbing to peak' kind of story..and also in reality even although he got benefits from system, actually the system is relying on him to complete its lost fragments!! Its just that the plot where he went to find fragment stopped at mid way and the MC progressed in a different and unexpected direction of plot...!!

This is basically a bait and switch type system novel. He really only uses the system like 3 times and after that only uses it to see stats.
The plot kinda hops around every hundred chapters too, so you start something new super quick and forget about previous troubles until the new things are done.

idk it's just so dissapointing...

Feels as if the author had a mental breakdown a couple chapters in.. he literally started writing a new novel inside this novel, peak insanity.

As already said, The choice system does not appear more than 5 times and that is hilarious considering that the name of the novel presents that plot.
Then we forget about that and we are told that MC is a god or something like that, he must look for parts of his soul that are the system of other people, this made that there were a lot of pov's and that the protagonist was the secondary focus for at least 40-50 chapters, in addition the MC in this part of the novel has a semi-god syndrome... he'd let even an ancient evil grower come back to life if that's interesting to him, ah yes... the MC system / souls of other people, I think the protagonist did not collect more than 4-5 system... those arrogant guys with systems keep running around getting stronger and trying to dominate the continent, you know how mortals are... so childish.
After that we are shown to the MC about 10-20 chapters as secretary of the Princess who is more useful than the father who thinks with the cock, I liked this part a little because they avoid the clichés of medieval romantic novel that women normally read.
As already said, eventually the system is more to show that the mc is improving, some interesting thing... and mc apparently gets a possible romantic interest?? the skies are falling.

If not I would recommend you to read this, the fact that characters like princess elf, the sister, the warrior or other characters do not interact both with mc is sad, I still remember that young man who wanted to protect and care for, to be with her sister but the focus is no longer on that and is just fight after fight, some other interacion kingdoms, secrets and problems of race and politics.
