Di tian becomes the emperor and after finding out that wang wei was a person who reincarnated, he tries to get wang wei so that he could try and figure out how to reveive his wife. The Dao opening sect tries to protect wang wei, getting destroyed in the process, before wang wei dies. (idk how, maybe he commited suicide or he died in the battle). Wang wei is reborn in another cultivation world but this one is a classic cultivation world with the cultivation realsm being the normal condenation, golden core, nascent soul stuff. He reches the peak of that world, and gets a op technique. He wins the heaven will battle in this world, and ascends to the upper realm. In the upper realm, Di tiaan is already a paragon, so wang wei cultivates, and basically kills him with the op techniqe. Wu hong is one of the people he met int he upper realm who is also fromt he myraid emperor world. she was one of the previous emperors. Basically, after having revenge, Wnag wei becomes super op and tries to figure out how to revive his family, and suceeds after becoming a paragon, but later becomes obsessed with fate, switching to the dao of fate, and he tries to figure out how to make sure that it would not happen again. Our MC, wang wei, was protected by parallel wang wei when the eye of heaven was trying to find him. The third, shadowy figure is probably the enemy of parallel wang wei, who wang wei made probaby after he acheived the absolute peak of power. Theyre probably fighting with schemes, and paralell wang wei might be trying to make himself even more powerful by having himself cultivate the dao of fate from the start.
