Some people will say that the end is underwelming, but I quite like it. Protagonist becomes more and more depressed/insane in the last 100 chapters so if that bothers you, might wanna skip that, but I really like the story and would recommend.

Author is probably a psychiatrist, he brought so many mental breakdowns to MC.

This would be better if the main character was just a normal guy not chosen buy god but he was literally chosen only for his emotional resilience and desire for power but he has 17 mental breakdowns a week. For 400 chapters straight.

Read till the latest chapter (570) and i would rate it a 9/10 and i don't know how to review this novel. I think the best way to describe it is that this is the journey of the opposer of lightning is the only way in a different setting.

How power realms and differences between for example mages and warriors is explained is a big highlight. Realms take around 100 chapters each and there qre 9 known realms so far.

You are following the journey of the mc trying to fight a god. To be able to do that he has too forsake a lot. He has to be very decisive but he also has too make hard choices and he has a hard time dealing with it. From anger issues early on too carving out a path to ultimate power. From beating up a kid that insulted him just because he is angry too killing a companion because mind reading will allow too powerfull enemies to find him.

The world building is good enough. Not too complicated but not simple. It is a narrow world compared to most novels that expand the world.

The story and pace is excellent. The only issue i have is that at the middle part the author makes the mc question himself for almost the exact same reason multiple times and it became frustrating to read.

First time i read a novel(and i read a ton) that the world building aspect is not that important.
